Beautiful brand and I am a loyal customer. I was excited to visit the shop in copenhagen. Such a beautiful shop and nice items so it’s a shame that the employees are not professional. The moment you step in you feel that the employees have an attitude. I asked for another size and one staff says they just don’t have it. We asked another staff and he says they have it. I would just shop online rather than having to go through this kind of shopping experience. This expensive and high end brand should offer better shopping experience. I felt like I had to leave asap. Still love the brand but would’ve been so much nicer and would’ve bought maybe more things if they were nice and professional.

Everyone talks about how bad the customer service is, but I didn’t even get to experience it because they wouldn’t let me in—“full” capacity, they said. I went there specifically to pick out my Christmas gift, and they expected me to wait outside in the cold and rain. I get that they want to offer personalized service, but the store clearly had enough room for me (and at least 10 more people) to come in, look around, and choose something on my own. It’s incredibly rude to make customers wait outside. They’re not Louis Vuitton to afford the luxury of making people wait.

Super nice store!!! All the staff were very kind and polite. It smells so good in the store. I highly recommend it because it's the first Tekla’s flagship store. 🥹

Not being allowed to try garments on is bonkers! Get a grip Tekla. Love your products but they are not precious artifacts….the are there to be used and felt.

One of my favourite homeware brands - it was so nice seeing the range of colours in person. The customer service was absolutely delightful, too.

I don’t quite get the point of that store. The stuff is beautiful, sure, but you can't even try anything on! Treating towels and robes like they're made of some rare, one-of-a-kind materials is honestly pretty amusing. I felt really weird when I wasn’t allowed to try on the shirt I wanted, and instead, they handed me a different one to try on. Sorry guys, but that’s just not how it works. I’ll just order it online, try it at home, and return it. This store just doesn’t make any sense.

These sheets are the worst quality I have ever had and I paid for them over 500 euro. After 2 years of using them and washing them regularly, there is a discoloration. I really hope the hype will soon be over and this company together with their customer service Manager Katrine will go where they belong. Customer service, instead of admitting they have a quality issue, they offered me 10 percent on the next purchase that will never happen.
