Temptation Cancun Resort

So we have a premier contract with this hotel with a lot of benefits. Over the recent months they have began to strip things from our contract that we are “legally” obligated to have. Obviously we are dealing with a foreign country contract so a little more difficult to pursue enforcement. So I think to warn others to stay away from buying in as it is at their convenience not yours. One of our dining experiences this time at Sutra (private room) was the worst experience ever. Everyone’s food came out overcooked or undercooked and had to be returned. The waiter Santos had an attitude the entire time and never offered to get us a drink. We even had to refill our own water. Furthermore, one guests food didn’t even come out until after everyone was done eating and it was a lobster and overcooked. On a good note- Ivan and Shadia our butlers were amazing. The premier bar staff, Gerry, tono, Matias, Adan and manolo were amazing as always. Bell boys Carlos and Alfredo were great as well. Gloria the butler boss is always on her game and amazing. Decent place to go but stays away from buying in- they will promise you the world but deliver nothing after you do.

This is one of the best vacations I’ve been on. If you want to have a bit of relaxation and a lot of fun, this is the place for you. The drinks were great, the staff was fantastic, and the atmosphere was like nowhere else. We met so many people and spent every night on the dance floor. There is no shortage of topless women and sexy people. Loved it!

Writing an honest review about the property because honestly the reviews i have seen here were very far from what we experienced. We had an amazing time. Stagf was friendly and helpful. Check in was pretty simple. Not too many people trying to sell upgrades any more than usual spots. Food was good, I mean it is an all inclusive, they arent going to give out 5 star meals every-time you eat, but overall the selection and flavors are good. She restaurant experience was awesome. Dancers were great and put on a sensual performance. Thats the one complaint I may have, the reservation process for dinners could not be any more ridiculous. Day of only and certain times only. Who wants to wait in an hour line for a reservation when they are trying to have fun and get their moneys worth at the resort. The place isnt exactly cheap! Rooms were nice! Booked tower room w ocean view. Great layout, great design, sexy bathroom. Only issue here is all balconies can see into room so it ur not into that just be careful. Lol. Blinds do go down fyi. Party scene was lively and fun. Lot of participants in the themes and women are dressed very sexy so dont be shy on theme nights. Pool parties are fun, but i would have to agree here with some other reviewers, games are a bit boring and child like. I was expecting sexier fun, but it was out first time so we werent sure what to expect. Playmakers do a great job but they could step up their games wuite a bit. As for the topless part, theres many topless women but definately not everyone. So if u want to stay clothed no problem at all or no pressure. Id say it was about 50/50. Older,younger, and all races participated. Theirs no reason to be shy as no one judges and its part of the fun experience. As for some stuff i read about swingers. They are there for sure but no one once bothered or asked us to participate. Is say if ur looking for it you can find it but if you are like us and just wanted sexy time for yourself thats totally fine too. So try something new and go enjoy. If u have a bad time at this place you may need to reevaluate your life. Lol. Enjoy

Third time here and love the staff at Sultra restaurant the most (Christian Reyes, Juan Tee and Jones). Very attentive and remembered my drink order. The food is fantastic and I never needed a reservation to go there. Treated with respect being alone and its definitely my preferred spot. Pool and beach volleyball 🏐 😎 🤗 Theme nights are fun to dress up for. Security and bar staff are respectful and helpful. Chac-Chi Massage On the Beach, you’ll enjoy a truly amazing time. $45 for 1hr. $65 Jet Ski for 30 min and for para-gliding. This resort is a party resort. Its noisy no matter where you are lol

Such a fun experience. First time we have been and it was an experience like no other! We enjoyed it very much. Jesus and Carlos and Bianca were Especially amazing! We got locked out of our personal safe by accident (🙄) anyways we needed help because my passport was in there and we were about to catch a train and Jesus and Carlos literally saved the day for us and we still made our train on time. Bianca was always asking if we were ok and if we needed anything and immediately took care of anything at all we needed. Love them all! Highly recommend!

I am a first time Temptations go’er and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel is super clean, food is amazing, and the shows/parties are incredibly fun. Genaro who works in room service was an amazing staff member who really stood out to me for how amazing his service was and his great attitude. Between the vibrant atmosphere and Genaro’s amazing service, I will 100% be going back to Temptations. Christan and the Sutra Team were also fantastic and professional. Sutra restaurant was some of the best food I have had in a while! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have a fun time and be well taken care of.

Just came back yesterday even if new managing changing a lot of the vibe had an amazing time courtesy of the playmakers that work in majority harder then ever diabla wich is to me the best and most entertaining female playmaker temptatio had brai who is getting better every trip specially now with he new activity that helps every girl feel sexyer and always a pleasure to see her smile and dance .diego whos always pushing to make the best vibe not to forget rafa mojito and most of the rest of the team. Every meal was and service were excellent specially at romanza with there chef that always serves excellent food and if you can be lucky enough to have francisco as youre server you will think you are in a 5start restaurant . Not to forget the employee throughout the resort that makes this place one of the greatest resort

A Memorable Stay with a Few Hiccups My trip was fantastic overall, with top-notch entertainment and beautiful decor. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The Highlights The best part of my stay was undoubtedly the people and the entertainment. The entertainment group was incredible, providing unforgettable experiences like yoga on the dock and witnessing a hilarious belly flop. While the food wasn't extraordinary, there were always options to satisfy my appetite. A Few Shortcomings Unfortunately, there were a few issues with my room. The most significant problem was a persistent leak that occurred during rainstorms. Additionally, the lights would randomly flicker and turn off, which was inconvenient, especially during a private photoshoot. The aggressive sales pitch for membership is also something to be aware of. A Note on Timing I visited during the off-season, which allowed for a somewhat relaxed experience. However, I noticed that the crowd dynamics can significantly impact the atmosphere. I've learned that it's best to plan my trips for shorter durations (4 days or less) and during times that align with my desired energy level. 7 days was alot for me. Final Thoughts Despite the minor inconveniences, I had a wonderful time and would definitely return. This place has the potential for incredible experiences, and I'm eager to create more memories in the future.

