Teatro Verde

Truly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a store in my entire life. This is my second time attempting to go in the owner/manager, whatever his title is is extremely rude and entitled I asked him a simple question that stated have you been busy for the holidays? He goes well we’re always busy and then when I asked him where a specific item was, he pointed to it as if I should know where it is even though it’s been my second time in the store in my entire life. I have lived in YORKVILLE for over six years and I have never experienced the type of disrespect this store employee gave me Will never return I put two things of the cash with intent to buy them and stormed out of there because I was in disbelief at the way I was spoken to. I wish I got the name of this man because his Sense of entitlement is like something I’ve never seen in my entire life. He needs to touch grass or get a reality Check on how to treat his customers properly. I don’t know if it’s because I am young because I noticed the older customers he treated with much more kindness, but I will never be returning to the store and I will warn others of how rude this employee is because it was absolutely diabolical.

I have been shopping at Teatro Verde for many years, at their various locations. If ever I need a uniquely beautiful gift I always think to go there. Walking through the shop, especially during the holidays is a lovely experience.

Such a unique store with so much potential! Unfortunately the older guy who’s the owner could certainly use some basic customer service skills. If you’re no longer passionate about what you do in life, it echos volumes and customers can sense that. Perhaps ownership considers stepping back, working behind the scenes away from the public entirely, and hire a customer service oriented individual to deal with your customers. It’s not just about the brands you sell, it’s the experience you deliver. I can just as easily go buy Assouline coffee table books down the street at Indigo.

Absolutely appalled at the owners behaviour towards me. He was dismissive to me and spoke to me to like I was a child. I asked for help with something and he gave me a disgusted look and spoke to me as if I should know where it was as if there isn’t a million products in his store. I had over $400 worth of items I was prepared to buy and ended up storming out because I was in disbelief at how I was treated.

I love the store so much and all that it carrys. It’s pristine and clean and such visual pleasure being in there. The man however is everything but. He’s rude, dismissive and has zero sense of customer service and experience. They are in business because they do fabulous flowers and purchase great items. The brand and service are horrible. This is the first time I’ve ever made an online review but am in hopes they read it and make a change.

would give a 0 star if I could. why would you open a store if you're not gonna give any cust service to your customers? no wonder the review is so bad. the olded guy is just plainly rude. why is taking pics not allowed? it's not like it's an art store? every stuff you have is other brands'? how am i suppose to buy a gift if i can't take a pics of it? came to yorkville to explore bcs i'm travelling here and leaving it with bad mood. don't bother come in here. such a waste of time

I recently received this gorgeous floral arrangement from Teatro Verde and I absolutely love it. My husband often buys me flowers from other flower shops in downtown Toronto but nothing like this one, the flowers are very fresh and the presentation is stunning. I highly recommend it this store.

Michael never ceases to amaze me with the arrangements we order for my big events. Both he and Shawn are terrific to work with🙏😊 Highly recommended florist! Thank you for everything!
