First time at Ten Square, and from the minute I arrived, customer service was absolutely excellent. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean, great facilities. Breakfast was fabulous, highly recommend, as well as the restaurant (Jospers). Totally deserve 5 star rating across the board. City centre location, easy walking distance of bars and shops.

The hotel is in an excellent location it’s just across the road from the city hall. It’s about a 7 minutes walk from Grand Central Station so no need for taxis from the airport as the bus service 300a runs every half an hour and is £13.50 for a return ticket. We arrived really early to the hotel and of course our room wasn’t ready however a lovely young lady called Leah told us that she would ring me as soon as it was ready and true to her word she rung me at 12noon to say we could check in. The room was very spacious and the double bed was massive and very comfy the bathroom was large with an excellent shower. The room has a safe deposit box and tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast has a good choice which you order off a menu there is toast and cereal which you help yourself to. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

The reviews reassured us that the hotel was a safe bet for a good night’s sleep and hearty breakfast. The room was ok but had a stale smell, only one bed side reading light and limited tea, coffee and milk. We had been travelling all week, so were ready for a good rest. Bed was comfy but loud live music until 12.30am meant a disturbed sleep. Breakfast was poor compared to every other hotel we’ve stayed in. On the positive side the staff are all lovely and helpful l. A good central location if you’re looking for a party weekend hotel but avoid at the weekend if you’re looking for an early night.

A really nice hotel, in a fantastic location and an amazing team who can’t do enough for you.||There is a nice bar area, and a lovely restaurant with great food. ||This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in when in Belfast, though there are a few minor niggles.||I don’t know if it was just my room, but I received no water during my time here. Not a huge deal, but something I’ve come to expect when staying in hotels of this level.||The mirror in the bathroom makes it difficult to shave due to poor lighting, I’m sure this would be an easy fix.||There were no robes (or slippers) for when I got out of the shower. Again, no big deal, but something that a hotel of this level should be thinking of.||Overall a great hotel to stay in, and I certainly will be back.

Not bad - like all hotels in belfast, its kinda overpriced, but what to do. Im from NI and recently stayed here for a night whilst meeting friends. The location is good - its right in the city centre. Its clean and the staff are courteous. |It has a decent restaurant and bar attached and is surrounded by decent shops and restaurants. |Good place for tourists who dont know Belfast well. ||Annoyingly it didnt have parking... but i knew this before i booked. ||Would return.

Had a great stay at the hotel James was the best he made our stay so enjoyable. The location is great, parking is a bit far so drop your luggage off and then park the car so you don't have to drag your bags all the way.

We had our wedding in Belfast city hall followed by a reception in the loft bar in the tens square hotel, I have to say the service and attention to detail was next to none, Chloe who we liased with though out whilst we were planning was excellent nothing was a bother to her and on the day everything was just perfect. Mohammad who on the day was looking after us and making sure we were all happy was just the best, the jaffe penthouse suite was outstanding and the food was amazing, I would highly recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way. Overall, my stay at the Ten Square Hotel was pleasant! The room was clean and well-maintained, helping me rest easily. My room was ready on arrival, and the breakfast served the next morning had plenty of hot and cold options. The hotel is close to several restaurants, which made it easy to explore Belfast. Parking can be a bit tricky and the garage for the hotel (through a third-party service) is a couple of blocks away.

Yelp
Upon entering the lobby of the Ten Sq Hotel, the lack of illumination created an unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly. While the first hotel room was spacious, the dim lighting contributed to a gloomy dungeon-like ambiance, with windows offering no view and unadjustable lights. The bathroom had adequate lighting, and offered organic products, hot chocolate powder, and a hot water machine. Complimentary Wi-Fi and two closets with an iron board were also available. The hotel's restaurant and room service was satisfactory. After requesting a room change, I was relocated to a newer building with better rooms but products were different. The room is what you would expect from other hotel rooms. It was conveniently close to Snax for quick food options. Overall, my experience improved, but I would prefer trying other hotels in the future.

Yelp
This review is for Jospers Steakhouse located inside the Ten Square hotel in Belfast Ireland. We were there in Sept on a cruise to Iceland and stopped for the day. After riding the on and off bus around Belfast we were hungry and Jospers was just the thing. Entering the bar area you will find a warm and cosy place to sit and have a bowl of great soup, or a sandwich for lunch. But that's not all. The servers are the ones who make this place great. They were so friendly to talk to us about their city and what to see and do. And of course recommend a pint of two of their great beers. We had the line caught fish and chips and a caesar salad. If you are in Belfast we would recommend Jospers, the on and off bus and the Titanic museum. Great way to spend the day.