In total, I've been here 4 times. Originally, I wrote this at the bottom- I'm putting this up here before my review because I feel this is that important: I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend, if you take nothing from my experience, to go to their Facebook page "Temptations Fan Community" (you have to be accepted in by the admins) everyone there asks questions and posts tips, and even when they are going, so you have a friend. You get recommendations on from the airport to the resort, what to pack, when you should go, etc. Vibe: Any age (21-70's) mostly 25-45y/o Out going, party people, who are naturally comfortable in a flirtatious/playful setting. Why we come: We love meeting many different people from all over the world (Australia, Brazil, Sweden, USA, England) and we enjoy the activities that the hosts (called: playmakers) provide. You may feel peer pressure, but every one understands no means no. And with this being a topless resort, they take photos and phones VERY seriously. Which is why I will not provide any photos. What we know could improve, but we still come anyways: Food. Example: if you go to Sutra (Asian restaurant) and you expect traditional Asian food. Ie: wok fried, jasmine rice, traditional flavors. You would get a mediocre version. However, they do take allergies very seriously. I have a kiwi allergy, and I do not eat any pork or seafood. Ans they always make accommodations. At one point, I could not find anything to eat at Sea Flirt (beachy seafood forward restaurant) and they actually brought me a menu from Flame (steak house) so I could order and eat at the restaurant still with my friends.

What an unforgettable experience. My husband and I aren't big partiers and we both don't drink alcohol. So admittedly we were a little worried about booking this place. With a topless optional pool and the resort being adults only we figured we'd give it a try. The playmakers made the experience incredible. They even let us have apple juice in place of beer during some of the games. Which we greatly appreciated. We like having fun too so it was nice to not be cut out of the games because we don't drink. We spent most days by the sexy pool (usually getting there around 8:00 a.m. in order to reserve a spot). We did breakfast at sea flirt or the buffet most mornings. Around 11:00 a.m. the playmakers started doing activities around the sexy pool. I would say most of our fun was due to the activities that the playmakers host. I highly recommend just signing up for the activities and making the most out of your experience. It's also fun to people watch if you're not in the mood to play the games. Our room was over in the garden area by the sexy pool so you could really hear the base at night from the music. Thankfully they do leave ear plugs in the room so those came in handy. Also, we had some pretty bad storms there when we went so most of the parties were moved inside for the evenings. Our room had a leak every time it rained longer then two hours. We did let the front desk know. They sent someone out multiple times to fix it. The food was better than the reviews had led me to believe. I highly recommend the chicken tacos for breakfast, The sexy nachos over at sea flirt for lunch, and the dragon roll over at Sutra for dinner. Admittedly I wasn't a big fan of the food over at Romansa. We ended up going to the buffet after trying it and filled up. It's a lot easier to get into the restaurants if you're willing to eat dinner between 6-6: 30pm. If you do go off property for dinner make it back by 10 p.m. so you don't miss the evening shows. The evening parties go from about 10 pm till 2 a.m.. When we booked we added the playful experience which included a 25-minute massage for each of us. The massage was phenomenal. Would definitely book it the next time we go. I'd probably always do the playful experience so I can have the option of eating at sea flirt and the sky bar. We also booked the boudoir experience and I'm in love with the photos. Would highly recommend adding that on if you can. When we went we did a one week stay so we were able to see all of the different activities they do and the themes. Next time we go back we probably wouldn't go for longer than 3 days. To be a part of the party scene for that long was a lot for us. Overall it's a great hotel if you make the most out of it!

I hope I can fit all my thoughts into this post because this might be the longest review I've ever written. To start, all timeshare properties should work on their sales tactics, and this one is no different from others I've visited. The "welcome breakfast" involves a sales presentation to become a member, and while I don't discourage anyone from attending, be prepared for persistent haggling. They're trained not to take no for an answer, making it sound like the best thing ever. I won't be getting a timeshare ever; & the credits you get I think it's like $600 that I'd only if you attend this presentation. These are things that are only explained when you check in it's a lot of information they will try to gloss over so ask questions and tell them no if you don't want to go and take your phone off the hook I heard they will call your room often to ask you to go. Despite requesting a site inspection as a travel agent, my request to the sales department was ignored. However, I won't let that overshadow the good parts of my stay. I booked the Trendy Ocean View Playful Experience, which had a great view despite not being part of the tower rooms. Note that no other part of the property has an elevator so you want a high floor adjacent to the main tower so you only have one flight of stairs to walk up. Yes only the tower has an elevator. It was offered to book a tower room at $170 more a night during check-in. The lack of details about the tower's benefits, including a cabana, a better view, proximity, and more amenities, left me unaware so I didn't upgrade. I ended up booking a cabana separately, and it had a two-bottle minimum, costing about the same as an upgraded room. Clear communication about all details matters when making a sale. I definitely would've preferred to spend $500 up on the upgraded room plus the cabana had it been explained better. The playful experience outside the tower includes amenities like a bottle, a romantic dinner booking, Sultry reservations (booked at the concierge), a 25-minute spa massage, and 25% off extra services. Also, it includes sky lounge access which has the absolute best view at the top floor of the tower. The concierge was sweet she had the room decorated for my birthday and she was the most helpful in answering questions. Everything we tried food was enjoyable, especially the buffet with Mexican and American breakfast options. The hibachi and Italian restaurants stood out, but other options may be eclectic. Foodies and open-minded eaters will appreciate the variety. Everything was fresh especially the fruit and juices. The adult playground experience was a blast in this 21-and-up resort. The sexy pool from 11am to 7pm offers non-stop fun. Despite hearing horror stories, I felt safe, staying close to my partner, and security was thorough about phone policies they will go through your camera roll and make you put your phone up. The resort has a rewards program for agents, so that is a neat perk. I think I have found my go-to resort for good times and met a lot of cool people. Excited to return, and I've heard Mocha Fest hosts here - probably my next visit!

If you're not part of the swinger's scene, book another hotel. This hotel is pricey because of the sex scene, not because of the quality. ( rooms, food, beach) For what I paid over there I could easily find better. I had no idea about the hotel "agenda" until it was too late to cancel. People actually had Sex in the pool and the party at night was even worse..

Wife and I went there a few years ago during Covid. We are not swingers or anything like that, but my wife likes to sunbathe. The place was classy as hell. Most fun I've ever had at an all inclusive. It's not for everyone, if you are the jealous type, and lack confidence, you will probably have a horrible time.

Well... this was an interesting experience. Imagine adult spring break with tons of booze, topless women, crazy theme nights, and loud music. For an all-inclusive, the rooms are nice. Large pools. Well-stocked bars. The hot tub gets super crowded. It's worth the upgrade to the tower for the rooftop bar, restaurant and pool/hot tub. This is definitely sexier than your average adult-only resort, and the fun part is meeting tons of sexy people wanting to have fun. The beach is pretty awful but I would say that's not the draw of the resort. A lot of people there admit to being open or swingers, but I wouldn't call it a swinger resort; it really is just a non-stop place to party. The food is below average for an all-inclusive, but the drinks are strong. Spa is overpriced IMO. My main complaint is how they nickel and dime you - we were charged $3 for makeup on a towel, yet I barely wear makeup and I used removing wipes every day. Not sure how I damaged a towel. There's always an up charge around the corner, and they try to sell you a membership that has no apparent value (you're essentially buying a discount). Overall, this isn't the place for me, but I can see why so many people love it.

