The venue is remarkable (even if you don't play golf). The food is excellent, both in the bar or dining room. You can't beat the staff, accommodating, friendly and personable. Beautiful surroundings no matter what time of year you go. One of the best things about the room is the very comfortable bed. The other is the spacious, well lit bathroom. We keep returning, you will too.

This is one of our favorite weekend getaway locations for my wife and I. It has very nice modern rooms overlooking the gorgeous and very well maintained golf course, but also has great views of the nearby mountain range. We also love their Cork Fire Grill which has a very nice bar and restaurant offering a nice variety of meals and great drinks. We very much enjoy the breakfast options and dinner menu, especially after a day of wine tasting in the valley. Sam did a nice job taking care of us at breakfast on Friday morning. Very attentive and friendly.

I recently stayed at the Temecula Creek Inn while in town for a business trip and I am SO glad that I did! The location was perfect and close to all my meetings, but when the day ended I felt like I was on vacation! Although i did not have time to play golf this trip, the views were very relaxing. The food in their restaurant (Cork Fire?) was way better than I expected from a hotel outlet. But the best part was their staff! Super friendly and authentic.

Quaint, easy to get to vacation spot in the Temecula wine country. 27 holes of golf, this resort is well positioned to appeal to various visitors. We stayed for two nights starting Christmas Day. The rooms are a little dated but nice. The staff was excellent working Christmas evening and through the holiday. The restaurant staff and food are good.

Google
Would NOT recommend. The check in experience was good. Cleaning staff seemed competent. That's where the good part of our experience ended... The rooms are badly in need of an update. They probably have not yet been updated in this century... The room, although large was poorly furnished with no desk or comfortable chair. Had work to do and had to use a patio chair and an uncomfortable credenza as a desk resulting in back pain... The hot tub was dirty and couldn't be used. We planned on ordering room service for breakfast one morning and were informed that there would be at least a 1.5 hour wait for our order. In room dining menu seemed quite expensive. We ended up using Uber Eats and got our order in 20 minutes. Dining experiences for lunch and dinner were sub par. I suspect that there are problems in the kitchen...

Google
We went back to this place after 2 decades and while it's dated it's pretty good. The premium king room was huge . Parking was easy and close and the AC kept the room cool .The restaurant is good and room service was fast . The only negatives are the bathrooms are old and small and the big TV wasn't a smart unit . It was to hot to golf during our stay but the course looked good . The price is reasonable I and I would go back

The grounds for this hotel are lovely. Service is also great. The rooms on the other hand…. Not great. The first room we were in was just gross. The dresser top, lamps and counter top were visibly covered in a coat of dust. The front desk attendant was very helpful in moving us to a different room. The second room was somewhat cleaner- the dresser top, counters and lamp weren’t dusty. The trim around the bathroom mirror and floor were really gross though. In general- the bathroom in both room a we were in needed deeper cleaning and to be updated. The bedroom furniture was also in rough shape in both rooms. Photos reflect the second room. The restaurant had excellent food and service. Golf course looks to be in rough shape.

Google
We had several challenges with our stay at the hotel 1) Housekeeping did a very shoddy job, they did not change sheets despite us calling multiple times. House keeping never picked up the phone we had to call the front desk 2) No trash can provided in the room. We were traveling with a toddler and it was very inconvenient and unhygienic when house keeping doesn't show up. 3) We had asked for glasses in the room that never came 4) The room rates are not cheap but the quality of service was so poor. Overall we might not stay here again. It's not worth the room price.

Yelp
This property had lots of potential for a beautiful stay between the restaurant, golf course and scenic grounds. The room was spacious and had some nice amenities with little touches, a large balcony and nice bedroom furniture. It wasn't well-lit and seemed like it had been vacant for a while as there were a few dusty spaces. The bathroom was most in need of an upgrade with dated fixtures and odd patch-ups here and there. We had to lug our bags up a set of stairs which was pretty rough. Overall, I feel a little high-priced for the offering.

