Tcherassi Hotel + Spa

The mansion was a sweet spot to stay in. Staff at check in were incredibly helpful (plus the welcome drink was delicious). They try to make your stay as comfortable as possible and advice you in many activities to do in the city. The included breakfast was great but it had basically no VEGAN options, they should rally add some of these. Rooms were huge and very comfortable, super high ceilings, air conditioning plus ceiling fans. You get access o the other Tcherassi property which has a cozier pool area. If they can add some vegan options to their menu, this place could be 5 stars.

I was very underwhelmed. The service wasnt friendly at all. Cold and unpleasant compared to other hotels nearby which are much nicer and surprisingly cheaper. I was very excited to come and stay but let down on all fronts. Mostly the tiny terrible pool. The pics are very very very very misleading. Find somewhere else. Go stay at Bastion, its another level compared to here.

Great room, was provided a free upgrade! Fantastic rooftop pool, secluded cabanas...service a little slow after ordering drinks. The front desk staff was amazing, accommodating and attentive.

I just spent 3 nights at the mansion property. We received the worst service from check in to meals to check out. Cartagena is a wonderful city with amazing options. This is not one of them. The room was in need of repairs and there was no hot water for showers. We skipped the main pool because the first morning they were cleaning the metal and washing the metal polish into the swimming pool. We opted to take a dip in the roof top pool, our biggest mistake. After only a few minutes in the pool, my hair turned lime green. The next morning after trying everything to fix it, I told the man at the check in desk. He shrugged and offered no help. Save your vacation and stay elsewhere

Best location in the walled city with everything you need right around it. The hotel staff is accommodating and very helpful with directions. The rooms were enormous and kept clean. Hotel bed really comfortable too.

The is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Cartagena. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful. The roof top is the best part. The pool, cabanas and chill spots are the highlight. I highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome hotels for excellent price . Our Room was very spacious ! Great comfy bed! Spacious toilet and shower . Great facilities and swimming pool and right inside the city wall! What else can I ask for ! Absolutely recommended !

We read good reviews about the spa and decided to give it a shot. It was by far the worst massage ever (worse than $10 Thai massage I've been to) and deeply disappointing experience. For starters, the front desk was rude and snobbish after they mistakenly made our reservations on the wrong date. They told us to come back tomorrow, and when we told them we were leaving the next day, they miraculously came up with two "masseuse". Our 80 minute massage lasted for less than 60 minutes, the messeuse did not apply any strength or hit any pressure points. She spent most the time gently patting my back even after asking to apply more pressure. Also, she did not apply the same "techniques" on both sides of my body. I don't even think she was a messeuse. Same was true for my boyfriends massage. It was a waste of time and money, a god awful experience. The entire experience from the door man to the front desk to the masseurs was frustrating. Very disappointing for a hotel spa of this caliber.