I had been to this resort prior in 2019, that trip was amazing. This trip 08/31/2022 was the worst experience I have had. The staff was not caring no one greeted me upon arrival expect the bell hop guy. The customer service was terrible not friendly like it use to be at all. I did my sales presentation as I was on a Referral to the resort, I was paired with a woman covered in tattoos head to toe, Nothing wrong with tattoos just saying so they know who she is. She told me her name but that was not her name. I was taking to breakfast and told not to waster her time and she then talked about the lifestyle (swinger) she asked if I was Bi sexual and that she is very open to being a swinger. I was so taken back by her openness about being a swinger and how she wanted to know if I was since I was wearing a black ring. She took me to the sales office and had me listen to the sales pitch, which I told her I was not buying into the timeshare bs. The manager came over and said I had to wait 90 minutes to get my sponsor their payment for me going. The sales woman, said that my sponsor for the referral was cheap and she undermines the resort by selling off contracts that she buys from members that are not satisfied with the resort or just dont use the resort after buying into the bs. I told her to leave me alone and I was told I completed the 90 minute time frame so the sponsor of the referral gets $250. This resort is the worst place to seek 5 star treatment. They are cheap. watered down drinks and just no where near the style that it use to be in 2019 when I went. I was hurt in the sexy pool I stepped on a very sharp object or tile from the pool that come up. Lots of tiles on the bottom of the pool are coming up and no one fixes anything at the resort. I got a very bad laceration which needed stitches. I got out and the lifeguard came over and cleaned it out and gave me a bandaid and said do not got to Mexican hospital because it is not safe, cartel with kill you. I left the resort early, leaving 3 night unused. I checked out and the young man there said I had so much money on credit to use at a future time. I got home and sought medical attention, I emailed the resort and called numerous times with out any answer. I did talk to Enrique who told me I have to email the front desk for the balance and email showing I have a credit. Still to this day, no answers no help, everyone just says its not their department and cant help me. I was told at the front desk upon check out call reservations and they will get you the info, Reservations says front desk is responsible for that. its a joke of a show there at Temptation Cancun. The resort is making huge money from guest and non of it goes back into the resort. My garden view room was flooded and the floor tiles were all cracked I could not go bare foot in my room. Total disaster at this place. Avoid this place and just book somewhere els, this is my own review as I was there for 3 nights out of 6 and these are my own words for this review. still no answer from Temptation after 12 emails and more phone calls.

I have been here 3 times and I tell everybody how amazing this place is and I play damn near 2500 and I owe money for room service are you fucking kidding me I'm not going to lie I will never be back here ever you guys have gone greedy now you gone orange bracelet And have to pay for room service seriously ? When did you guys get so greedy ? I hate this place and I wish I never came here and I will never come back you guys are terrible and got stingy! You make people pay for reservations for tables and have the rest sitting on the whole other side knowing nobody is reserving all those tables you guys are a fucking joke please Listen to this review and never come here for an all inclusive they lost their minds it's already expensive as it is . Terrible terrible terrible never again I hate you guys never again.

If you're looking to party, this is the place to come. If you're looking for a luxurious relaxing place to stay do not come here lol. After staying here I've only got 3 complaints.. timeshare sales representatives are rude and aggressive, they force you to have breakfast with them and try to sell you a timeshare for 2 hours minimum. Food really sucks. The DJs music was HORRIBLE omg . Other than that it was a fun party scene with alot of open minded individuals. The rooms are pretty rundown but like I said this place is a party resort not a luxurious experience.

This was our first time coming here, although we knew the type of resort it is, which is ADULT ONLY consisting 75% vanilla people and 25% LS (swingers) give or take but everyone here is friendly and nonjudgmental with a sensual / sexual vibe and you're able to be topless if want in the pool areas and dress as sexy / provocative as you wish during other times. You definitely meet some great people of all aspects from different cultures and countries. Don't be shy and mingle within the crowd at the pool. Entertainment - The playmakers were always upbeat, engaging with the crowd, everyone seemed to enjoy the games during the pool time. During the evening the Playmakers preformed their shows which had different nightly themes which was fun to dress up and feel sexy. We arrived to the resort via USA Transfer (highly recommend them) never had issues using them. We were greeted by the door staff and gave complimentary glass of champagne . Our luggage was properly cared for and stored while we checked in, the process was smooth although afterwards we kept getting bombarded by the ladies in purple (which we knew they wanted us to buy into their timeshare / Premier membership) this occurred for 2 days until they realized we weren't engaging with them. Your room key is your bracelet they put on you which is very convenient. We were lead to our room by our baggage concierge Luis is his name I do believe and he was very friendly, informative and polite. We stayed in the Garden Trendy Room which ours overlooked the quite pool area. The rooms are double full size beds which we had them pushed together, we had a bottle of champagne on ice and chocolate covered strawberries which were delicious. The room is spacious with plenty of walllockers to hang our clothes or put inside the cabinets, which also has safe to store valuables. Our room also had a mini fridge which had beer, water and soda beverages and restocked daily. AC worked great and the shade open and closes while entering or leaving...you can also manually close / open which a push of button near the bed. Everyone room has a patio with a table and chairs to relax and unwind. Big walk in shower with rain shower head. Also this might be important to some... the toilet paper is cottonelle lol. STAFF -- Every staff member throughout the resort is top notch...all very respectful, polite and professional. The resort is clean throughout, always being cleaned and properly maintained. Servers quickly engaged with you, always polite. FOOD -- we've read some reviews and seen some complain on FB groups but they just be really picky eaters lol. We thought the food was great at all times. We didn't try the room service unfortunately but every one we spoke with was impressed. *Breakfast was always great, buffet style (scrambled eggs was delicious), can order eggs how you like or omelettes, fresh fruit was great. *LUNCH -- buffet could be bigger and have more options...might put ranch dressing out for us lol (you have to ask for it). You can also get burgers near the pool during lunch time. The restaurants within the resort are really nice with great eats and friendly servers. *The Flame is steakhouse, recommend the ribeye with rosemary peppercorn sauce. *Romanza is Italian style food...you have a lot of food here and I highly recommend the chocolate mousse for the chocolate lovers like me...excellent! *Sutra is a Japanese style restaurant and you need to make reservations if you want to sit at the hibachi grill. *Sea Flirt is seafood with sushi although we didn't try it, heard many who enjoyed it. * SHE is reservations only, make at 11am near the middle lobby area. SHE is elegant dinning experience with a sensual dance and the food was delicious, absolutely loved my steak, could've devoured 3 more lol. Our first experience was memorable and we would recommend this resort to other open-minded individuals and couples. Enjoy, relax and engage with people. Also if you have time book the Boob Cruise if you want a freaky experience lol

I most recently went to this place for my birthday and was stabbed by their security. While trying to jetski on the beach I was met with aggression from at least 10 security guards. Once they arrived, the security guard immediately chocked me. While defending myself, I was then stabbed by another security. After arriving from the hospital I was then met with aggression from the manager once I asked what the plan of action was for my attack. He yelled that I need to leave and threatened to call the police. Since leaving on Sunday, I've been trying to reach their corporate department and have had little response other than them denying any liability. If you decide to go to this terrible resort, please be safe and don't travel alone.