Yelp
The staff is the true gem here; always friendly and helpful and ready to chat. Showers in the rooms are among the best I have been able to enjoy. Beds are good. Pillows are excellent. Not too soft and not too hard. No coffee machine or microwave in room. Josper's Steakhouse has has excellent food but the staff need better training: lots of them but I couldn't get a water or a glass of wine.

Yelp
Very nice hotel located in Belfast city centre. I stayed here for two nights while in Belfast. Our first night of sleep wasn't great; the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The room was lovely and the shower was great but my back and shoulders were killing me and I was very tired the next day. I decided to speak with someone at the front desk for a different room since the bed was not comfortable to sleep another night in. I was informed that all the mattresses in the hotel are the same brand and from the same company. After a few mins we were taken from the new side of the hotel to old hotel side to try out a different room. The old hotel side looks very different but still nice. We walked in and the first thing we notice is the room is huge and came with a huge bed. Ohh and of course I lay on the bed and ahhhhhh in heaven with a comfy mattress, so I said "Yeah, I'll take this one". I couldn't have been any happier. We returned to the front desk, were given our new key cards and off we were to pack up & move over. They did offer to move everything for us but we decided we can do it ourselves. I had a wonderful night's sleep and just wish I had this room on our first night. Now I know for when returning to Belfast and needing a hotel, I'll just request a room in the old side. Maybe just request the same room again since it was so perfect. Oh the bathroom was nice and big and there was plenty of closet space as well. They do offer breakfast for 10 pounds per person, which isn't bad, and they have a good selection.

Yelp
Over the years I have visited Ten Square Hotel restaurant and bar on many occasions for food and drink. I have always found it good and have enjoyed my time spent there. Most recently I attended a wedding on Friday 1 July 2016 and was extremely impressed by the hotel décor, facilities and service. After a recent refurbishment Ten Square is now a beautiful, understated, stylish hotel in which to hold a wedding. Staff were helpful and everything flowed smoothly. We drank wine, Prosecco and cocktails all of which were fantastic. The vegetable soup starter with focaccia bread was scrumptious. My main of roast vegetable and goats cheese tart (vegetarian option) was great too, though I thought serving it with mushroom risotto was a little weird and would have preferred salad or potatoes and veg with it. A delicious trio of desserts consisting of chocolate torte, cheesecake, and white chocolate profiteroles completed the meal. A generous evening buffet was provided later with particular highlights being mini vegetable quiches, potato wedges with sweet chilli sauce and a broad selection of wraps and sandwiches. Although I didn't stay overnight a lot of guests booked rooms with which they were very happy. Overall a warm, welcoming hotel right in the heart of Belfast which I would happily recommend for dinner, drinks, special events or stay overs.

Yelp
Probably a 3.5 if the truth be known but I'm struggling to get this hotel really. It's a great location right next door to city hall and very central meaning you can get everywhere but it seems like it could do with learning a few things from similar priced hotels offering a better service. Here's some points that could do with an improvement: *Check-in is super strict at 3pm, check out is 11am - you're robbing me of 2 hours here peeps! *Hotel areas seem a bit frayed and dated. Everywhere seemed a bit scruffy. *Breakfast offering was ok but nothing too great. Fresh fruit offering a bit miserable and the coffee terrible. I could only manage 2 sips of my macchiato - so bitter! *Breakfast room was dead - one other person in a massive room with little atmosphere, plus a really overly fatty smell stinking it out. *Dirty trolley from housekeeping dumped outside room since yesterday. Ok so these are all small things and are 'first world probs' but I haven't seen much to make me think wow I must stay here again. Could be great with some TLC but in this price bracket I've had much better experiences.

Yelp
Ten Square is a bit of an odd one, I've been in a few times but I've never eaten, that is until today. I had an impromptu meeting with my sister in law in Belfast and we thought we'd get out of the cold. Ten Square was the logical destination due to proximity really. This isn't somewhere I would usually go, it's perhaps a wee bit fancy for my usual attire - ripped jeans and trainers. Anyway today was great. We went in and were able to get a table quickly, despite it being 1pm. The staff were attentive, I even got called 'Sir' which was a nice novelty. We were in a rush so I selected The Fish Pie, it came out within ten minutes. It was beautifully presented with a cheesy, creamy mash on the top. The pie was full of local seafood, including prawns, muscles and chunks of salmon - these delights were bathed in a rich creamy sauce. On the side I was given two thick cut slices of wheaten bread although one would have been more than adequate. Overall I was extremely happy with my lunch. Price wise it was excellent - just over £16 for two hearty lunches, a coffee and a soft drink. Can't complain about that! Four stars and a big thumbs up from me! I definitely won't be put off in the future!

