I have never experienced such unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright shocking behavior from a hotel in my life. After a long, exhausting day, instead of receiving even basic hospitality, I was met with pure hostility. The night shift manager literally told me: “If you’re unsatisfied, then take your guests and leave the hotel please.”
No explanation. No courtesy. No effort to resolve the issue. Just attitude and a complete lack of customer service.
All I did was raise a concern about a service, and in response, I was told to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. The manager’s tone, behavior, and outright disrespect were unbelievable.
If this is how they treat their customers, I can’t imagine what else goes on behind the scenes. Save yourself the stress and humiliation and stay anywhere else. This place clearly does not care about its guests, professionalism, or even basic human decency.
Avoid at all costs.