This is our fifth trip and we have noticed strong improvements in the quality of the food and entertainment (playmakers). Temptation is starting to feel like home away from home and the staff here does a nice job making us feel welcomed. We have also noticed that they are less pushy (with buying more nights). Everything feels much more organic and natural. They are smart to focus on the experience to drive more future sales vs hiring a bunch of douchy sales people. Kudos Temptation!!

Okay! This place was fun place to party! Although the food at Flame was completely inedible. Staff was friendly, had the greatest time meeting the guests. Only had to check one of the guest for putting his hands on my Girlfriend. It's very overpriced. All you can drink was nice. Food 1 Hotel design 8 Price 2 Friendly staff 8 Entertainment 7 Overall we would return because of the guests, but the food was awful

We originally booked Temptations Cancun for New Years Eve. We wanted to go for the "party" atmosphere as this is way outside the "norm" for us. Plans changed and we had to reschedule (we were on a no-refund rate). As our new date approached, based on reviews we read since booking, I had serious reservations about going on a mini-vacation there. The reviews, and described demographics, are WAY off. First, at 55 years old we fit in just perfectly. Second, this is a fun and active atmosphere but not the debaucherous party reviews has led us to fear. Third, the food was very good. On top of all this, the service was outstanding. Lili took great care of us at the pool area. We had a great time. We went two of the evening "bashes". They were as entertaining as any of the resort shows we have been to. Went to bed before midnight every night and we were at the pool by 0645 to claim our chairs for the day and watch the sun come up. The bartenders did a great job of managing their pours which kept everyone having fun without getting out of control. The pool volleyball was a lot of fun and the foam party is a must. Highly recommend for anyone. The resort is well maintained and the food good.

We have been going to Temptation for many years and we love that place. It's like Spring Break for Adults. We have some people that make us feel like home are Alejandro Hernandez the food manager. Yami and LuLu, Ivan the Butlet, my two favorite playmakers Alejandra and Andy Candy, Joaquin. And our premier waiters Julio, Adan, Gerry, Junio, Johnny and the rest.. New Year's Eve @ Temptations was epic!!!!!! It was a complete movie!!!! The experience I had left me absolutely speechless. The staff was superb, the food was excellent , and the safety protocols was top notch. Temptations is an adult only, clothing optional resort so if you're not open minded to a fun, but risqué atmosphere, don't go! From swingers, to the LGBTQ community, everybody is welcome. There's a little something for everybody. They also have their own social media network that you sign up to on arrival in order to make friends and keep up with all the sexy activities happening around the resort.. Soon as I entered the resort there was a pole dancer in the lobby and a waiter with a welcome drink. I knew at that moment I was going to have a blast. There are day parties consisting of foam pool parties to nightly performances from pole dancing competitions to show stopping sexy dance routines. The area around the resort is very safe. There is a mall about 10-15 minutes within walking distance that also has a nice movie theater. I got to see Wonder Woman and do a little shopping. I went parasailing, visited XCARET park, went to see Joya by Cirque Du Soleil, and had a few exquisite lunches and champagne dinners on the beach. The beach is a little small but beautiful and quite cozy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great time. The buffets were handled by the staff so the guest would not serve themselves for sanitary and safety reasons. They also have sanitizing stations all over the resort and social distancing within the restaurants. Wearing a mask is optional so play at your own risk. I had an absolute blast & can't wait to visit again.

You have to put this on your bucket list. 24 hr nonstop party. You could relax if you want. Not too many complaints except for the food. It's don't have 5 star resort food, but it's enough food to get by. But if you looking for fun fun and more fun, give this place a try.

At 7am June 22, 2024 I was assaulted and arrested in front of the resort due to a balance for a service fee I never used. I explained to manager Rubio that my flight to New York City was at 9am so me and my wife had to check out early so we could make it to the Airport on time. The manager responded and told us there is nothing he can do we must wait until 11am for the staff to confirm that we did not receive any Spa treatment. This was the resorts mistake not ours, I explain to the manger the situation was not our fault the manager Rubio then radioed for security. When I retrieved my luggage I was met by Jorge (security) who snatched my luggage and pushed me. I asked Jorge not to touch me, that is when him and four other security staff began to push me to the floor, put me in a headlock to strangle me while carrying me in the air in front in the resort. They proceeded the choke punch and kick me then drag me to a secluded area and pinned me on the ground face first in a puddle of water while sitting on my back causing me to suffocate, I began screaming for help and stating that I could not breathe. Jorge would not get off my back for at least five minutes all while the other staff bounded my wrist and ankles all while manager Rubio is standing there allowing this. My wife began to record the situation when a female employee assaulted my wife and took her phone and deleted the videos in front of the resort. I have Stage four non Hodgkin lymphoma and this is unacceptable treatment of a first time guest at your resort. I was then arrested and sent to jail only to have to post $500 US dollars bail on top of the cost of a massage treatment I never receive, I await a response as I am disappointed in Temptation's for treating customers this way. I await my refund for all moneys taken by your resort, I will seek further legal action if necessary. I would not advise anyone to visit this resort, they are not professional and will charge you for services that where never rendered and tell that you cannot check out then keep you hostage. I have video of the incident and how I was treated!

