"There are foot massage and reflexology shops all over Hong Kong , but one of the best (and most stylish) is 10 Feet Tall, with its cheery, beachy vibe, located on Queen’s Road Central. Clients can order juices and detox drinks during their treatments, which range from foot reflexology to neck and shoulder massages. After an hour there, you’ll feel like you’re walking on air."

Amazing foot and body massage and they don't use gloves for reflexology I love that :) Clean spot too and I like the decor here

This place has been around for as long as I can remember (10+ years at least). It is clean, cozy and opens 7 days a week. Accept reservations over WhatsApp. The massage room I used was spacious with individual shower. The masseuse applied the right pressure and didn’t talk too much, which was perfect 👌🏻 During weekday lunch time, they can arrange simple dishes like salad to be delivered from Frites across the road while you enjoy the foot massage.

I loved this place but little bit overpriced. Also, on my 3rd visit; I didn’t ask for private room but just led by it, so just took it. Not bad but not that much recommendable. If you are looking for the closest one in central, not bad I think. ** the staffs are very friendly though

Great ambience and a good selection of masseurs. Very clean and comfortable. Professional and well trained staff.

I had a great foot massage experience with my boyfriend last week at Ten Feet Tall Central! The location is very easy to access, great space especially so clean and comfortable. They also offer drinks and froyo while you are massaging in the common area with additional charges. I see they have private rooms too for intimate massage gatherings or spa parties! The passion fruit lemonade refreshing drink at the door was super delicious 😋 highly recommended!

Just what I needed head and shoulder massage followed by foot massage. Will go again!

1K to go "local" Let me share my feedbacks for my last Saturday evening hands and foot massage at ten feet tall in Central. First, I usually like to go to cheaper and more local places like in Centrium Plaza in Central or QRE plaza in Wanchai. But it's always a bit crowdy, noisy and less "nice relaxing" atmosphere. Last Saturday, I chose Ten Feet Tall because I was expecting a more premium and pampering experience (which is expected for total 1k for 100 mins). I was really looking for a full relaxation experience after a long day. I have to say I am very disappointed by the experience. The masseur was nice but did not speak English at all. He was rough and tough as masseur could be in a very local and cheap place, ruining the mood. He did not take into account the feedback whem I told him no stretching or less strength or more oil (dry massage on arms and hands are a bit painful) etc. A TOTAL DISASTER! I contacted via WhatsApp the shop the day after to explain my discontent. I had acknowledgment and explanation that they will "debrief" the masseur and... Nothing else... A commercial gesture would have been appreciated but I guess we are living tough days and money is spent in deco instead of client satisfaction

Google
I’m genuinely shocked by the level of unprofessionalism. The masseur clearly had no idea what he was doing — the session started on one leg, skipped the other entirely, jumped to the left side of my back and completely ignored the right. He then spent over 10 minutes just on my left arm. Who spends that long on one arm during a full body massage? To make matters worse, he was burping throughout the session — yes, burping — and repeatedly letting out loud sighs as if he was bored or annoyed. It was such a terrible experience that I had to ask him to stop before the session was even over. I still paid for half the time, but honestly, even that felt like too much.

Yelp
This was a fantastic foot massage experience. Professional, welcoming, meditative, tranquil, relaxing, boutique spa feeling. It smelled absolutely lovely, there was a smiling welcoming face behind the registration desk when we stepped off the elevator into the calming, dimly lit lobby area ...all the touch points of a great spa experience. You pay for the experience of all these great customer service points (price was $360HKD, just feet, short a little tip....50 minutes), but if you are looking for just feet and not the "experience of tranquility," I am certain you could find it less expensive elsewhere. Wrapped up in the cost is an unspoken level of experience. Let it also be said that this is my first foot massage in Hong Kong and thus my bar of expectation has been raised. I have had countless reflexology treatments in the US, but it is just not the same to the real deal you can get in Hong Kong. My husband says that compared to this, I will be dissappointed with the esthetic, feeling and atmosphere of other massage spots in Hong Kong, but maybe not disspointed with the actual service. We did not have an appointment and had to wait for about ten minutes for both my husband and I to be taken on a Sunday afternoon. We were in a communal room with eight other chairs, although they do have private rooms for parties or just solo stuff I suppose. Rooms and chairs are tastefully decorated...wood, tile, cream colors, dim light, clean. They were completely full and room was busy, but still respectfully quite, tranquil and relaxing. After a short neck and upper back massage that is simply part of the routine to their foot massage experience, I found my esthetician to be brutal and beautiful. I suppose I prefer a foot massage that really digs in there and works things out versus fluffy rubbing. I am certain she would have taylored it back in the pressure had I asked, but it was great. She had good kneeding thumbs and fingers to really work on my feet and calves. She was good at her craft...it was clearly not her first rodeo! They have healthy drinks you can purchase and also have pedicure options. Another thing I noticed...everyone is in the company uniform, so you notice the corporate culture touch through the uniformity of look. I really enjoyed my experience at Ten Feet Tall and look forward to returning. You feel so good upon leaving, the question on tipping becomes a question in my American head (we tip the US...we just do...it is a custom...)...it was such a good experience, I just want to give them a tip. This was the only question and topic of debate in my head upon departure.

