As a long-time vegan, I was blown away by the truffle ravioli—rich, creamy, and absolutely unforgettable. I almost wanted to order in a second plate! The menu is clearly labeled, staff are helpful with adjustments, and the overall vibe is elegant yet relaxed. Prices are a bit high (€22 for lunch), but the quality makes it 100% worth it. Don’t forget to bring cash for the restroom attendant. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Berlin!

Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon with your loved ones. I felt like I was at home with the wonderful service and lovely nibbles for the High Tea. Small portions but very unique to have Roast Beef and Salmon sandwiches along with homemade scones with clotted cream n jam. My other half was equally impressed with Spargel Soup and Ceviche fresh ingredients. Really lovely surroundings and the staff were just lovely.

The teahouse undoubtedly scores points with its idyllic atmosphere and picturesque location - a real treat for the eyes. Located right in the Tiergarten, not far from the "Golden Else" and in the neighborhood of the Federal President, you might think that everything here is perfect. But unfortunately this experience is spoiled by the guests present. The national German company was not quite to my taste, which reduced the pleasure. In addition, the food prices seemed a bit overpriced to me.

It's a nice, classy place. I like it here. It's in the Tiergarten. It's a good place for snacks, food, coffee...all that. The staff is attentive. The prices are a bit high.

Good variety in food and drinks, providing a nice escape from the busy city. The location has beautiful scenery.

The place is very nicely located, offers some selection of tea, pastries/cakes as well as English tea. The tea itself was very nice (we ordered milk oolong). We also ordered a scone with cream and jam. Scone and jam were nice, the cream didn't have a proper consistency though. Small minus for the service - we had to remind the waiter three times about the scone that we ordered, so we waited for it at least 15-20 minutes.

You would be hard pressed to find a nicer setting on a Beautiful sunny day . The food was good , with plenty of choices to cater for most taste buds. Good selection of wines and beers . Reasonable priced for a long slow lunch.

The 'English Garden' is a small corner of the Tiergarten, close to the Siegessäule Column, with a tea-house with a thatched roof, and a small, walled formal garden with lawns and a pond beyond. I say tea-house, but it is actually quite a large cafe, with a single large indoor room and a large terraced area. Part of this is allocated to a self-service area (with a limited menu) and another area with waitress service. We treated ourselves to tea - I had an Apfelstrudel with Vanilla Custard (€5.50) and my partner had an English High Tea - sandwiches, scones, cream, jam, a cake. They offer a wide choice of different types of tea. Other reviews on here talk of the poor service when it is busy, but we couldn't fault it on our visit on a nice week-day in late September. It isn't cheap - our bill came to €20 - but it was a lovely place to stop and relax, and the food was nice (I would guess about average in terms of quality - those expecting a top-notch High Tea will be disappointed, but it's the whole experience you come for). The Tea-house also has a programme of concerts and themed evenings throughout the year.

Stefan is THE ABSOLUTE BEST waiter!!! We truly enjoyed our service he made it so special. We were there a total of 9 days and went here 3 times!! They have live music in Sunday's in the summer. Highly recommend the Apple strudel and the beef tenderloin!!!

Found this place after a walk in Tiergarten. Wasn't sure if I should get it, since it looked a bit cold and abandoned from the outside. Inside it was the exact opposite. Warm and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, the tea and cake were excellent. Highly recommended.

Really loved the idyllic setting here. Garden setting with fresh food; tucked inside the trees. We ordered the mozzarella & tomato appetizer (large portion for 2 ppl); spaghetti special (fresh pasta, little bland); and roast beef (always good).

This place has a great ambience and location. The chocolate cheesecake was very good. Great outdoor seating and views.

Nice location, but terrible staff. Staff member started taking our orders and half way through he just walked off, only to return about 5 minutes later. At a certain moment, I counted nine staff doing nothing at all apart from socialising among themselves not paying any attention to the customers. Carrot/ginger soup was OKish, but most places in Berlin serve much better fare. Go here for the nice location, or do some fieldwork on an anthropology study into the bonding rituals of waiters, but not for a culinary experience.

Left the Teehaus after 45 minutes. We've waited half an hour for 5 Hefeweizens. Asked the waitress and she yelled at us in german!! German Gemutlihkeit?!? WTF!