Yelp
Came to this place for a weekend getaway with the wifey and it was definitely a nice place. Check in receptionist was super nice with lots of good info on wineries. Room was nice but cut my finger opening the ironing board that fell apart in my hands. Called in to front desk to get replacement as we had dinner reservations and an hour later, nothing. We left and came back to a board back in the room.

Yelp
Oh Lordy...... Disgusting rooms. Outdated and dirty!! The stained carpet was beyond. Had to stay here for a wedding and was annoyed of how gross it was for the $$$ I was spending. Better off staying at Pechanga or elsewhere in the area.

Roy E.

Yelp
Very helpful and friendly staff. Quick and simple check in. Very professional. One mile from Pechanga casino. Golfing available.

Cataleya S.

Yelp
Overall it was a good stay, but for the price point and the location, the expectations were not met. Especially it being a primary place where golf enthusiasts stay. Possible factor: I had a dog (?). Let me explain... LOCATION: Is great! Pechanga is down the street which if you tell the front desk you'd like to ride the shuttle van they will pick up and drop off to and from Pechanga to the Inn. Its also surrounded by a golf course which leaves well kept landscaping and beautiful scenes. It's a large property that sort of resembles like a campground where there's a restaurant on one end, a beautiful area for weddings, and the rooms. FOOD/CORK FIRE KITCHEN: Is delicious! The room service food is from this restaurant. ROOM: Generally it looks like they renovated the room and made added unique bits here and there to make it updated. Pros- the balcony view is peaceful. The outside seating is quaint and peaceful. The room. The bed was very comfortable with equallyl comfy pillows and sheets. Spacious, and calm with the outdoor balcony access. The room front door is unique and the room key is wood which was pretty neat. Cons- no mini refrigerator so for those of you who want to have a "staycation" and lounge in the room all day be aware. The bathroom tub was NOT clean to my liking with stains (see pictures). The carpet had stains which made me feel dirty and questioned being barefoot. Now I brought my dog so I get it if they put me in a room that's designated for guests with pets BUT I've stayed at other places with my dog and the room carpet was not stained in this way ESPECIALLY for this standard of a hotel/inn. I was taken back and disappointed by this. That $100 pet fee is NOT refundable so it makes me question what are they doing with the money because clearly they are not using it to actually clean the rooms the way they should based on looking at the carpet. BREAKFAST: They have a door hanger that has breakfast menu items where you're meant to write out what you want for breakfast if you'd like breakfast. It says clearly to leave it out on the door knob and it's collected nightly. Well, I followed the instructions, and sure enough the next morning, it's still there. It wasn't picked up. So now, I feel they should've written in the instructions to give them a call so they know to pick it up. Had to get breakfast off property. Would I stay here again? Yes, and I'll go without my dog this time to see how the other rooms look like. Still disappointed by the quality of the cleanliness with or without a dog, it should all be the same caliber of cleanliness.

Yelp
We were pleasantly surprised after reading all the negative reviews. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but they were large and clean. We stayed in #146 which ad a wonderful balcony with a view of the signature waterfall by the 18th green and the chef's garden as well as the 1st tee and expansive beautiful golf course. The service was really friendly. We felt very welcomed, and they did a great job accommodating our requests, including being near the pro shop, so we didn't have to take our golf clubs too far to check in. The restaurant, Cork Fire, is a killer amenity! Great room service and the food is first class. I was also very impressed with the golf course--it was in very good shape with some narrow fairways and tough greens. Interesting terrain changes between the Stone House which is really hilly with a ton of up and down vs. the Oaks course that was a bit flatter in the valley. Nice golf carts and very well-stocked pro shop. Driving range was off matts. We attended a wedding, which was a spectacular location at the Stone House. Overall, a great destination wedding location.

Rosa C.

Yelp
The front desk is outstanding. Everyone was so welcoming from the office, to the restaurant. Lovely room, lovely views. The Mac and cheese was some of the best I've ever had hands down. Farm to table never disappoints. We took our engagement pictures here and I seriously cannot wait to be back to celebrate our Anniversary.