Yelp
The historical outside is obviously much older than all of the modern conveniences inside. The rooms (extra comfy beds with comforters, bath with towel warming racks and rain showers) lobby and common areas are all newly renovated. Their location is convenient to all of the sites. After a long day about it was great that they had their own restaurant and bar. The staff was friendly attentive and willing to please. We had a great stay. Enjoy!

Yelp
I don't know why but I really like Ten Square. It's a great spot for after work drinks and they have some great drinks like Leffe on draught which isn't available in too many other Belfast bars. Yes, it may well be a 'hotel bar' but there is so much more to it than that. Pop in anytime day or night and there's always a good crowd and nice atmosphere pretty much guaranteed. For sports fans they show most 'big' sporting events but manage to do so in a way that doesn't intrude on others who are in the bar. The food is also pretty good and I find, given it's prime location right behind the City Hall, it is pretty reasonably priced. A great place to start a night out.

Yelp
They do not care about their hotel guests. A wedding party will be playing a loud base beat until 1am tonight (which we can physically feel the beat) and I'm in the room right above it. "All guests who checked in today were informed" - well we checked in yesterday and were NOT informed! No room to move us too, no real apology, NOTHING. Outrageous! Do not stay here.

Yelp
Good all rounder. I don't normally dine in hotels as i prefer restaurants, but on my first occasion I have to say that it was surprisingly nice and good value. I have returned a few times for drinks and found a great selection of nice cocktails. There is a friendly atmosphere and relaxed enough for a hotel. I have attended a wedding in Ten Square and it was absolutely perfect. the reception room had a lovely luxurious interior and the meal was beautiful. At times it can be very busy, but otherwise its a haven in the city centre

Yelp
Great friendly Service at the front desk, in the bar, and at the restaurant. Good food. Comfortable rooms with heated towels. Clean. Staff went out of their way to be helpful Darryl went out of his way to meet our special requests. Staff helped plan our days. All in all our best hotel staff in many places we stayed. Thanks

Yelp
Came here for my work Christmas dinner, the food was amazing. I had the traditional Christmas dinner and it was by far the tastiest restaurant turkey dinner I have ever had. All our meals were piping hot and everyone was more than satisfied. The strawberry daiquiri in the bar were delicious too. The dj was brilliant and the atmosphere was electric. I have eaten in the restaurant before via a Groupon steak meal for 2, it was delicious. Steak cooked to perfection, pepper sauce was beautiful and a lovely bottle of prosecco to wash it down. Will definitely be back there again.

Yelp
Just finished a two night vacation stay at this great hotel. It's located just off Donegal Square so it was very convenient to take the bus from the airport to city hall and just walk across the street the hotel. Our hotel room was quite spacious for two people with one queen bed and one twin bed. The bathroom was very large and modern. One could even sleep in there if they needed to. As the hotel is in the city center, it's a short walk away from almost all parts of the city. The staff was very attentive and helpful, making recommendations and calling taxis for us. The elevator was down during our stay but they offered to have bellboys or whoever bring up our bags to our room. I'd come back here for another stay in Belfast. The only negative of the room was that our room was very close to the center of the building where there is a small courtyard. We could hear people from other buildings and smell cigarette smoke from our room which we noticed in the late mornings or early afternoons. Next time, I'd ask for a room facing the street as that may be quieter

Yelp
Tim Y's review was spot-on: Leann was awesome! I think she was the most helpful hotel employee I have ever come across. Overall, I liked the Ten Square - the room was lovely, the location was great, and the service was excellent. My only gripe was that the free wifi didn't work well from our room, but we were able to get online without any problems in the lobby.

Yelp
We were looking forward to staying at Ten Square, but we were extremely disappointed. On arrival, we discovered that instead of an upscale boutique hotel, we were staying in a construction site. The front desk was a temporary table in the middle of construction. To reach our room, we had to cross through construction. During the day, there was so much noise, that we really could not rest. The hotel bar and restaurant were under construction, although somehow opened in a weird state every evening. Even the hotel entrance kept changing, depending on what they were doing to the lobby that day. On checkout, we noted how ridiculous this was and asked for compensation -- the "night guard" said he'd have the manager contact us. When that didn't happen, I wrote -- the manager implausibly wanted to "discuss" the issue instead of simply offering us anything. While I applaud the owners' goal of improving the hotel, doing so with paying guests onsite shows an appalling lack of hospitality.
