Yelp
Not a bad place for a pit stop with your buddies but definitely not quite the standard one would expect from a finer or craft bubble tea cafe in a major city.
I do appreciate the effort in being different and providing seasonal specialties, e.g. Shamrock Bubble Tea for St. Patrick's Day. However, the execution of everything varies from pedestrian to slightly below average. There are enough elements, complexity, novelty, and quality in the items I ordered to warrant an occasional return out of availability and opportunity; but it is not something that I would go out of my way for; or personally and intentionally elect to do.
Service is good, courteous, and fast. Ambiance is cute and comforting. Music is present and lively but not too loud, allowing you to low key jam out while holding a conversation. On the other hand, I would say that the venue could benefit from a better sound system; more surround and immersive speaker capability; and slightly higher volume. Having very quiet EDM, techno, and pop is not commensurate with the vibe those genres project; nor the rhythm and mood of the particular songs.
Likewise, maybe this is the big city Asian in me, but I think this would be a perfect venue for karaoke. Whether they will take this recommendation, let's see.