Dell M.

Yelp
Beautiful view over the golf course- beds were pillow top - comfortable- highly recommend

Danika Z.

Yelp
Love this hotel! So cozy and feels like a retreat. I will definitely be back. Also, Hailey is the absolute best! She's such a sweetheart and recommended so many things for us to do. She was very accommodating, professional and knows Temecula well. Thank you Hailey! 5 stars from me!

Yelp
I just spent thanksgiving weekend here... Service was amazing, prompt, friendly and informative.. Cork Fire food, ambiance & staff winderful too.. The question is would I go back there again!... Yes.

Patricia K.

Yelp
Very comfortable resort. Rooms are a little dated. Restaurants was delicious, great views of golf course.

Chris T.

Yelp
Great place. I went here for my buddy's wedding. We stayed at the inn and had a great time @ the venue

JB B.

Yelp
You can tell it's a little on the other side but it seems like they've recently upgraded it. The bathrooms though look like they are original. Everything you need is right on property which is nice. Restaurant golf course bar. Everybody at the facility was very nice. The place was very clean. I thought it was a good stay

Petcha D.

Yelp
I needed a pet friendly hotel and this was amazing for that, but, you could hear everything your neighbors do through the walls, and the beds had no level of comfort. The hvac is pretty old and loud, but that didn't bother me as much. I would have preferred if the patios were fenced, as that would have felt safer for me.

Tricia M.

Yelp
So sad. My husband and I haven't been to the inn in a couple years. Came here for our anniversary. It's fine downhill. Very dirty. The gym was gross and shouldn't be open for service in the condition it's in now. I let the front desk know. I hope they clean the place up. It's got so much potential.

Yvette P.

Yelp
We had the opportunity to spend an extended weekend at TCI for a golf tournament and of course being in Temecula took advantage of enjoying a few wineries. The tournament was at Temecula Creek golf course so it was only natural to stay at the Inn allowing us to be near the course and friends who stayed at the Inn as well. However, for the money we spent (and we got a somewhat small price break for Friday and Saturday so it would have been their usually HIGH weekend rate) I feel like the rooms were in DESPERATE NEED OF updating and cleaning!!!! The pros for the the room are: the room is large, has a small refrigerator, our room had a balcony that overlooked the golf course, double sinks in the bathroom, the toilet had a separate room with door, and a large TV and a large carpeted floor area to workout which I did. But the cons for the expensive extended weekend (Th-Sun) were: room needs updating, carpet old and because I worked out and glad I brought my yoga mat because while i was on it; I noticed either dog hair or human hair on the carpet, the furniture is scratched and old looking, the mattress had BIG holes where others have slept, the slide screen door had holes and track was dirty, the bathroom walls were damaged, light switches looked old and discolored, fan in toilet room loud, toilet seat needs some maintenance, shower curtain hung low into the tub; hence into dirty shower water (gross), usb outlet on nightstand missing, interior doors at bottom are cracked and look water/moisture damaged, curtains (both light blocking and decorative) are old and dirty, cheap looking toilet paper holder as well as the toilet paper kept coming off of it. Although, I will high praise to the property. It is definitely a beautiful setting and location to visit, but perhaps go and enjoy the Cork & Fire Kitchen. We had appetizers which were very good. Unfortunately, the prices are high and for our salad my husband and I split, it wasn't much. I have spent less (say at The Cheesecake Factory) and received a scrumptious salad with triple the portion. But again, looking over a golf course while dining is sometimes worth the money paid. They do have a small gym with a couple treadmills, 1 elliptical, weights, and a weight/workout bench (the kind for a full body workout). Plus they provide towels and have a TV. We didn't utilize the pool, but it looked kept up well. Did enjoy the jacuzzi, on the small size and because its close to bushes/trees, there were droppings inside the jacuzzi, but still nice and relaxing. Outside the front desk/lobby, there is a nice, large patio for sitting. We enjoyed sipping wine and chatting with friends. Beware...the room comes with two bottles of water and if you need more it will cost $5 per bottle for extra nights. Our friends asked for more and that is what they were told. The room does have a single serve Keurig which we used and the coffee was good. Since they don't clean your room daily unless you request it, we had to request more coffee pods for the other morning we stayed. The front desk employees were kind and always available to answer questions via texting and they were prompt in replying. Oh yes, Pechanga now owns this property so you will see their security car travel throughout the day and I suppose one other plus is that there is a shuttle that will take you to and from Pechanga from TCI. Not sure of the times as we didn't go while staying at TCI. All in all, I would NOT stay there again especially for the price and room conditions. I have stayed at nicer and cleaner Hiltons & Marriotts on the road to TX. Yes, I don't have the same balcony view, but I will give it up! For the price one will pay, it just ISN'T worth the money. Sorry TCI, but you need to spruce your rooms up for the price you charge!

