A solid choice for brunch. Their take on French toast was a standout—fluffy and custardy, served with fresh strawberries, crisp pastry shards, and a scoop of ice cream for that perfect hot-cold contrast. The coffee is consistently good. Service is friendly, though it can get busy.

I've lived in Campbell for a couple years, and during that time, I've had the chance to enjoy Teddy Pickers both before and after the change in ownership. When I first started going, their egg and bacon roll quickly became a favorite of mine—it was easily the best in town (sorry 54 Benjamin!). The coffee was good too, and I found myself visiting several times a week. That said, both the food and coffee could be a bit hit-or-miss in terms of consistency. When the ownership changed, I’ll admit I had my doubts, just like many locals. There was definitely a transition period where it felt like the new staff were still finding their rhythm. Which brings me to now. I have to give credit where it's due. Red, Jasmine, and the entire team have done a fantastic job transforming Teddy Pickers into one of the friendliest neighborhood cafes in Canberra. The food is more consistent than ever, and the attention to detail really stands out. As a black coffee drinker, I can confidently say the coffee has improved as well—better than it ever was. I’ve never written a review for this cafe before, but lately, I’ve been so impressed with how far they've come that I felt they deserved the recognition. If you haven’t been to Teddy Pickers lately, it’s absolutely worth another visit.

Our mother's day outing to Teddy Pickers Campbell Cafe was a delightful treat! We savored every bite of the egg n bacon roll and lamb salad – both bursting with flavor and freshness. The coffee was rich and aromatic, the Vermont chai and special hot chocolate were a comforting hug in a cup, and the batch brew was the perfect pick-me-up. With delicious food and cozy vibes, Teddy Pickers provided the ideal setting for a relaxing family meal. Highly recommended for a satisfying culinary experience! Great customer service and enviroment.

Teddy Picker’s feels like a home away from home. Eating breakfast there felt fresh and comforting, like waking up to a hot, homemade meal that warms you from the inside out. The cozy atmosphere and hearty food made for the perfect start to my day, leaving me feeling nourished and content. It’s the kind of café where you can relax, savor the moment, and enjoy the simple pleasures of a warm breakfast.

Amazing coffee! Stunning location! Fresh and tasty food! Quite enough portions for breakfast. Fast and friendly service! Very reasonably priced compared to other cafes in the area. This place will be my new local spot ☺️ You made our morning...our fun family morning started the right way :)

Not sure of the lovely guys name but he was clean cut, dark hair, facial hair. Very nice. We ordered some semi off the menu plain items for the kids and he made it such a dream experience (especially when your catering for little ones) Everything was so effortless for us. Thank you to the team !!

Service is always polite, efficient and the coffee is always tailored to your request. There is an informal seating arrangement, also at tables and there is a couch setting, which is nice. My wife and I go out of our way to go there regularly.

The food was good but it could be great! I got their Brekky Roll and it was very different to the norm; loved the flavours and the brisket inside was fantastic. Small gripe, it was messy to eat and I ended up using a knife and fork despite the roll screaming to be picked up. The hot chocolate looked awesome and wasn't bad but honestly felt like it needed a bit more chocolate after getting through the top. It was reasonably busy, and provided a good atmosphere. Will check it out again as I want to try more. On a final note, parking was horrendous. Too many good places suffer for lack of parking.

Yelp
Had an afternoon coffee today from Teddy Pickers. Decided to take a nice walk along Constitution Ave to enjoy the fantastic spring weather and get away from work. Service was polite and friendly however the Coffee was very disappointing. Firstly it was served in a tiny 6oz cup and cost $4. Compared to $3.10 at the in house coffee shop where I work with a normal size small cup (10oz I think)! Secondly it was very week and the milk tasted sour. Sad to see another coffee business in Canberra going the way of more cost for less bang. It's not the costs difference which annoys, but the fact that 6oz coffee simply isn't a satsfying amount. Won't go back again.

Yelp
Great place with focus on excellent coffee and innovative, fresh menu. Had the avo on toast - perfect avo, lovely grainy bread toasted to perfection, dukkah, hommous and beautiful light feta. Sides of picked jalapeño (made on premises) and heirloom tomatoes really complemented main items. Very, very pleasant surrounds and excellent service.
