The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and warmth made my stay even more enjoyable.

It was an amazing stay. The location is ideal if you want to see the river flowing right in front of you. It is like a resort for nature loving people right in the middle of the city. The hotel staff is very helpful and co operative. The only thing could be cherry on top if they add a boat or cruise service along the river. Otherwise worth the price.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff is amazing! Ploy made sure we had everything we needed each morning at breakfast. The rooftop bar and pool are a must for a humid but breezy afternoon. The river views make it an experience. It’s the perfect boutique hotel, convenient starting point for sight-seeing, and a perfect respite from the busing Bangkok streets!

I wasn’t sure what to make of the place before I arrived as it’s a fairly new hotel. It pleasantly surprised on the upside. I came with family and it’s a for leisure. This hotel is for people who like exclusive boutique type of hotels with only 30+ rooms. It’s not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, instead it is located on the more serene riverside area, which I prefer. Very quiet location at the end of a small alleyway. With 7-11 5 min walk away and 10-20 minutes by car from IconSiam depending on the traffic. I especially like how my room had a 4-5m high ceiling which make it feel extra spacious.

We've been staying at many 5 stars hotels around the world. This place I must say fell short in many aspects. We are staying from June 9-11 (still one night to go and itching to give comments) I'd say this hotel is as good as only "3 star Ibis hotel" Check-in: 1. The front desk was giving us a weird stare, making us feel uncomfortable. We checked in at around 1.30pm and asked if you could have an early check-in. Of course being a 3 star service we were denied even for 30 mins early check-in (the room was already ready though). Luckily I have a membership with Ascott so we were able to get in. This is quite petty to be honest. Room: 1. We experienced electricity cut off twice during our stay. Not sure what happened - no information was provided. 2. No info given/ room tour of what was complementary. Had to play a guessing game and stumbled upon 2 tiny cookies hiding in the fridge. Also had to call the front desk to ask about the water. 3. USB-C port chargers next to the bed don't work. Just gimmick. Services & Amenities: 1. Very minimal service interaction even though they were only a few rooms occupied during our stay and definitely no personalized service. Don't address guests by name. My husband actually emailed a week prior to our check-in about the anniversary. Silence.... Also hard to get a hold off the front desk staff at around 8.30pm - no one answered. Had to call a few times. 2. Men's toilet in Ambrosia has a very bad odor from the sewage. This is no excuse to get it addressed. 3. Breakfast is not worth it. Not a lot of selections and foods are mostly definitely packaged foods getting plated nicely. 4. Staff is chilling on the phone by the pool, giving a very unprofessionalism outlook to a 5 star rating. See the picture. 5. We tried Dark Waters - we ordered total of 4 Thai dishes. Foods were bland and mostly was made for tourists. Aka "bar food". 6. We came for a morning swim and the pool supposedly opened at 7am but nothing was ready - cabanas were still put away. All I could say is - It IS NOT WORTH your penny! If you want to experience a true 5 stars experience, stay elsewhere! We definitely will NOT RETURN.

Absolutely Amazing Hidden Gem!!! Everything here has been wonderful!! The bed was super comfy and provided an excellent sleep, the shower was Superb!!!! Room super clean and well kept. The hotel is super clean and well maintained. Great views on the river. Staff goes above and beyond to try and meet your needs. For those traveling get the Bolt app, the staff recommended it for taxi service. Very easy to use plus you can pay with cash which was nice. Two amazing pools to relax in with good bar service! Happy hour is great here for drinks. Highly recommend for a intimate getaway and relaxing time!! Thank you Bew & Boy & Bomb🎉🎉

Our stay here was excellent! The entire hotel, including our room and all external facilities were immaculate. The staff were the highlight. They were all so lovely and accomodating. Special mention to Pang and Ploy, who served us breakfast every morning. These ladies were the highlight of our day, always so kind and willing to help us with anything! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bangkok. We also felt very safe every time we exited and entered the hotel, as there was a security guard out the front, keeping track of all the vehicles we used for transport!

What an amazing hotel. The rooms are so nice & bed is super comfortable. Both pools are really nice, overlooking the river, the downstairs pool during the day is especially nice and very peaceful. Breakfast was fantastic. Service always great! Every single attention to detail was fantastic. Also the shuttle boat & tuk tuk was very useful. Loved it & would definitely stay again!