Kevin B.

Yelp
Great location, beautiful scenery. Cute rooms, nothing fancy but great to have balconies overlooking the golf course. I would stay here again. I would not eat at the restaurant again. It had good drinks and service but the food was not great. Pleasant and quiet hotel with slightly dated but fine rooms in a beautiful spot.

Steven A.

Yelp
Food was very good, but service was below average. Spoke with the manager who gave excuses. Would have given a great review, but staff did not care. Bar staff was great, but restaurant was not.. The girl who brought birthday dessert apologized, but not her fault. Tristan was our server, but when he had a difficult table he ignored us. It's a shame because I would love to return here. But not worth my time! For $200 it should have been better!!@

Alice C.

Yelp
First of all I would like to say that this place is amazing. My fiancé and I visit here about twice a year and each time the customer service is amazing. We checked in on Wednesday 11/30 and had a small concern regarding our neighbors, Amanda found a resolution right away and even upgraded our room. We were very pleased with the service and was quickly reminded why we absolutely love this place. It's next to the delicious cork fire restaurant and even offers free shuttles to Pechanga! What could be better? This place will always have a special place in our hearts. Thanks again to the staff!

John G.

Yelp
Just recently stayed at the Temecula Creek Inn and was amazed at the poor condition of the resort. This is NO longer a four diamond resort! The attention must be totally on the golf course because the condition, attention to detail and overall condition since JC Resorts sold it has deteriorated dramatically. My recommendation is to hire a professional hospitality management company to oversee this once incredible asset!

Eric L.

Yelp
At 375 dollars a night, you'd expect the rooms to be a little cleaner and buttoned up but these are no better than a 2 star motel. It's not bad and the views are really nice but if I didn't have a wedding to attend here, I'd never ever pay this sort of money

Paul N.

Yelp
Golf: awful pace of play, on hole 7 after TWO HOURS! Pace of play is killing the game, we won't play here again

Brandice H.

Yelp
The Inn was in a beautiful, lush, woodsy setting. The grounds were picturesque. The room, #317, was very disappointing. The carpet was stained with burn marks. There was mildew/mold under the bathroom sink. The linen was stained. The room smelled stale. I was very disappointed.

Jonathan O.

Yelp
Run away from this place, I spoke to management and they don't listen to clients! They nickel and dime clients and are not a friendly staff. Diana before you say to reach out, I did and was told to deal with it. Sadly there are a group of about 50 of us all headed to Temecula and I will be advising all of them to head elsewhere. Your staff was penny smart dollar foolish, when I shared they that I will be an unhappy client they basically said ok good luck.

Janet D.

Yelp
Pretty pricey for a pretty old building. There have been some attempts to bring it up to speed, but you can't hide old building materials. Also, be prepared for a "resort" fee for parking and some other items we never used. And the restaurant's pricing is way out of line with the product served. Oh, and they don't accept cash.

B L.

