Great selection of Vietnamese tea. Calm and clean space to enjoy the drinks in this busy city. They also have tea perfumes which really nice.

The matcha & houjicha drinks here are amazing. The space is also very zen and well-decorated. Love that they also sell tea perfumes here. The staff is super friendly too!

I always approach places with a small number of reviews and an average rating between 4.8 and 5.0 with a healthy dose of skepticism — something you often see in Asia, where many glowing reviews tend to be fake. However, this spot is far from that. I stumbled upon it by complete chance while visiting another coffee place in the same building, only to discover it’s actually a new opening. What I found was a truly special place, where the owner clearly knows what kind of experience he wants to create for his guests. It’s his second location in the city, and it shows in the attention to detail. The experience was excellent, with an interior that pays tribute to the rhythm and spirit of both China and Singapore. I see great potential here — it’s definitely a place worth recommending and revisiting.

Cute litte place in the heart of Saigon. Tea is fine. The atmosphere is very decent to hang out with friends. Location is strategic. Overall an enjoyable experience.
