Teatro Hotel - Warszawa

I had a very unpleasant surprise after staying at this hotel. After one night, I woke up with numerous bed bug bites all over my feet and ankles. The bites were extremely itchy, and the next day I developed a severe allergic reaction with a rash spreading on my body. This was not only uncomfortable but also very distressing. Clearly, the room was not properly cleaned or inspected for pests. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel until the management takes serious action to solve the bed bug problem.

Stayed at the Teatro Hotel for 4 nights for a city break and it was perfect for our needs. Location is superb on a very stylish street. It is central for the old town, the river promenade, central railway station and Łazienki Park, each about 15 minutes away. We used Powisle railway station which was a bit nearer. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, on or off the Nowy Swiat. The hotel itself is relaxing, nicely decorated with theatrical posters. There is a lift too which is handy after a long day walking! The room was comfortable with a very powerful shower, including toiletries. The breakfast is very varied with local delicacies, plenty to fill up on. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and looked after our cases after checkout. Very pleased we chose the Teatro.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It's centrally located to the sites in Old Town Warsaw, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. ||The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. ||The breakfast buffet was delicious. ||The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience. The hotel I go to whenever I am in Warsaw. I always leave satisfied. The rooms and the pictures on the walls are very nice. The reception is very helpful and attentive. Thnak you for everything

Stayed for 7 nights at Teatro hotel. The people at the desk were always helpful and cheery, always happy to help you with questions or directions. The room was nicely decorated and beautiful. The breakfast was good, and there was some variation to it from morning to morning. Location is good, being quite centrally located in Warsaw, as well as, having a metro station just around the corner. But, there is some sort of nightclub, or some such within the same building complex, which caused some disturbance during the weekend nights. During weekdays, it was good and peaceful.

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. After a long and exhausting journey, I truly appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere—it was the perfect place to rest and recover. The service was outstanding, and I want to especially thank Oleksandra for her attentiveness. She went above and beyond to assist me with directions and any inquiries I had, making my stay even more comfortable. The hotel’s charm, excellent hospitality, and personalized touch made all the difference. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a welcoming and relaxing stay.

Good location, rooms are clean and breakfast is okay. BUT - we asked in advance if they could recommend a car rental, they recommended "PANEK", which, long story short, is a scam. We payed the car in advance but they never showed up, and later we found out that they do this to others as well. Although we asked many times, we sadly didn't get a statement from the hotel staff/manager why they would recommend a SCAM company. We missed our appointment in Belchatow (which was the reason to go to Warsaw in the first place) because of this.

My husband and I stayed here for a short weekend trip and we had a lovely stay. They have all the amenities available and the hotel is so clean too! Rooms were cleaned everyday and the service was amazing. They upgraded our room for our stay and we got a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the streets with the Xmas lights. Location was perfect everything is either walkable or public transport is round the corner even for the airport!