Yelp
Very disappointed. Booked two rooms for my family to stay for a wedding. At first glance, all seemed well. That's where it stopped. I have never spent so much money for such dirty, rundown rooms in my life. FIILTHY carpets, cigarette butts by both patios, stains on the ceilings, walls, tub etc. The phone in my room rang 3 times on night one between 4 and 5:00 am...spam calls...in a hotel! I could keep going, but it just angers me more. Please see pictures. EDIT: I did receive a very nice call from Heather, the Front Desk Manager. They are working with me to make things right. Thank you.

Danny N.

Yelp
This was our first time stating here. It's located on a golf course with great scenery. We were in town for a wedding and it seems a lot of people were too. The rooms are clean and well kept. They have a nice pool and gym too. 10 minute drive to old downtown.

Kate P.

Yelp
The events team set up a hotel block for our wedding guests and worked closely with us to manage it. They also worked with us to make sure our stay was just right. We also had our rehearsal dinner with them on the Plaza and it was just gorgeous. We loved being near the water feature and the garden. The tables, linens, and buffet setup were tasteful. The bartender and catering staff were so attentive. The food at Cork Fire is SUPERB. The catering at our rehearsal was very tasty and so were all the other meals we had in the restaurant.

Kathryn B.

Yelp
A nice older facility has a charm about it and large rooms. The restaurant is within walking distance to your rooms. A nice golf course that I enjoyed playing. If you're looking for something higher end and closer to the wineries this would not be the right choice.

Lisa S.

Yelp
First the advantages - good location near old town, rooms overlook golf course and are spacious, and the the room has a refrigerator. Now for the bad - my comforter had what looked like dried blood on it and the carpet had several stains and needed to be badly replaced. The bathroom tile also needed to be re-caulked. I would not stay here again.

Meredith A.

Yelp
This place is a dump. Toilets over flow, smells like mold, coffee machine nasty. Pool is disappointing. You overall will be disappointed.

Serena V.

Yelp
For the price we paid for this hotel is ridiculous... Our room was hot and they brought us a fan and blamed the high ceiling for the reason why it's not staying cool in our room. And our sink on 1 side isn't draining... Also my mother in law were staying in the next building and that room smelt like dog piss, and they had send a carpet cleaner to get the smell out. Just absolutely ridiculous..

Niharika G.

Yelp
What's scary about Temecula is that they aren't taking COVID-19 seriously at all. There are tons of places with anti maskers, who are not socially distanced and the owners of the restaurant or location don't enforce any rules. This hotel is one of them. Tons of people in the hotel who walk around without masks! Not safe in a pandemic! In regards to the hotel: the rooms were very outdated. We had an issue where the air conditioning was blowing hot air. We called the front desk, they sent a technician who spent time fixing it. The perk of this stay was that it had its own restaurant attached that had a full menu with drinks. The food was average, but the connivence was so great, especially after a day of traveling. Price wise: pretty affordable and one of the cheaper resorts in Temecula, but about a 15 minute drive from old town Temecula or the wineries.

Ki R.

Yelp
We stayed on a golf package on a Monday and Tuesday, we arrived on a Sunday. The property is much more manicured and well taken care of, more than expected. The beautiful and well laid out courses have three "nine holes" (Oaks/Creek/Stone House). Stone House and Oaks are the more challenging, with Stone being even more so. The rooms are spacious and have a mini wet-bar w/fridge. There are large LG flat screen TV's as well, it is somewhat hard to use or navigate the menu and is confusing when changing channels. The staff, especially the front desk and room tenants are very friendly and eager to help in anyway. We ate at the Corkfire restaurant for dinner and lunch and was pleasantly surprised as for the food and service. The chef has his own garden to grow some greens and vegetables, is a nice touch *farm to table. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for a couple of days golfing and staying. The surrounding area has nearby groceries, outlets, and plenty of food/meals choices. We will definitely come back to enjoy again.

Lauren K.