Yelp
I've been to several masseuses and May has to be the one I LOVE so far. She found all the kinks and knots on my back (I have a lot from a bad car accident) and suggested to me next time to do aroma oil instead of pressure pt massage. Let them know how hard to apply pressure and where exactly. Don't be shy to voice your opinions. Currently promo: 75 min pressure massage 538 75 min oil massage 588 Regular: 50 min pressure 470 50 min oil massage ??? Gratuity is already in the pricing, I felt like she did a great job so I tipped needlessly. (Heard afterwards that it is rude to do so). It's not high class, but better than foot reflexology that's all over town. I heard weird noises from their walky talkies in the middle of the massage. Location: take the Mtr exit for the Hong Kong station on floor 22

Yelp
Let me just preface this by saying, I hate strangers touching me. Physical contact with stranger people gives me the hardcore heebie jeebies. I've had a professional manicure twice, and a facial once - all three of these occasions were gifts and I did not care to repeat the episodes on my own. But alas, all the excessive daily walking in Hong Kong had taken a toil on our feet and one of my friends was dying for a foot massage so the dude must abide! And I guess this episode was also a "gift" because Kat S. hooked us up (you da best Boo!), but I guess I never knew what I was missing up until this moment. Bear in mind that I have no point of reference for foot massages, but dang, those massaging hands were hella gifted! We opted for the common room massage, and although one of the massage therapists (Are they "massage therapists" here?) working out the knots in another customer's legs was awkward staring at me on and off the whole fifty minutes. I guess it was either that or stare at his customer or another customer . . . Anyway, we were treated to tea, soothing music, and hushed whispered communications around us. Not going to lie, some of the firmer maneuvers made me twitch a little because I was perhaps more tense than I needed to be. Although I didn't nearly drift off into a peaceful slumber like one of my friends, I eventually permitted myself to chillax the heck out. I noted that my overworked and now oily calves and feet were feeling oddly loosey goosey, in a good way. My friend mentioned that the massage at Ten Feet Tall was far superior to all other foot massages she had to experienced in the United States and I know that girl likes her regular massages. She was a bit melancholy that we hadn't sprung for the seventy-five minute session, but I was plenty pleased with the fifty minutes "adventure." Would I do it again? Probably . . . but I guess that would require another visit to Hong Kong . . .

Yelp
I love coming to Ten Feet Tall over any other foot massage place in Hong Kong, purely for the ambience. Sure, it's pricier than Happy Foot, or other foot massage places in the area, but I'm coming here for more than a rub down. I want to feel relaxed and spend the next 50, 75, or 100 minutes in a tranquil environment. The common area rooms here are just as good as the private rooms, so don't waste your money on that. There's free wifi and a nice juice menu. They also offer "happy hour" specials (discounts on foot massages during downtime hours) during the week, so take advantage!

Yelp
I ended up here as I could not find my usual masseuse and her spa seemed to have changed hands and so decided to try Ten Feet Tall after reading all the reviews. Agreed that the ambience is good and calm, but it's a bit pricey as you do not get a full hour, so good for a treat, especially the promotion offer with lunch, and half price deal. The dim sum lunch was good quality and fresh, and very healthy as it is mostly vegetarian dumplings served in a bamboo steamer. We accompanied it with a hot lemon drink. You should not really eat and have a massage but the deal was reasonable and we thought worth a try, and it was quite fun having your feet massage while eating. As we wanted to make use of the half price deal, but did not want a body massage after eating (which is not advisable anyway), we asked to have the body massage before the lunch and accompanying foot massage, which they were understanding about. There is an extra charge of HK$40 for oil. The body massage was lovely and all the knots were pressed out, although it was quite painful in areas where your muscles were really tight! I was told by the above mentioned previous masseuse that if the masseuse is skilled you would never feel any pain. I have deep tissue massages done back in London, and there is never any pain. Generally, the massages are good and service ok, however, at the end the masseuses hang around the foyer after you have paid, expecting a tip! Also, did not offer a drink of water after massages. You are often advised to drink lots of water after a massage, so the water is provided automatically at other places I have used. Here you have to ask for it and I asked for hot water to top up my lemon drink, but it came lukewarm, so sadly not impressed. I booked ahead, but on arrival, I had to explain again what I wanted. Perhaps, you get better service as a gwai-lo!

