Tekla Copenhagen Store

I must say I am super disappointed with he quality of the products I received. I bought online so I'm only speaking for that experience. I succumbed to the gorgeous colors and reputation but after several weeks of using, I find the percale being rough, not soft at all. The dust stays on the fabric, I have to vacuum my sheets with a brush if I want them to be completely clean. I wish I didn't buy a whole set on my first order and started smaller to test the quality.

Worst retail experience I have ever had (and I live in Paris, which is notorious for poor service). I visited the Tekla Fabrics store in Copenhagen to purchase pillowcases. My client advisor (a tall, dark brown haired girl) was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She lacked even the most basic customer service skills, no greeting, no effort to engage or connect, no introduction to the brand or its products, and no attempt to make the visit a positive experience! Her attitude was so off-putting that I left without making a purchase. Two days later, I decided to give the store another chance and returned to buy the items. This time, I was helped by a differnt (and nicer) client advisor. However, the rude client advisor from the previous day was there as well. When my client advisor went to retrieve the pillowcases I wanted, the rude one accompanied her into the stockroom. A few moments later, my client advisor returned to say they were coincidentally suddenly "out of stock" in the colour I was looking for. I reluctantly purchased another colour, but in the end I realised I could not in good conscience support a brand/store with this level of service. I returned the item the next day. If you value good service, I recommend ordering online, or better yet, shopping with another brand entirely.

Really like the shop and the brand. Our shop assistant was kind of too friendly - it felt unnatural and forced. But nevertheless we were taken care of real good!

The staff was really friendly and gave me plenty of time to experience the materials on my own. I still found it a bit awkward to imagine the full look from samples in a drawer

Lovely products and inspiring store interior! 🤩

The SA was very helpful. However, I think their towels usually don’t do so well in high humidity environments.

Super nice store!!! All the staff were very kind and polite. It smells so good in the store. I highly recommend it because it's the first Tekla’s flagship store. 🥹

One of my favourite homeware brands - it was so nice seeing the range of colours in person. The customer service was absolutely delightful, too.