Yelp
We stayed at this hotel for one night. As we were going to a friend's wedding the staff let us check in early, but with the option being one of the lower level rooms (we had booked something else). This was an issue the following morning when at 8am a golf tournament teed off outside of our bedroom, with a large crowd in attendance. We weren't warned about it. The next issue we had was the noisy beds of the guests in the room above, they were having lots of fun all night. The bigger issue came after check out, when upon realising we had left an item of clothing behind, we called within a couple of hours and then filled out the web form. After many days/weeks of them looking for the item, it was declared lost. Even though it was left on a chair and only housekeeping had access to the room after. It managing to get lost from our leaving to housekeeping coming in was a head scratcher. The last issue was the food in the restaurant. It was not good. All in all, unless you like golf tournaments waking you up outside of your bedroom, clothes being lost to all, guests above making the most of their nights, and bad food, I'd give this one a miss.

Shirin S.

Yelp
Nope. Had not been here in about 15 years. On the plus side, the staff is lovely and the brunch was good. Now for the negative stuff. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. More like a trampoline than a bed. The room was dirty. The pillow covers had pen marks on them. The towels were crispy and smelled weird. The floor boards in the bathroom had very obvious water damage because they were soft and separating and the room smelled like mold. For the price they charge, the place should be a whole lot less like a nasty motel. Very disappointing.

Gigi P.

Yelp
I was happy to learn that Pechanga purchased TCI, and was excited to finally stay again after they completed renovations to the hotel, but what an abject disappointment!! While Cork Fire restaurant and the golf courses and grounds are still fantastic, hence my two stars, the hotel accommodations are severely and sorely lacking. The "renovations" consisted of a little paint, some vinyl plank flooring, new photographs on the walls, and new (but not necessarily nice) furniture. The room was not clean - I found hairballs in the bathroom and in the main room, so obviously a poor job sweeping/vacuuming. The shower grout had black mold growing in several places, and a straight curtain rod instead of the new curved type, so the curtain sticks to you while you shower. The HVAC system is old and noisy, rattling like crazy while running, and the temperature regulation was a joke - the room vacillated between insufferably hot or too cold. The mattress left a LOT to be desired. I've slept on pull out beds that were more comfortable. Check-in was a complete joke. We arrived at 4:15 and were told our room was still being "cleaned" and needed "inspection" before we could get the key card. We no sooner drove down to Cork and parked, and received a text that our room was now available. All that inconvenience for a room that was obviously poorly cleaned and maintained! TCI is such a poor value for what they charge, we will never stay here again or recommend them to anyone unless a real genuine renovation is done. It's a shame because there is so much potential here. But there are far nicer places to stay in Temecula in the same price range. I'm really sorry to say, don't waste your hard earned money here!

Jessica N.

Yelp
Recently I was a guest at the Temecula Creek Inn for a lovely wedding. I lost a heirloom ring there. The staff quickly documented my concern and mobilized a team to help. Brett, the supervisor, sent out a search team, and they found it! The staff notified me and finally I sighed- relief. This experience proves the staff is honest, reliable and went out of their way to assist me. I am grateful for the integrity and professionalism they displayed. THANK YOU, Brett and staff! You are awesome! Sandra

Yelp
As a professional photographer in the wedding industry, it's rare to come across a venue so apart from the rustle & bustle, and so secluded in its rustic nature; there really is no place in Southern California like the Temecula Creek Inn in Temecula, CA It has been one of the great joys of my profession, to come back to Temecula Creek over the years and be amazed. Between the staff, the food, the location, and the amenities offered, Temecula Creek really sets the standard for how idyllic venue locations should operate. And with the perfect team of professionals by any couple's side, you're bound to get the very most out of all the venue provides: , the open land, the trees surrounding, and the beautiful event areas. https://www.princeweddings.net/ *The above review is not a promotion of any business and is based solely on factual, personal experience. Yelp
This resort was amazing, and perfect for dogs I took my puppy with me, and they have so many places for walk. The golf course is amazing as well, and would deff. Go back. The only thing I won't be back to is the restaurant located upstairs from the golf. Bad service, and racist employees. Everything's else is positive. I would go back to the hotel area.

