Teatro Nacional Eduardo Brito

This is a beautiful theater in the middle of a beautiful garden landscape. Santo Domingo should be proud of this building. It's worth arriving early for an event just so add to be able to wander the three levels of the foyer to see the displays. There are opera costumes and ballet costumes, many pictures of famous performers, and a selection of sculpture and paintings, all very beautiful.

A bright star for the country and a national treasure!! I have been to many, many theaters in the world and this is at the level of any major venue on the international scene.

Beautiful theater with an excellent sound system. Loved the atmosphere and vibe. There is parking available and you feel safe at all time.

Best theater in country. Great place to enjoy cultural events and plays. I’m going few times a year for different kinds of activities. As a site - it has a good maintenance and service. Parking is not useful, no security or well organized guidance. Could be improved by online ticketing and beverage offering onsite.

It was my first experience attending a concert in this venue, listening to the Nationa Symphony Orchestra concert to high schoolers so they can enjoy and learn to love classical music. It was great to see my nephew and godchild conduct the Orchestra with so much professionalism. I'm very proud of Santy Rodriguez. Becoming a Director is a dream for his mother and the family. Let's continue providing these free concerts to the young population in the Dominican Republic so they are enticed to follow in the members of the Symphony Orchestra's footsteps.

Great place for concerts

It was an Auto show supposed for the joy of the family, but there was so many people smoking around, the organizers should take this in account next time.

I had the pleasure of attending the first Suenan Las Costas concert by the Filarmónica Apassionato and it was fantastic The venue is beautiful, the acoustics were great, and the atmosphere was electric. I would definitely recommend catching a show here if you're in town.
