What a fabulous company. Contacted four estate agents re a property i wanted to view in Murcia. Only one bothered getting back to me. Natalia at Tekce. Within a month of our conversation i was on a plane and out for four days. Natalia collected us at our apartment and took us to four properties. Loved the first and nothing after that touched it. Stopped viewing at about 3pm and said take us home mind made up. Went to 1st property and saw it again next day. Signed up and was taken by Natalia to lawyer then Noterie. Always felt that Natalia was on our side not the developers. Great service so far. Just got to wait 18 months for delivery. Brilliant staff and company. Thank you i am so excited

We had very good experience with Tekce, specifically with Szanyi Katalin , who is a very enthusiastic, experienced, very accurate and very thorough real estate agent. She was helping us through the whole process from the first step. She assessed the needs of our family, we put together the list of the houses and flats we wanted to visit, she made all the appointments ready by the time we arrived in Spain for a 3 days real estate visiting. When we arrived she took us by car to all the houses until we finally found our future dream home. Katalin also assisted us at the buying process at the notary and even also at the final step when we took over our home. She is very good in Spanish, she helped us in the communication as well and never forgot about us in the whole process, for which we are very grateful. I have bought an apartment in Malaga recently. Katalina and Team Tekçe walked me trough all steps. Katalina and I had online sessions before I arrived at Malaga. Afterwards Katalina made a portfolio based on my preferences. I am visual guy, hence I need to see the portfolio in 3-D.