My husband and I always have an insanely great time at TTR. From the variety of restaurants, the sexy pool shenanigans, and the great all accepting vibe from the people that go there. But by far, our fav part is meeting the amazing staff; Norma- super helpful in the premier office. Hebert Manuel Luis- also in the premier office was kind and friendly and most helpful. Amores restaurant; Gabriel - was a friend right away, a total gentleman and always checking on us. Candelairo - another great person that chatted and was very hospitable. Gloria- she made my husband an omelette everyday and she slowly taught him some Spanish..! Wendy- from the Sky Bar; such a sweet heart with prompt service!! Ricardo- from Flame was attentive and so kind! These gentleman were very good to us all day and night getting us our drinks! Benjamin - bar inside Eddy- bar outside Carlos- bar outside Luis- bar inside and outside Hebert- he took our bags and was lovely to have met! Mike was always there to help us find great spots at the pool !! Beautiful Lilli- the kindest most genuine person. She helped us also get wonderful spots by the pool when she was working. She was by far one of the most memorable people we came across. Just lovely. And as for the playmakers; the ones with the toughest job of keeping everyone happy and excited even in the rain!! Sexy Papi Joaquin- always fun and lively! He entertains and gets the crowd interested. Enrique Pretty Boy- another genuine human with the biggest heart and the silliest props and tricks! We consider him a friend. Guivo-such a good soul. A wonderful man with great conversation. Rafa/Rafael- another wonderful person, always up to have a chat and make sure you feel seen. Jazia- sweet and wonderful at seeing you! And again, greeting us everyday with warm hugs. Alejandra- pole dancing pro- with a smile and personality to match. Andy candy - beautiful soul! China - caring, kind when I was in a competition that I was feeling a little embarrassed by. She was quick to get my water and a towel to wipe the chocolate off of my face - haha! I wanted to visit this resort a while ago because I was expecting to see there a lot of young people who likes to party and a lot of house and electronic music, it was different from my expectations but still good! I came with my wife there just for 4 days. It's a big resort all inclusive, with a lot of bartenders, 7 restaurants and mostly party people! There were no house or electronic music and also the amount of young people was below my expectations. My wife did 3 massages from which 2 she loved and 1 was bad (you need to ask who's the best one there, it's a guy, very professional but I forgot his name) the food was ok for breakfast and lunch, for dinner "sutra" and "she" were also ok but below expectations. But the seafood restaurant with the ocean view was actually pretty good! Every night is a theme night there, but the theme outfit is optional. Be ready for timeshare presentation (not worth it for us, but if you have 2 free hours do it and you'll get a free massage). In most of the places you cannot take pictures and videos. Most of the staff is very polite, except one guy who was very rude when my wife wanted to take a video of a show (she forgot she can't). Shows are ok, but the competitions at the main pool with playmakers were pretty good and funny. We most likely will come back but definitely not in a high season (in high season prices are too high for what you get, my personal opinion)

Two stars is a gift. Food overall was poor - especially the steaks. Believe the strategy is quantity over quality. Drinks were not much better - cheap booze and weak. Rooms were average. Ambience overall was disappointing. I would have liked way more if I was looking for some fun over spring break. Seemed like everytime I looked around, someone was trying to sell me some upgrade (implying there was an opportunity for better quality but came with a price). Gave it two stars because we went with friends and had a good time with them (so we must have liked something I guess). We won't be back. Jeff P.

There's a lot about this resort to love and a lot that leaves something to be desired. In the end they kinda end up cancelling each other out and you're sort of left with- meh it was okay. Let's start with location. It is downtown Cancun but not in the ritzy resort section, it's actually farther down the strip. This means two things- a much longer drive from the airport with a lot of traffic and secondly if you want to go off the resort property, you are farther away from attractions and restaurants. It is also right on the street rather than having a long driveway like many properties so you get more noise. There is a beach but it isn't great, we didn't spend much time in it and they don't keep vendors from walking by and hassling. Speaking of hassling, let's talk about the check-in process. It took forever with only one person handling the front desk and each couple taking 20-30 mins. We were in the lobby for over an hour the first night after a very long flight. You aren't greeted upon arrival with a drink like in many all inclusives, but you are greeted..and hassled..by promoters. The goal is to get you to sign up as a premier time share member that costs more than many people make in gross salary for the year. They bother you at check-in and then hassle you to come back for a 'tour' and 'special breakfast' the next morning; which inevitably was another 1.5 hours of trying to sell us this time share. I have issues with being impolite to people especially when I understand they're just doing their job, but after this much time I finally stood up and walked out because there was no polite way to leave. Our room when we first checked in was a tower suite like we'd paid for, but was on the lowest level where people could look in, was dirty and not as pictured. It was so loud the first night I requested a move and the front desk was amazing at accommodating. We were moved to a room on the 6th floor which kinda had an ocean view, was much quieter, and looked more like the advertisement. The room itself is a bit less glamorous than pictured and they just don't feel very clean like most resorts, but overall it was still nice and definitely an improvement from the first room. The whole contemporary design of the resort is really edgy and fun and we loved the poppin colors throughout. Staying in the Tower had its perks with the best one being access to the rooftop pool which was limited to Tower and Premier guests, very quiet and relaxing, and great views. We spent most of our time up here as we really wanted to relax during the day and party more at night, but the main pool is party 24-7. We just too old for dat. Speaking of partying, what we did LOVE was the themed nights with so many people getting in the spirit and dressing in costume and tons of friendly people to meet. We made lots of friends pretty much every night as there were always groups being warm and welcoming and including us in whatever was going on. The shows were also phenomenal. The electric violinist is the best show I've ever seen at a resort hands down. Food was average. Sometimes it was great and other times it was a huge let down. I mostly did ok eating gluten free and most of the staff was very familiar with the allergy. Only at the Asian themed restaurant did we have an issue and I was served gluten unknowingly and spent the next two days sick with very characteristic Celiac symptoms. Overall, we did have fun! It was a great 4 days and since we had the Premier pool I managed to relax but wow did I get tired of techno music at 7 am and music blaring all night long so we couldn't sleep. Even the husband of mine who loves to party and can fall asleep anywhere was miserable from the lack of sleep due to noise. We're glad we did it once, but we don't see a reason to return.

