I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable,exactly what you expect from a top-quality property. The amenities were outstanding: a delicious breakfast with plenty of options, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. What truly stood out was the incredible service. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent hospitality. I will definitely come back!

I stayed in this hotel a couple of weeks ago and honestly I am still thinking about the posters and the history this place holds. The aesthetic is immaculate and in combination with delicious breakfasts, clean rooms and a friendly and actually helpful stuff, I will undoubtedly return here every time I am in Warsaw. My room had a view to this gorgeous mural and as a single traveler I felt save and comfortable in this accommodation. The front office was extremely nice and helped me to find my way around the city. The location of the hotel is perfect, the Warsaw Central Railway station is just in 10-15 minute walk, plus my favourite Old Town is just on the next street. Overall, the place is great, thank you Teatro for unforgettable time!

I always choose hotels very carefully and only after thoroughly checking reviews, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We stayed for one night and had two rooms, both with the same issue: unbearable heat. The rooms are extremely small, and the radiator was turned up to the highest setting. After calling reception, we were told the heating works remotely (as written next to the radiator) and that it had been turned off. During the night we woke up barely able to breathe, the room felt close to 30°C. We called reception again and were told it was off, yet the radiators were still very hot to the touch. We had to open the window for a few minutes throughout the night just to be able to breathe. On top of that, basic amenities are not provided unless you ask. Even body lotion/hair conditioner and bathrobes must be requested from reception. The shower was draining poorly and water got stuck, and to make matters worse there was a blue flashing light above the door all night, making it even harder to sleep. Overall, extremely uncomfortable and poorly managed. Would not recommend.🫠🫠🫠

Great hotel! Special thanks to the front desk for a warm welcome and memorable stay.The location is walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The rooms are modern and breakfast had a little of everything. I’ll definitely stay here again!

We travelled to Poland for a family wedding and had the pleasure of staying at Teatro Hotel for one night on our arrival in Warsaw and again for a few nights before flying home. Both times we were greeted by cheerful and friendly staff and checked in efficiently and easily. We had a room at the back and a room at the front of the hotel and both were well appointed and clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great and the air con was a good send on what turned out to be a hot weekend. We loved the character of the building and the decor was lovely. The hotel is ideally situated for an easy walk to the old town, shops and there is a huge selection of eateries close by.

We had a lovely stay recently. The rooms are really attractively designed, spacious and have everything you need. It has a very classy finish all over, even down to the old fashioned lift. Location is spot on, very central so about equal distance to the Old Town, shopping area and the river. And the staff were very polite, always smiling and helping if we needed anything. The breakfast was nice, had lots of options including local Polish options. But we only ate there once as there's also lots of lovely breakfast spots on the same road. The only tiny, tiny criticism I'd have would be the aircon only went down to 19* in our room (I assume that's the same in all rooms?) and considering some of the days were VERY hot, its sometimes nice to get in and give it a quick blast to get the temperature down but doesn't really work if it doesn't go below 19.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Location was perfect for exploring old town and lots of restaurants nearby. We had a bedroom on main road - great for people watching. Traffic is noisy but just shut the windows and doors. Double glazing incredibly efficient. Rooms are air conditioned. Bathroom was lovely with a rain shower and hand held head too.

I had a wonderful stay at Teatro Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean, and very comfortable, with all the facilities I could ask for. The location was perfect – close to the main attractions but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. In the end, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
