TCS Camping Gordevio Valle Maggia

Lovely location in a pretty valley. Bus stop outside and free Ticino Pass for the buses. Great showers and other facilities. Little shop. Co- op up the road. Can cycle or get bus. When busy it feels packed in. We were in the bottom left corner by the river: lovely but as the weekend came we felt hemmed in.

Our only regret is only staying one night! Great location in this gorgeous valley, right one the river. Perfect amenities. Only bad things is the Swiss prices but yea, it’s Switzerland (so we didn’t try the restaurant). We hope to return!

Beautiful location, amazing river swimming. Staff are friendly enough but everything needs an upgrade. The swimming pool has little to no shade and is very tired looking. Swings are a disappointment. And the restaurant isn’t worth the money.

Ia good place to stay and camp. Very clean and well organized. The Area is amazing.

I don't usually stay at campgrounds but i loved this place! Amazing location by the river Little shop with what we needed Electrical outlets Clean showers Bus stop walking distance The campground was full but i slept well (using earplugs) We didn't try the restaurant

What a great campsite. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, but still plenty of sun. Slightly isolated from traffic and yet not far from the outside world. You can't hear anything here except the rustling of the Maggia. A very good restaurant, as well as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with seating that invites you to linger. Clean and well maintained with a small swimming pool and direct access to the river. Super friendly and helpful staff. The only thing missing is the fresh and waste water connection on site. Highly recommended!!

Great place with excellent facilities! The place was fully booked and luckily we were given the opportunity to stay on their overflow at the parking lot. Luckily because the pitches there are bigger than on the place itself, that was too packed for our taste. Facilities are new and clean and the river is deep enough to take a refreshing swim. We did a little hike to Maggie and visited the beautiful church and the waterfall there.

Very nice camping place for less money. The sanitary facilities were clean but it could be better and larger (personaly I hate those thin and long toiletpaper...but hey - first world problem right? ;P ) I'm not sure but the Bungalows didn't fit for the camping atmosphere... they looked a little bit cheep but I guess they are very cozy. All in all it was very nice. We had a very good week. Thank you very much - especialy thanks to the personal who clean the sanitary facilities. I'm pretty sure it's absolutely not nice to clean there but they do their job realy good. During the Corona-Situation I felt safe to use them. ;-)