Temptations don't sell itself on being a swingers resort, think mostly because what happens in public here is very vanilla, but it is, however we've been here twice and never dealt with any pushy people. If you are a closed minded person - This resort isn't for you. Check in: They'll ask how many times you've been and it's a good gauge to sell you on the premier (black band). The ladies waiting for you to finish checking in asking if you have any questions, or need a tour is really trying to sell you on the membership. I see plenty of people with black band so if this place is your thing. Go for it. Service: If you go to the buffet which we do every morning for breakfast - It's top notch. We also tip so every morning we get better, and better service. Staff usually does a great job in the sit down restaurants as well. House keeping is great and we always ask for extra beer/water which they never have any problem providing. The bartenders are hit/miss. Honestly - You get the same service from the bartenders whether you tip, or not. Food: I enjoyed the buffet mostly because of variety, but out of 5 dishes 1 might hit the spot. Romanza left us leaving hungry. Flame filled us up, but the steaks were bland as hell. Sea flirt was okay. Sutra you can only get Hibachi if you are sitting at the hibachi table - LAME. Although we did try the hibachi and it was decent. They also serve up burgers and fries near the sexy pool around lunch time, or near where they are doing the themed parties at night. Room: We stayed in the trendy garden, but we've been in two of the tower rooms. Definitely want to stay in the tower if you can afford it. Less/no stairs and you get much more space. The bed in our room was super uncomfortable. Needed to get an adjustment when we landed back in the states. Some of the lights weren't working, and the water did not get hot one of the days we stayed... We only used the room to sleep, shower and get ready so it wasn't a big deal. Although a comfortable bed would have made ALL the difference. Room service take at least an hour. Entertainment: Everything happens at the sexy pool. Morning, afternoon, evening and night. The playmakers get introduced every day, and they have certain games that the guest are included in daily. There's a themed party every night right after a show that the staff puts on which lasts anywhere between an hour, or two. Not everyone dresses up though. First time here I did. Second time... Nope. Check out: They do allow late checkout at no additional charge, which is great. 12pm I believe. However they do ask their guest to take this long as survey. If you check out early enough playmakers will be in the lobby asking to have their names mentioned on the survey. Overview: The crowd consist of mostly older couples, but there's younger singles here as well, mostly guys though. If you like to party non-stop this resort is worth checking out. Been here twice and everything is way too repetitive. The playmakers and staff makes the same announcements and jokes during the games (it was cool the first time). The music hasn't changed in over a year plus they play the SAME songs EVERY SINGLE DAY and if you are unlucky you will hear the same song at least 4 times a day - I know I did several times. The theme parties are wack. Some people go all out dressing up, others don't, but they don't play themed music, or serve up themed style food. It's literally the same music, food and vibe every day/night near the main pool. There's a beach, but no one really goes out there. There's also a "quiet" pool which is located near the restaurants - Very easy to miss. Would I want to come back for a third time? Absolutely not.

We finally made it back! We love the freedom you experience at the resort. Being disconnected from the busy life we all live! From the second you walk in the doors, your privacy is of utmost importance. No phones are allowed to be out at the pool or at Bash. The staff are all so friendly and want you to have fun. Our favorite restaurant is She, so be sure to find out the days they are open and get yourself a reservation! The playmakers provide great entertainment all day. This past trip Jungle Jay, Sexy Sandi and JJ kept us laughing and engaged in the activities.

BEWARE!!! Broken TV Threatened with ARREST! We checked out at noon and stayed until 4 when we were told our credit card was charged $1,400 for a broken tv We went back to take pictures and the tv is in fact broken. We did not do this. The physics of causing this damage align with something tall and hard..such as a broom. It was obviously the end of a broom and housekeeping is at fault. The crack is in the top left and it aligns with the end of a broom. They threatened us with ARREST if we did not pay $1,400 for the tv. We had no choice but are actively disputing the charge on our credit card. Take pictures of your room and don't count on honesty as far as this hotel. I won't be coming back. Show less Date of stay: December 2022 As of December 19th, Temptations has yet to respond to any of our requests for information regarding this incident. They have not returned any e-mail inquiries from us or our bank. Our bank is supporting us and does not agree that holding someone hostage with the threat of being jailed if we do not hand over a credit card is not good business practice.

Our recent stay at Temptation Miches - Dominican Republic was far from what we expected. Unfortunately, our experience took a dark turn when my wife and I contracted a potentially deadly form of E. Coli called, "Shiga Toxin". This serious illness required immediate medical attention, leaving us deeply concerned about the hotel's hygiene and safety standards. I strongly advise everyone to to be cautious when considering this resort for their stay. Health should be the top priority and it's crucial for accommodations to maintain high cleanliness standards. We suffer intense migraine headaches, stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting. The symptoms became increasingly worse on our return home. My wife underwent two brain scans during the diagnoses process not covered by our insurance. After being diagnosed, our state's Department of Health was immediately notified, per protocol. They contacted us at home in an effort to trace the bacteria to its origin, and to monitor our progress due to the potentially deadly affects. According to the Health Department, who reviewed our lab results and is familiar with the Shiga Toxin strain of E. Coli, said the food we ate was likely contaminated and mixed with animal feces.  The thought of ingesting animal feces at dinner is nothing short of disgusting.  I contacted the resort regarding these hygiene and safety concerns. We are still waiting to hear back from them. Please think twice before booking at Miches Temptation Dominican Republic until they can assure their guests' safety and well-being.

** SWINGERS RESORT Here are a few more details: - Demographic is people 40 years of age and plus - People just lounge around and even though they are comfortable with chatting there is the expectation that you are just trying to switch partners. - Food is terrible. The steakhouse Flame is gave me a 2 centimeter thick ribeye. Never knew that existed and it was horrible quality. The buffet for breakfast is also atrocious. I lost weight during my trip. - Alcohol is watered down massively. The first day I had the regular general band, but then went for the VIP (red) and then got top shelf liquors which got me the buzz I needed just to deal with the nonsense at the resort. Overall, if you are a swinger aged 40 plus, don't care for quality food or drinks (unless you pay more for drinks upgrade), then this is your place.

We had a blast at Temptation!! If you didn't already know, this is a PARTY resort- the main focus is keeping you happy, entertained, and partying! It is all inclusive, no kids, and you'll see some of everything and everyone. It is not really meant as a luxurious, relaxing vacation. We stayed in the beachfront Seduction Suite, which although was a good walk from the tower and main pool, it was a beautiful room with lots of space, a great bathroom, and a beautiful balcony with an amazing view. Yes, I've stayed in more luxurious rooms before, but for a tropical vacation, I was very pleased. There were a few gnats in the room each day, and the AC wasn't the coldest, but again, minor issues that didn't impact our trip. The food was just okay, but you won't go hungry. If you go to the breakfast buffet, try to get there before 930a, or else you'll be waiting in a long line. The restaurants were all pretty good- but be forewarned, if you order a steak, it will be a very thin cut! Bartenders and drinks were great, and the night time parties were awesome! Each night has a different theme, so check out the website to see what they are and participate! You can dress as sexily as you want, day or night, and ladies can be topless at the pool. The gym is actually amazing for a hotel and had everything you could possibly need for a good workout. Although it is all inclusive, this is one resort where I really felt the pressure to tip. No one outright asks, but it does feel expected- so set aside a few dollars each day for servers, bartenders, or anyone who helps you. Covid- as of 1/26/21, you are required to show a negative covid test to return to the USA. The resort does the testing for free if you're staying for at least 3 days. The procedure is very smooth and you get your results emailed in less than 30 minutes. Your temperature is taken when you arrive, and 90% of the employees wear masks at all times. There are also several hand sanitizer stations around the property. That being said, most guests do not wear masks. The resort was extremely safe, and I never felt uncomfortable walking around by myself. In fact, I left my purse at the party one night, and a security guard turned it in. I was able to retrieve it the next day and everything was still in there- including my cash and credit card! The only real downside is that they pressure you to attend a membership presentation (essentially their version of a timeshare presentation), and it's a pretty hard sell. All in all, a great resort if you want to have fun in Cancun! We didn't leave the resort and had absolutely no regrets!

