Worst retail experience I have ever had (and I live in Paris, which is notorious for poor service).
I visited the Tekla Fabrics store in Copenhagen to purchase pillowcases. My client advisor (a tall, dark brown haired girl) was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She lacked even the most basic customer service skills, no greeting, no effort to engage or connect, no introduction to the brand or its products, and no attempt to make the visit a positive experience!
Her attitude was so off-putting that I left without making a purchase. Two days later, I decided to give the store another chance and returned to buy the items. This time, I was helped by a differnt (and nicer) client advisor. However, the rude client advisor from the previous day was there as well. When my client advisor went to retrieve the pillowcases I wanted, the rude one accompanied her into the stockroom. A few moments later, my client advisor returned to say they were coincidentally suddenly "out of stock" in the colour I was looking for.
I reluctantly purchased another colour, but in the end I realised I could not in good conscience support a brand/store with this level of service. I returned the item the next day.
If you value good service, I recommend ordering online, or better yet, shopping with another brand entirely.
