Using either the national style of biscuit for sweet bakery known as "Hoja", a bit hard compared to traditional sponge cake, but a lot more firm and stable.
Combine this cake layer with successive layers of whipped cream, milk sweet slightly lightened, and either strawberry, mixed berries, or tropical Mango or Maracuya cream/fruit paste mix, and artful decoration, and the resulting cake is an utter delight to the palate, perfect to compliment a coffee or tea, or a chocolate drink to contrast the tastes.