I had the pleasure of staying at Temptations for two nights with my significant other. The resort is risqué. However, it is very classy and upscale. You can have fun during the day at the sexy pool, relax at the quiet pool or enjoy luxury on the rooftop at the Sky Bar. The food was delectable. We chose to partake in the buffet for breakfast and lunch. They followed COVID-19 safety guidelines. There was a great selection of food. The breakfast had the usual favorites. The seafood soup and paella stood out to me the most at the lunch buffet. We had dinner at Sea Flirt one night and we were lucky to get a reservation for She the second night. She requires a reservation because it comes with a sensual show and chef selected courses that wowed us. We spent our days mostly at the Sky Bar. The Sky Bar is for members or you can purchase a limited day pass. There are more food options, a pool, two Jacuzzis and great views from Sky Bar. Our stay was made even more amazing by the employees who exceeded even my discerning eye for customer service. Jennie Nieves (concierge), Alyn (She Restaurant) Yarency (Front Desk), Alejandra (Sky Bar) and LeFranc stood out to us the most. However, everyone we came into contact with helped us with a smile and genuine hospitality. We will definitely return!!!

Absolute blast! I love it being adults only and never felt pressured to do anything. Just enjoyed the parties, ever flowing drinks, superb drinks, amazing service and people from all over the world! The boobs cruise is also something to look into, as it leaves right from by the resort!

I had been to this resort prior in 2019, that trip was amazing. This trip 08/31/2002 was the worst experience I have had. The staff was not caring no one greeted me upon arrival expect the bell hop guy. The customer service was terrible not friendly like it use to be at all. I did my sales presentation as I was on a Referral to the resort, I was paired with a woman covered in tattoos head to toe, Nothing wrong with tattoos just saying so they know who she is. She told me her name but that was not her name. I was taking to breakfast and told not to waster her time and she then talked about the lifestyle (swinger) she asked if I was Bi sexual and that she is very open to being a swinger. I was so taken back by her openness about being a swinger and how she wanted to know if I was since I was wearing a black ring. She took me to the sales office and had me listen to the sales pitch, which I told her I was not buying into the timeshare bs. The manager came over and said I had to wait 90 minutes to get my sponsor their payment for me going. The sales woman, said that my sponsor for the referral was cheap and she undermines the resort by selling off contracts that she buys from members that are not satisfied with the resort or just dont use the resort after buying into the bs. I told her to leave me alone and I was told I completed the 90 minute time frame so the sponsor of the referral gets $250. This resort is the worst place to seek 5 star treatment. They are cheap. watered down drinks and just no where near the style that it use to be in 2019 when I went. I was hurt in the sexy pool I stepped on a very sharp object or tile from the pool that come up. Lots of tiles on the bottom of the pool are coming up and no one fixes anything at the resort. I got a very bad laceration which needed stitches. I got out and the lifeguard came over and cleaned it out and gave me a bandaid and said do not got to Mexican hospital because it is not safe, cartel with kill you. I left the resort early, leaving 3 night unused. I checked out and the young man there said I had so much money on credit to use at a future time. I got home and sought medical attention, I emailed the resort and called numerous times with out any answer. I did talk to Enrique who told me I have to email the front desk for the balance and email showing I have a credit. Still to this day, no answers no help, everyone just says its not their department and cant help me. I was told at the front desk upon check out call reservations and they will get you the info, Reservations says front desk is responsible for that. its a joke of a show there at Temptation Cancun. The resort is making huge money from guest and non of it goes back into the resort. My garden view room was flooded and the floor tiles were all cracked I could not go bare foot in my room. Total disaster at this place. Avoid this place and just book somewhere els, this is my own review as I was there for 3 nights out of 6 and these are my own words for this review. still no answer from Temptation after 12 emails and more phone calls.

I don't know were to begin. We did visit during Covid for Labor Day weekend when we first arrived they sprayed are luggage and cleaned our shoes. There were no temperature check which we were told would be and that we were required to wear a mask which no one had on. We were asked to pay a $400 security deposit. I had reviews were people stayed that this was a swingers resorts and its true. The activities that go on in pool are unbelievable. Most women walk around topless at the sex pool and beach which didn't bother me it's the other activities that go on there. The food was horrible. The first night I got food poison from the fried chicken. I was in the bed over a day sick. The breakfast and lunch options were limited to one restaurant which left you eating the same thing every day. The dinner options had more of choice but still wasn't good at all. The drinks were good. They offer this premier membership which basically If your not included in that you get horrible service. You can only sit in certain area of the pool if you didn't pay for the extra premier. They will hassle you about trying to upgrade. The rooms were nice and I loved the shower. But the bathroom had an bad Odor to it. I will probably never come back here it wasn't worth the experience especially because I look forward to all inclusive resorts for the food.

We arrived very impressive covid safety in place. Check in was a breeze. The room we had was in the tower. Awesome view of the ocean. Also great view of the pool area. Nightlife and daytime activities abound or if you prefer plenty of choices to lounge at the beach or the two pools. Now nightlife is big and loud and goes late but honestly the noise if you go to bed early isn't bad. Great choice of restaurants and the food is great. The spa is fantastic and after being to 15 resorts over the last few years this is one of the best we have stayed at.

I could've rated this place 5 stars, but due to issues with my penthouse suite that we paid big money for and they never resolved our concerns I'm not giving them the stars actually deserved. But it's a beautiful resort and I'd go back. We really enjoyed ourselves here. Great location, friendly staff, beautiful facilities. Definitely a must do!!!

