Tea Shop Chiado

Lovely tea shop in Chiado with a really welcoming atmosphere. I stopped in for a tea and had a great experience — the staff were genuinely friendly, especially Sandra, who was kind and helpful throughout. A cosy spot with quality tea and excellent service. Definitely worth a visit when you’re in the area.

Loved this little tea store. The wonderful girl that helped me out was Sandra and she was very detailed about the teas and helped me choose some great ones to take back home. She let me sample two different ones and really enjoyed the iced tea. If I didn’t live so many miles away I would definitely come back because of the delicious tasting teas and the overall great service that Sandra gave me! Would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon who enjoys teas🖤

Come here - give us your money but don't expect us to give you a ribbon for your 40€ gift so it can actually look like a nice present. Just give us your money and leave - we don't do customer service here.

I bought a crystal teapot whose handle broke just after lifting it normally... never put in the dishwasher, never had thermal shocks or anything... 60€ wasted. When I asked for help and to find a solution my messages have been systematically ignored for months. This is not the way you treat clients. Do not recommend at all

I went in with a question, however, I ended up leaving with a complete travel friendly tea-set and lots of interesting info about teas. There are so many good options, I wanted to buy them all. Ended up getting a white tea, and it's delicious. Thanks, Marcos, such a great service! 🙏

Great tea shop! Everything you could want and more. I even found a high quality matcha powder. They have oolong, green teas and a great selection of rooibos (try the praline rooibos– wow!).

Great teas and superb customer service! Second time I've been here. Diogo, the newly appointed manager, is so knowledgeable and passionate about the teas. He custom-blended one for me today when I told him I felt under the weather. The atmosphere here is so peaceful. It's like a good friend making you a cup of tea when you're not feeling well. Thank you, my friend.
