Truly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a store in my entire life. This is my second time attempting to go in the owner/manager, whatever his title is is extremely rude and entitled I asked him a simple question that stated have you been busy for the holidays? He goes well we’re always busy and then when I asked him where a specific item was, he pointed to it as if I should know where it is even though it’s been my second time in the store in my entire life. I have lived in YORKVILLE for over six years and I have never experienced the type of disrespect this store employee gave me Will never return I put two things of the cash with intent to buy them and stormed out of there because I was in disbelief at the way I was spoken to. I wish I got the name of this man because his Sense of entitlement is like something I’ve never seen in my entire life. He needs to touch grass or get a reality Check on how to treat his customers properly. I don’t know if it’s because I am young because I noticed the older customers he treated with much more kindness, but I will never be returning to the store and I will warn others of how rude this employee is because it was absolutely diabolical.