Yelp
Ten Feet Tall is the ultimate relaxation spot for luxurious pampering. With friendly staff and excellent therapists the experience is the creme de le creme of day spas in Hong Kong. The chairs are comfy, deep and perfect for putting your feet up and wasting a few hours. Dim lights and gentle jazz beats let you unwind and forget you're in a city that moves faster than the speed of light. The masseurs are gentle giants and know exactly where the pinch and rub to work out your kinks. I also opted for a mani / pedi today and they have a great array of colours in normal polish and gel (my other massage haunts don't offer any gel colours). Offering communal and private rooms, you feel like a queen no matter where you're seated. I've been in the past for a few girly group pampering sessions with champagne (even more fun). The rooms are clean and I love the calligraphy writing with inspirational quotes and fun coffee table books to lose yourself in if you're on your lonesome. With a full juice list and refreshing drinks and melon skewers on arrival, they know how to provide an oasis of calm.

Yelp
There are foot massages, and then there are foot massages at Ten Feet Tall. There's a world of difference, and you'll pay a premium price for it - but I adore this peaceful sanctuary smack dab in the jungle of skyscrapers that is Hong Kong Island. The dim lighting, the juice and tea list, dim sum for the hungry, a private room if you want it... this is not the typical bare bones foot massage experience. I have to admit that one excessively strong foot massage scared me off from partaking in this pleasure for several months now. However, I decided to give it another go with my boss in town this week who loves a good foot massage! And I lucked out, because my masseuse leans on the soft-to-medium side of the pressure range. I was able to bliss out for 50 minutes as she expertly relieved tension and I actually enjoyed it - in fact, I think I dozed off for a few minutes on the plush, super comfy chair! Now that I know where Ten Feet Tall is located (the street numbering is a little wonky over on this stretch of QRC), I'll be back again soon. Really soon!

Yelp
I was in IFC shopping but feel like getting a massage. I walked there and realised it was in the building on the 21st floor. I chose full body massage, I don't think this is the most amazing massage experience I had and I feel the reviews from people are little too overrated plus the price is too expensive for the service. Lady who massage me put lots of towels on top of me and it was a little too warm for the whole process. I know I should have said something because I thought I could handle it. Overall it was OK, I wish I had chosen somewhere else instead. I think massage experiences depend on people, so I guess now I know after I tried it. Would I recommend to anyone? Probably not.

Yelp
My husband and I LOVED our experience at Ten Feet Tall. It was a clean, quiet and comfortable oasis in the middle of a big, noisy city. It was the perfect place to relax for a little during a busy trip. The employees were very kind and professional. Would highly recommend!

Yelp
Highly, highly, highly recommend this to those who work in Central. This is the best chill out place. Do you know that feeling, when you for some reason stayed up all night, whether it's a night of drinking, insomnia or was just tired and just couldn't function at all during work? I get that here and there, and this is my solution. Ten Feet Tall is excellent, they allow you to do multiple things at once, mainly eat and sleep and relax. I mean, you really can't go wrong with that, can you? They provide dim sum lunches and you can just get a foot massage while you're chowing down. When I went, they were doing a sushi salad special, essentially it was like a chirashi, except it's a salad instead of rice. Refreshing yet yummy. I don't remember how much it was for the set, but I think it was around 200-300 for the massage + lunch. Not bad huh? Sometimes lunches in central will cost 200-300 for just the meal, and it probably isn't that good anyway. Another winner for this massage place, is that it is super convenient. Located next to the Center in Central, it used to be a 5 minute walking distance from my office. All you need to do is sit down and fall asleep. After that, you will just feel completely refreshed and ready to carry on with the rest of your day. I can't think of a better relaxation place during a busy day. Definitely try it!

Yelp
Very professional and truly an oasis from the hectic lifestyle of Central HK. Go in for a treat during lunch and pamper yourself to a foot massage and dim sum lunch. WHHAAAAT? Yes. Be jealous. It was pretty life changing experiencing having a meeting with my boss while getting a foot massage and lunching on some dumplings. Talk about multi tasking at its best. They have excellent service and the music is always quite calming with that intoxicating small. BTW, they offer these free cups of juice and the lychee aloe is like crack. Seriously, try it. I am a huge fan of their neck/shoulder massage which always does the trick on those high stress days where you need some TLC. ONLY reason I am giving this place 4.5 stars is because it's quite pricey where other comparable places nearby have just as good massages, but once in a while- its nice to treat yourself.

