Highly recommend, came in to exchange some boots and staff were very helpful and friendly. I was even able to sign up for the discount they offer to students and military through ID me. Great quality products. I did have an issue with a ball cap I purchased but they exchanged it with no problem. Will be back to purchase more products from them. I did not get the names of the two that assisted me but just know you guys made our experience wonderful with your customer service. I love a great service and I like to point it out when the staff do such a great job at making you feel welcome and are helpful.

Visited this store to purchase boots for my birthday and Jackie made the whole experience amazing! She was super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to picking the right boots for me and even offered to clean up my current boots I wore into the store (not Tecovas) for free. After purchasing I chose to brand my boots and they came out perfect. Couldn’t recommend this store and their staff enough! Thank you!!

Every so often I like to walk through this store and check out their boots! Today, I was there and picked out the boot I definitely want someday! It’s a super cute white women’s boot!! I love it!! It’s like traveling to the west when you walk in here - similar to going into the nearby Sundance store. The boots are high-quality so, naturally, high priced too! The gentleman who was working here was super nice and helpful!! I need to put myself on the email list so I can start getting some coupons. I’ll definitely visit here around the holidays to see if I can get my boots on special! He also told me they come out with some fun styles around then, and in celebration of their birthday. I look forward to checking them out!! I definitely recommend that if you are in the Mosaic District you pay a visit here

Even though they have a limited quantity of boots, it's a really nice store. I returned a pair of boots with ease. I also bought a new pair. Also couple of feathers for my stetson hat.

I had such a great experience at Tecovas in Merrifield thanks to Catherine and Chase! They were both incredibly kind and helpful, and made the process of picking up a pair of boots for my friend’s birthday quick and seamless. Very nice store and a good example of more of an online retailer offering an opportunity to sample their products to see actually how they look and feel and the craftsmanship that goes into everything. It also visually helps you see everything they offer. I’ve been on the Tecovas website many times and didn’t really realize how many different styles of belts or that they had a wider array of clothes beyond footwear. I came in to see what the ostrich boot material was like and to potentially buy in store, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size there. I was also looking for a matching belt, but they didn’t have my belt size either with that particular belt. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, even offering bottled/canned water while there.

Best boots I have ever worn. The Tecovas store is immaculate. Chase is very helpful and full of knowledge on all the boots. I strongly recommend visiting the Tecovas store in Fairfax it truly is second to none. Thanks to everyone there for great experience on purchasing my second and third pair of Tecovas.

Came in this morning to buy my very first pair of cowboy boots. Chase was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions let me try on a few pairs with no hesitation. Chase was great. There was another young lady I didn’t catch her name, she was very friendly welcomed me, offered me water and a free koozie and also checked up on me periodically. Great customer service I will be back! I would rate 6/5 stars if I could.

Was greeted even though it was so busy! I went in to look for a shirt for my husband because I love their boots, and found exactly what I was looking for! They offer you drinks and also military discount! Amazing service and great quality items. This is definitely a shop worth the pretty penny you spend.

Super cute boots! Store has great western vibe! Very friendly sales staff. The only downside is the price. They are expensive! But someday I want to splurge and get a pair!!

Y'all. You can SIP and SHOP here. W H A T?! How about sip and people watch? I wouldn't mind spending a cocktail moment on their couch watching all the cowgirls and cowboys coming and going. Seriously, everyone was adorable and so well put together. The men's garments are adorable. Rugged but cute. The fabric used for most the denim is softer per the usual and the boots are stunning. The women's side was lacking in interesting eye-catching garments. There wasn't as much differential fabric constructions or mixed media embellishments being used when compared to the men's side. I'd love to see more intricate garments being placed in the store rather than only online--I feel as if the demographic here would appreciate it!

Nice store. CLEAN and customer service was good. I tried on a few boots and discovered that my sizing is a wide. I selected a men pair of boots because I like the lower heel style. They offered us water while we shopped. Great experience

5/4/222 A few weeks ago I was heading to restaurant when I saw this business  and some boots made for walking.   Upon entering this establishment,  I saw some boots I did like, but did not but them, because my hunger was strong the the need to but boots. I did get some pictures of the boots, but black cowboy boots did creep up into my mind while looking at Tecovas's boots. Unfortunately,  dark brown boots were what I saw. Take the Nolan Boots for example.  I see the skin rugs on the floor which I believe are cow skinned rugs.  Out of anything I saw in the store, they captured my attention more than the boots.  Now here is the sad part gentleman and ladies.  The rugs are not for sale.    Like in the movie The Ref, the rugs are just garnish...oh,  did I make a mistake on the quote... there is a reason for it, but if you have seen the movie, you know what I am talking about... Nevertheless, if this opportunity to buy the skinned rugs were to open up, count me in.    Oh!, the staff member were very cool indeed.  I learned near the beginning of the year this store opened up.  I look forwards to coming back here later on with my wife.  We might just see something we like.

I have been to this location on three separate occasions and got the same superior level of service all three times. The crew there is passionate about what they do and it shows in all that they do. I worked with Chase the last time to figure out a correct fit for a boot. He suggested moving down 1.5 sizes and going with a wider boot. Being vocally self critical, I thought there is not dang way that is going to work....it worked! The boot fits perfectly and super comfortable. I highly recommend Tecova's and an even higher recommendation for this particular store !
