Teatro Hotel - Warszawa

We travelled to Poland for a family wedding and had the pleasure of staying at Teatro Hotel for one night on our arrival in Warsaw and again for a few nights before flying home. Both times we were greeted by cheerful and friendly staff and checked in efficiently and easily. We had a room at the back and a room at the front of the hotel and both were well appointed and clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great and the air con was a good send on what turned out to be a hot weekend. We loved the character of the building and the decor was lovely. The hotel is ideally situated for an easy walk to the old town, shops and there is a huge selection of eateries close by.

I had a wonderful stay at Teatro Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean, and very comfortable, with all the facilities I could ask for. The location was perfect – close to the main attractions but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. In the end, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at The Teatro for 3 nights, split into 2 short stays. We were delighted. The hotel is centrally situated, perfect for old town and shopping centres. The rooms, not necessarily enormous, but more than big enough for a city break, were all lovely and the decor both in keeping and informative (if you go you'll see what I mean). Last but far from least, the staff were fabulous. Friendly, helpful and always smiling. Plus, their language skills for the poor single language British were excellent.

We had a lovely stay recently. The rooms are really attractively designed, spacious and have everything you need. It has a very classy finish all over, even down to the old fashioned lift. Location is spot on, very central so about equal distance to the Old Town, shopping area and the river. And the staff were very polite, always smiling and helping if we needed anything. The breakfast was nice, had lots of options including local Polish options. But we only ate there once as there's also lots of lovely breakfast spots on the same road. The only tiny, tiny criticism I'd have would be the aircon only went down to 19* in our room (I assume that's the same in all rooms?) and considering some of the days were VERY hot, its sometimes nice to get in and give it a quick blast to get the temperature down but doesn't really work if it doesn't go below 19.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Location was perfect for exploring old town and lots of restaurants nearby. We had a bedroom on main road - great for people watching. Traffic is noisy but just shut the windows and doors. Double glazing incredibly efficient. Rooms are air conditioned. Bathroom was lovely with a rain shower and hand held head too.

Very clean room, and felt newly furnished. All the staff were very polite, friendly and approachable. Not a far walk to old town, and it’s right at the end of a busy bar and restaurant strip so everything is at your doorstep. I would happily stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, have stayed here during my visits to warsaw a few times and it's always been perfect. The staff are helpful and incredibly friendly and the rooms are beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend

I had a very unpleasant surprise after staying at this hotel. After one night, I woke up with numerous bed bug bites all over my feet and ankles. The bites were extremely itchy, and the next day I developed a severe allergic reaction with a rash spreading on my body. This was not only uncomfortable but also very distressing. Clearly, the room was not properly cleaned or inspected for pests. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel until the management takes serious action to solve the bed bug problem.
