Teller Restaurant

Had not been in years. Had a beautiful family dinner. The service was amazing and we were well looked after. The food was cooked perfectly and no complaints. Will be back again ❤️

An outstanding dining experience and thoroughly recommend Teller Restaurant. The menu is creative with an attention to detail in the execution and delivery of every dish we ordered. The steaks were cooked to perfection (at the temperature we requested), fresh local ingredients. This place sets an impressive standard in regional Victoria. Thanks to Andre and the team - we will definitely return.

Booking a table for 4 was very simple and when we arrived, were greeted warmly and had complimentary champagne waiting for us. The food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time, considering I ordered a steak and the others had more simple meals. The meals all came together. The steak was one of the best I have had in a very long time (Porterhouse), and nothing was left on the plate. The sides we ordered (potatoes and cheesy-cauliflour) were flavourful and of an adequate quantity (I would have preferred more potatoes, but I am Texan). Desserts were very nice, too. All in all, while somewhat expensive, well worth the time to eat there. We will return!

First time dining there and enjoyed the experience. The service was excellent, calm music and clean environment. The waiter explained the menu so well and gave some recommendations. Food was really delicious, will definitely visit again.

We love eating out in country towns, you’d be surprised as to how many restaurants and bistros rival, and if not serve up dishes that bear some of Melbourne’s best restaurants. Teller is one of them, and my word, what a gem. Brilliant service and delish food.

We had the scotch steak, the chicken on greens with chili oil, and a serve of broccoli. All delicious although the soy on the broccoli was a little overpowering. We also had coconut sorbet and meringue with berry compote which is the only dish I wouldn't recommend - smashed on the plate, a little small and the compote was too sweet and strong. Regardless a very enjoyable experience.

We had our staff Christmas dinner in the private dining at The Teller. What a wonderful evening! The staff were very engaging, fun and accommodating to our needs. We shared a 2 course Christmas menu and the food was absolutely devine! Thankyou for a wonderful night, I'm sure we will all be back.

Beautiful food, great service, a wonderful birthday celebration. Highly recommend. I had the duck and it was so scrumptious! Crispy skin, cooked perfectly. Others in our party had the barramundi and porterhouse. There was nothing left on our plates. And the dessert......yuuuummm! Thank you to our attentive waiters - we loved that our water was constantly topped up and all of our meals came out together. We will return, definitely!

Great dinner sharing interesting small plates and sides, finished off with wicked baked cheesecake desert (again, shared). Local ingredients, fresh, makes for good feelings also at this tough time.

I've only been here the one time so far but it was quite nice and had a good atmosphere. Had dinner here before going to the cinema. We had a main and a desert. The food was lovely a bit pricey but well above a pub meal but well worth it. I would return here one day for a special occasion with family and friends.

This is a highlight of what makes Shepparton a town worth living in. They have really put an emphasis on the design of this restaurant. The ingredients are fresh locally sourced The customer service is exceptional. The rib was so juicy, tender, perfectly cooked and so worth the 25+ dollars I had to pay for.

Meeting family for a get together celibration of a birthday. Very courteous and friendly staff, comfortable seating and very tasty food. This was a dinner on Saturday night and I think we all were very happy with everything! A big Happy Birthday Abby!! Definately a treat here in Shepparton!!

This is very clearly the best restaurant in Shepparton, bar none. I don't get home to Shepparton too often but when I do the first thing I do is book a table at Teller (a must if you want a table on Friday or Saturday night). They use locally sourced ingredients to design an interesting menu. I recommend the chacuterie and a steak of any description, they are all good. If you can't get a table at Teller, try their sister Fryers Street Food Store - they do great gourmet wood fire pizzas matched with quality wines.