Let's just start off by praising the staff here at this resort. They go above and beyond for anything you need, it truly is amazing what they do here. Some employees that really stood out for me was Mario, the restaurant waiter at SHE. He was able to serve us twice during our stay and he was always on top of everything, and the friendliest gentleman you could ever imagine! Also, Jackeline, the restaurant manager at Sea Flirt. My husband and I had a little inconvenience at our dinner, and she went above and beyond to make it right and offered us a surf n turf dinner on the beach at sunset! We were completely amazed by what the staff went out of their way to do for us. Alberto one of the breakfast restaurant waiters was super friendly and helpful. He gave us info on things we were planning to do and was always so quick and persistent serving us. Also, Yamy, one of the bar waitresses, was wonderful! She was the sweetest person and always made sure we were taken care of when we were at the night shows and partying on the upper level. Ingrid was the last one I wanted to mention. She was one of the playmakers and she was always so friendly and a joy to be around! She always come out of her way to say hi to our group and always made us smile! I also want to mention all the food here. The food is exceptional and they have so many different options to choose from! I think we had a different cuisine every night of our stay in all the different restaurants they offer here. The portion sizes can be a bit small, especially at the restaurant SHE, so I suggest ordering multiple different plates. This will also give you the chance to get a taste of everything. The culinary experience you will have at this resort will not disappoint you! Some of the restaurants you need to make reservations for, so make sure to look into that because they can fill up fast. This resort is definitely a party resort, so if you're not up for partying and drinking, this probably isn't the best resort for you. Also, this is a big swingers Resort, so if you're also not comfortable with that I would also suggest another resort. We had a couple of couples come up to us and ask if we were into that, so just be prepared with those questions! There are definitely couples there though that are just there to party and have fun, so they have the best of both worlds for what you're looking for! I'm definitely glad we came to this resort, we had a great experience!

Temptation is just that... if you are looking to party until your liver fails, or if you are looking for over 55 years of age exposed tits all day... or if you are looking for the same techno music in repeat .. ooorrr adolescent/ adults hype people who are still trying to find themselves... this is truly the place for you.. its a party ALL DAY... same party in repeat different costume at 10pm but same party... kinda of like twilight zone... don't get me wrong it has decent food and the employee are great but it very extreme . If you are looking to party for a few days I definitely recommend.. BUT if you are looking for a balance of peace and party don't waste your money the music does NOT cut off until 2am...same music in repeat every NIGHT...same people with different costumes every night... " you now crossed over into the twilight light zone" You will leave more exhausted than refreshed... in the twilight light zone.

So much to say! 1st timer here and truly enjoyed myself. I'm ready to come back already. I love the privacy once you hit the door, no phones out and people just enjoying a nice drink(2,3 or 4) and one another. I went for Mocha Fest and that was also a first. This place is a must just because it's a refreshing place, the employees are so attentive and genuine!

I gave this resort 5 stars because the accommodations were beautiful the food was delicious!! The hibachi restaurant was spectacular. If you only go to one restaurant make sure it's SHE! She is both erotic and delicious. The staff was entertaining and made the trip. Be sure to introduce yourself to the ladies: Mar, Georgina, Sexy Sandy for the men say hi to Babyface, The Rock and Papi!! There is 2 pools the wild and sexy pool and the quiet pool. The beach is small but serene.

What an amazing resort! People of all shapes and sizes, colors and all and yet everyone was so nice and non-judgmental. Great party atmosphere every single day. You better be pretty open minded otherwise you might aee some things you may not be comfortable with, especially if you happen to take the Boobs Cruise which was a freakin blast! We'll definitely be coming back thats for sure.

BEWARE: This is a swingers resort. You will see relations in public areas OR be asked to join/switch. If you're into a time swinger style hotel with no customer service, this is absolutely the place to be. Also beware of the fake excursion people by the "sexy" pool. They lie and say they're part of the hotel but then take your money and don't give you your excursion. When you talk to the hotel, they don't care because it's not their problem when you get scammed by the people. Also be careful because they will also try go get up to purchase drugs (which the hotel does not care about either). They're very much all about helping scam Americans both inside and outside the hotel. 20/10 would not recommend this place ever. The food is 2/10 in quality. Edible, but still basic with no flavor at all. The parties would be better if they had actual DJs play the night parties would be better. The music goes until 2AM or later every night. Good luck sleeping before that if you're anywhere close to the main "sexy" pool

Got here at 3 am on a Saturday and was denied a room and entry because the front desk lady said the bar closes at 5 am and 2 hours wasn't sufficient. She also said for $300 a room wasn't worth it. Terrible service. Never coming back.

Went by myself for 9 days and had a blast. The food is 7/10, the drinks are 9/10 and the party's are off the chart! Im 21 and was able to fit in & have a great time with everyone. I will be back

We have visited this resort 3x in 1.5years and we love it! The rooms are great, the food is plentiful and delicious but it's the staff that has truly made the trips phenomenal. Christian The Butler - WOW! Christian is more than professional, he is personable, kind, and always has a smile on his face! Our flight was delayed, yet Christian still met us at the resort at 11:00pm on his day off!! Christian went out of his way to find us every day to see if there was anything he could do to make our stay more enjoyable. Christian scheduled our dinner reservations, massages, and helped set up transportation to and from the resort. We plan to vacation at Temptations Cancun in the future and we will specifically ask for Christian!! Alejandra The Playmaker - she's wonderful! Alejandra has the sweetest personality and really went out of her way to engage the crowd and made the games fun and entertaining. It is a really great feeling to go back to a resort and have someone remember your name and express happiness to see you! Jungle Jay The Playmaker - Amazing!! I have never met anyone with so much energy and a real zest for life! Jungle Jay has a mesmerizing smile and truly loves being a part of a hypnotic and fun atmosphere! I can't say enough great things about Christian, Alejandra, and Jungle Jay. If you have an opportunity to visit Temptations. I highly recommend asking for Christian, Alejandra, and Jungle Jay by name- we certainly will!!

My boyfriend and I had a great time at this resort for our birthdays One week before Christmas! We were greeted with drinks upon check in and immediately went to lunch, which was pretty good. I have to say I was not impressed with the room service. My burger was rubbery-like and the shrimp spaghetti wasn't great either. Your best bet on the late night tip are the wings!! Breakfast at Sea Flirt was pretty good and we enjoyed the late night entertainment! The atmosphere is full of party ppl just ready to have a great time, making the sexy pool hella fun! Everyone was very respectful and we made a few friends very easily! The staff was very friendly and we dodged the "tour" and the resort pitch on purpose lol YOU MUST TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR SPA! We were in there for 3 hours! What a relaxing experience! Please get there early to experience every bit of it before your massage even begins! You won't regret it! The hibachi place was very good! The rooms are beautiful and I was happy to have a garden view-away from all of the late night partying so we could focus on just each other. Next time I would bring a group of friends and get a room with a jacuzzi. The showers are really sexy too, you'll have a blast in there I would give it 5 stars if the food was better but that was the only downfall to the resort.