Nunya B.

Yelp
Went to the TCI restaurant for Mother's Day. We were SO disappointed. We all ordered burgers and they were like burgers they picked up from Jack n the box. Very cheap tasting and looking. When we walked in the restaurant was practically empty so we asked for a table by the window but they said those tables were reserved. We finished the meal and most of the tables still hadn't been occupied. Someone also kept dropping dishes in the back. Wish my mom would have had a better experience. Never again

Matthew W.

Yelp
I am shocked to see low ratings. I just did a 5 day event and all the staff was amazing. The rooms, front desk, grounds crew, food, golf, pro shop were all 5 star. Their attention to detail was great. I would plan another event here any day. Diane and Patricia were top notch. From the second we arrived they were in top of everything. Thank you to the entire staff. I will be telling everyone about the great facility and more importantly staff you have. Great job. Your professionalism and communication made the difference. Matt Woods

Yelp
Wow. 4 star hotel? REALLY???? Not to be nit-picky but you gotta be kidding me that this is a 4 star hotel. I've stayed in 4 star. I've stayed in 3 star. This room wasn't either. The grounds are lovely don't get me wrong...4 star... sure. The hotel room.... not so much. Maybe a 3 star for the bed/ living area but the entry and bathroom??? Not a damn chance even for that. The faucets squeak. They SQUEAK! Who ever heard of a faucet squeaking?? So be prepared to wake people up if you use the bathroom in the middle of the night and turn on the faucet to wash your hands. Squeeeeeaaaakkkk. Open the door to the bathroom. Squuuueeeaaak. The ceiling? Seriously. Do a decent repair job around the vent. Disgusting. Please don't try to be hipster with this 1960s (or is it 1930s (?) closet door. It just looks old and broken and like a Motel6. The bathtub. Tiny. Basic. Nothing 4 star about it. The towels? Slimy. There's a limit to how much fabric softener you should be using.... Toilet paper and kleenex? They disintegrate as you use them they're so thin. Yeah....gross. Walls? Paper thin!! You're hearing people's conversations in the next room. You're hearing car doors closing outside. Don't bother setting your alarm... you hear the alarm the people in the room next door set. Wtf? Coffee (I hope) stain on the comforter. And let's not forget the curtains. Check in at night and they look thick enough. But think again at 6am... when your room is lit up. The safe? Doesn't close or lock. Nothing "safe" about leaving your valuables in it. But the kicker....a light above one bed that would flash like a strobe when it was on. Then when you turned the lights off... wait for it... the light directly above the head of your bed stays on....juuuust enough to shine in your eyes if you open them. Is this by design? To give you light in case you change your mind about actually going to sleep? Because it's bullsht. Eventually it goes off but seriously wtf?! The exterior of the hotel room buildings at night when we arrived (the second time... because at 230pm we were told that the room wasn't ready since checkin isn't until 4pm... then it was explained that the room was ready but it needed inspection (see notes above because that inspection clearly failed)... and then explained again that the room was ready but someone needed to inspect it first. Yeah you read that right... the same words almost exactly. Robots running the hotel? "Does not compute...question?... repeat same answer same words...")... there is no elevator so take those stairs to the second floor with your bags... sorry your travel companion is 88 years old. The numbers on the doors? I'm sorry but seriously can you make them legible and not on dark background so you need to be standing right in front of the doors to see the number??? Flickering/burning out light on main floor creating a nice "ok I'm in a horror movie" atmosphere. And.... apparently you need to take out your own trash. Skip this place unless you plan on sleeping outside in the 4 star grounds cos your room isn't any better (and in many respects it's worse) than a Residence Inn or Garden Inn or whatever up the street. (Included in photos of the 2 star room though is a photo of the lovely 4 star grounds) Update: One more lovely tidbit... expect to be awake at 6am with what sounds like a zamboni outside your door... back and forth... back and forth... even when you go outside to check you can't see anything but you can hear as it sounds like it moves on to the next building. Decided to pressure wash the parking lot at 6am? The sides of the hotel? The walkways in front? Who knows but as you breathe in what smells like car exhaust in your room, in about 15 minutes the wake-up alarm from the room next door will go off and you'll hear that anyway so I guess this is just a preview to how your day will start. Can't say we've ever looked forward to checking out of a 4 star hotel before, but clearly there's a first time for everything...and a first AND last time (rolled into one!) to stay at Temecula Creek Inn.

