Very beautiful opera house. The acoustic is incredible! It’s outstanding.

The opera house is fantastically beautiful inside and outside, for sure a unique architecture and history behind it. The guided tour was so interesting and great. The girl (I think her name is Eleonora) gave us an amazing tour, she was super friendly and told the story in a very interesting way. Wholesome experience! We are just sad that no shows were hold while we were in Catania. The acoustics are spectacular!

Greath theatre with beautiful atmosphere and amazing acoustic. From 9:00 am to 12:00 am there is a guide tour for 8 euro. Recommend for visitors of Catania.

My first visit to a teatro big as this one and I’m fascinated. We tool a guided tour (6.5 eur/person) and the guideance was bilingual (Italian and English). I definitelly want to experience an opera in this place.

Great Opera theater with impressive external and internal architecture and decoration. Friendly personal, good acoustics, comfortable seats. Not even expensive, from 60 to 90 euro per central seat, and only 5 euro for a Prosecco at the bar. Highly recommended! 👌👍

Fabulous acoustics, excellent performance by the philharmonic symphony orchestra and absolutely stunning opera house - well worth visiting - Maestro Salvatore Percacciolo presented an excellent program.

Did not let me down . Exceeded my every expectations of my first Opera in Catina Italy. 🇮🇹A wonderful experience❤️. Cast was wonderfully delightful They sang like beautiful birds. The acting was done brilliantly. Very funny actually. The theater is known to be one of the best acoustic theater in Europe. You could hear it clear with out any microphones singing and Orchestra.At one point if you are fortunate to get ground seats the cast runs through and sings and interacts in the isles . Very fun!There was an electronic board in English and Italian words of the singing during the show to follow along.😇you can get tickets that day at noon for the 5 :30 pm show. The tickets ran 48. Euro a piece for ground floor. So not to pricey. I recommend it highly. People were very nice who work there. Beautiful experience. Bravo 👏 Italy 🇮🇹:)😇❤️

Wow. Stunning. I saw the Nutcracker ballet and although the dancing wasn't as good as I expected the theatre itself was gorgeous and worth the ticket. Ushers were helpful in finding my seat even with the language barrier. Take note there is no bar for a refreshment or glass of wine at intermission but do take the time to walk around and explore the theater.