Yelp
I love the atmosphere of the spa, you can book a private room with friends, and their foot massage is very relaxing. This is not only a place for massage, but a place to meet-up with friends after work (they are open until 1a.m) and have a great experience -- typically, we bring along a bottle of wine to share, although expect to pay corkage. Yes, you pay more at Ten Feet Tall, but every experience I have had has been that the employees are professionally trained and the place is clean. I would overpay to make sure I do not get a nail or foot fungus!

Yelp
I used to be a super regular when they first opened. I've topped up my credit account a few times and the receptionist eventually recognized my voice when I called! I still think this is one of the better places around town and very presentable when you introduce your friends to go, very clean too. However I stopped going because 1) the price is way above market (they've increased the price), especially on the weekends, 2) they host private functions and it could get really loud and noisy (and u can't stop them of course), 3) the few masseurs I liked left. I have found other clean and nice place around so I stopped going here. But if I want to impress a visitor or something, then this is a place I'll bring him/her too.

Yelp
Loved loved loved my girl Angel! I got the 120 min lymphatic drainage massage and it was worth every second! The ambience was fantastic, clean, and quiet. Minimal noise if there was noise which is unavoidable at times. Staff was courteous. My therapist Angel was fab-- excellent technique and very nice! She adjusted her strength accordingly to my feedback on certain areas due to sensitivity (my legs cannot take a lot of strength). This was my first time and definitely won't be the last... Booked another treatment with Angel! Thanks for saving my back and sanity. You need it in HK.

Murray S.

Yelp
Ok venue when you finally get there (beware the queues for the lifts). Very expensive for what it is - much better around locally. If you are not a local you will be aggressively upsold and find your bill larger than expected

Yelp
We were tired walking around soho for so long, but we needed to wait for our dinner reservations, so we popped in for a foot, neck, and back massage. What a beautiful place! So tastefully decorated and professional.

Tiff N.

Yelp
My husband and I waited for the treatment for almost half an hour without anyone telling us how long it would take. In the end I had to go back to the reception upstairs to ask how long more we had to wait for the therapists to come! It'd be appreciated if someone could tell us roughly how long we had to wait in advance. The 50 minutes shoulder and neck massage was quite bad, sometimes I felt the therapist didn't know what she was doing... It was definitely a waste of money and time too (I only had limited time in HK so I could have done something else instead!) Oh and the therapists kept on speaking in mandarin which we don't understand especially my husband is a foreigner... Apart from the above, my massage started at 22:57 and the massage finished at 23:43 according to my iPhone, which is a bit earlier than expected. I know it's just about 5 mins gap but I still wanted to ask the reception if I was given a 50-min massage or they miscommunicated among themselves (as at the beginning their staff came in and thought we both wanted to have foot massage... Seems there's lack of communication there!). Anyway, the staff said according to their record the treatment was started at 22:51, which was definitely incorrect. After a bit of negotiation the therapist then said she actually came in at 22:55... So their computer was actually wrong, but the staff insisted to say their system was right. Since it's just 5 mins and the reason that I raised that wasn't because of the money, I gave up negotiating with the staff there.

Megan R.

Yelp
Good shanghai pedicure and foot massage but not the most relaxing atmosphere in the common room. Between the guy snoring like a caboose next to me and someone answering their phone and talking loudly on their cell phone for 10 minutes. Also pretty expensive compared to other places in the city.

Yelp
Our favourite place for foot massage and even body massage. Private rooms with NOW TV and Apple TV. Great service: fresh pressed juices and great staff. Convenient location and hours. Mid afternoon specials.

Siena S.

Yelp
Amazing place! Therapeutic reflexology at it's best. The setting is beautiful! The staff highly skilled. Make sure you order the fresh coconut as a treat.

Sarah S.

Yelp
I want to open this by saying the space is beautiful and the service would have been wonderful if LISA my masseus had not decided to make fun of me in mandarin to my face and get the other girl there to laugh at me. Hey Lisa...I understood you. Very unprofessional. When I complained to the manager she was nice but just said "sorry! Please come back!" I don't think so. There are a lot of great places in Hong Kong I could go to where they can at least talk smack BEHIND my back for goodness sake.