Yelp
Heather at the front desk was especially accommodating and pleasant she turned our stay all around! Grounds are beautiful and wedding venue area was gorgeous! Food at Cork and Vine was delicious!

Yelp
I don't like giving bad reviews, but this place deserves it. We stayed for three nights and I can honestly say we were not impressed, not even for a moment. We traveled with our pet as the hotel is pet friendly. That's cool, but would you expect to enter the room with a disgusting, filthy carpet? Believe me it was nasty. I guess they give guests with pets the rooms with ruined carpets. Why do we pay extra to bring a pet and then have dirty carpets. If made dirty by another guest's pet, you certainly have the funds to clean the carpets! Doesn't that make sense? Further, we found a BIG hair clip under the drapes. Excuse me, if you vacuumed properly you certainly would have seen it. Then, the sliding patio door lock did not function AT ALL. The lock on the door did not lock. The fix? A pull down arm attached to the other door that butted up agains the first door. So tacky! The bathroom shower head was poking out of the wall and one can see how they tried to apply caulking to fix. What an eyesore. The grounds were nothing to brag about either. Nothing looked clean except the small grassy area where my dog pooped! Oxymoron, right? We do't plan on coming back. I'm sure they are nicer places in the area. Sad to say, we haven't found it yet.

Yelp
Sub-par Resort. They are definitely not anything to write home about. The rooms are dingy and old and the carpets are nasty. No hot water. Old in-wall AC. Paper thin "shower curtains." Linty sheets. The staff was sweet though and the grounds and location are nice!

Yelp
This is an older resort that mostly caters to golfers or groups for events. It's tucked away off the beaten path that gives a vibe of quiet relaxation without really going too far. The hotel itself is a little dated, and the rooms show wear and tear. Although that adds to its charm in some ways. There were broken tiles in the bathrooms, peeling/chipped paint and stained carpet. The multiple spiders I found in the bathroom didn't ignite my happy sensors, but I excused them since the rooms are all entered from the outside, which likely makes it harder to keep critters out. The golf course butts right up to the hotel-giving a beautiful view, but also can invite early morning or late night noise, depending on the group hitting the green. That can be annoying if you just want to rest. The staff is welcoming and friendly. And the gardens are beautiful-I could see this being a nice place to host a wedding. Overall, it's a decent place. Nothing remarkable that would make me want to put this on the list of "must sees" but it gets the job done.

Yelp
For the price we paid this room and absence of amenities was absnot worth it. Only benefit was the view. A king deluxe room with only a mini fridge. A Keurig without k-cups. No microwave. A smart tv with Netflix and Amazon options but the selections do not work. Our shower would take 20 minutes to get hot. Room service menu was only on the television moving quickly making it difficult to view. Trash was under our bed from previous guests. No robes, the sheets and duvet were thin. This is advertised as a luxurious stay although it is lacking everything of luxury. Room is outdated and this inn is in need of a major facelift. I would not recommend staying here for the price and what you're getting from an establishment. Save your money, there is plenty of other options to stay in Temecula.

Yelp
Parking is extremely limited. They overbook for weddings. We were lucky to find a space. Walls and floors very thin can hear everything next to you and upstairs. Next to a wedding party but security wouldn't shut it down to 3am. Also ran out of hot water in the shower. Tv was nice and view good
