Tender Greens

Just went to have a bite. The service was great. The pregnant lady was so nice and helpful and just a joy. Overall everyone was very nice. The food as good. But, I do have to say this. The burger or pasta…where are the tender greens? I feel they trying to grab more clients and they are gettting lost in the mix. Expanding the menu I don’t thing is the answer but…more clients more money, more profits…..etc. diner was good Service was exceptional Thank you

Well it’s a bit of a diner set up or hall setting. But the food and value is very hard to beat. It’s healthy, they change it up and offer new dishes often. You can’t beat what you get for the pricing and it’s really good. It is one of our go to restaurants in WeHo. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They really understand what service should feel and look like.

I ordered through Uber eats. I ordered a protein style burger. I received a protein style burger with lettuce, one pickle, and a black charred beef patty. The beef patty was hard and not edible. For the price that delivery is and plus the cost of the burger it is not worth it.

The mac and cheese is dry and tasteless. A hint of what COULD be cheese? The lava cake is just packed cocoa powder. Makes your mouth parched. Service was average for LA - "meh."

I stopped going to TG for some time because I felt that the quality of the food was not what it use to be. We recently tried it again and we noticed the quality improved greatly. Also they added more menu items and seasonal specials. My go to place for dine in or take out.

Horrendous wait times for delivery. When spending over $100 for some mashed potatoes and soup, I do expect better service. I stopped coming in person a while ago, and now I'm about to stop ordering take out. When you go out of business you can look back and blame your crappy service and ho-hum food. Yes, your food is rather boring, bland, and barely edible. Puke.

Great spot! Food is good and it comes out quick. Very fresh. Has a parking lot and meters around but they can be hard to grab. They're healthy green drink was so good! So were the veggies, and soup and sandwich I had. Went with a vegan friend and she had an easy time getting food too that she liked. It's a little bit pricey but I'd definitely go back.

Well at night time they have "candle lights" cute. The staff was great very helpful and overall nice. I ordered some new pasta. It was good and a big portion.

For years I got steak plate and rustic chicken soup which I loved. Finally tried salmon pacific bowl. Really liked the salad that it came with!!! Manager assured me that I would. )) Staff is very friendly and helpful! Thank you for your food recommendation. ))

Disappointing as I used to enjoy this place. Good food but super slow service and tiny portions! If you're coming here on your 30 minute lunch I say skip this place as you won't get your food for at least an hour . If you have time to eat then enjoy. I had a 30 minute lunch - ordered in advance at 12:19PM. Said it will be ready at 12:42. Show up at 12:42 with 30 mins to eat. My food wasn't ready yet. It's not 1PM and I finally got my food. Portions are small. Food has lots of flavor. I had ordered medium rare but I got overcooked. Steak was tough and dry. Seasoned well but it was well done.

Food was amazing, great portion size and flavor. Staff was friendly, helpful, and informed when it came to questions about the menu. Will add this spot to my rotation of lunch places!

The food is always so delicious here and the restaurant is always clean. We arrived at 8:20pm on Saturday; not realizing they closed at 9pm. They had a bunch of "to go" orders so they seemed to take care of those first. We did not get our food until 8:50. That did not leave us a lot of time to eat. They were very gracious and did not make us feel rushed but we packed up our food and left anyway. Nothing worse than trying to leave work and there's one table holding things up.

Their arugula salad is good. And bread. Some of the veggies had too much oil. Loved their boxed water

In today's world it's about that personal touch. OR, lack of it. We were busy playing a board game and ordered lunch to be delivered, so it was Nolan to our service (see my pics). Nolan was our auto robotic food delivery vehicle. It was kinda fun to watch it navigate the sidewalks of LA. All things considered, it did well. I had the Chipotle Barbeque Chicken salad (see my pic). The chicken was tender and the BBQ sauce was tangy and a bit sweet. There was an ample amount of chicken for a salad meal. The sliced lettuce/cabbage mix was fresh and the cold squash was quite good. The side dressing was creamy and mildly flavored: not so much lime or cilantro. The chicken was the star. We also had the Backyard Steak Salad (see my pic). This came with a fair amount of steak slices cooked medium rare. The outside was nicely caramelized and seasoned. The steak was tender. The salad, while simple, was very crunchy and fresh. The side toast was hearty and the smoky sear was a nice rustic touch.

In order from here a lot. The food is good, but frankly...when it comes to food I'm easy to please. What gets me about this place is they give you an option to have your steak cooked rare to well done and no matter what I choose, it's always well done. Always. Not once or twice or even three times. It's every time. Every. Single. Time. Rare means nothing to these people. I don't even like it rare, but I choose that option in hopes they'll ease up on cooking time but they never do. I'm only writing this review in hopes someone there will see this and get the staff to stop overcooking the steak. That's all I want for Christmas. It's not a huge ask. It's actually less work! Just...stop cooking it. Take it off the heat. Walk away. Live your life. Just STOP cooking it. Please. For the love of god and all things holy. Small world problems? Sure. But I'm paying $25 for this. C'mon.

I have placed an order at this location for pickup a very large careering order the pick up time was 12:45. I called asking if was possible to have it delivered they were totally inflexible about that. So I came to pick it up at 1:25 and the order was not even ready yet having to wait even longer, and this is not the first that this happened Overall very very dismissive treatment and the restaurant was not even busy. Well I will absolutely not recommend this place to any of my office clients or anyone that needs their food ready at certain time.

Please bring back your AMAZING Fried Chicken Salad with Tarragon Dressing. It's a Must have/ Must try! You all the Ingredients please bring it back in 2025!

Delicious, Fresh Food. Chicken Pesto Sandwich (a little messy) is my go to!! It's hard to resist their mashed potatoes!! It's 4:45, not busy... MANY tables needed to cleared and many there were cleared needed to be wiped down.

Despite becoming a mostly take out/delivery operation, the food here remains of exceptional quality and value. While pre-pandemic, the dining area was brightly lit and usually busy, the lights are dimmed now, perhaps to shroud its relative absence of dine in patrons. Staff nonetheless continue to be attentive and engaged. If this spot used to be a regular option, it's well worth coming back to.

Almost done w my Cobb salad we ordered for pick up. I asked for no bacon - which they got right, but they also forgot to add eggs and avocado. Disappointing especially for a take out order when they can't make it right on the spot.

Compared to the century city tender greens, this one is just okay. I always love the pacific salmon bowl and the century city one gives you a nice charred skin with theirs (?unless they changed it) got pickup & street parking was relatively easy to find. Wouldn't come back to get this at this location Service was organized in terms of ordering/pickup. Very casual atmosphere

Exactly what you would expect from a quick salad spot. I was crazing greens so popped in for a salad. I appreciated that the nutritional value was listed on the menus because some salads can be very deceiving. Opened for the tuna Niçoise salad, I enjoyed the ratio of salad to other toppings- I found the seared tuna a little salty but went well with the rest of the bowl. The service was decent but they were QUICK which is always a plus!

Just had the best experience here staff was so sweet. Loved how much they cared about the food they were making!! Thank u so much for the extra sauce in my chicken sandwich! Didnt get ur name but thank you!!

Great service but I didn't appreciate seeing a manager I believe.she wore all black, wore glasses, and had hot pink and brown braided hair she publicly embarrassed one of her cashiers. As a costumer witnessing that was very unprofessional. I would like to see more of a positive environment than a negative one.

If you are looking for some fresh and good salad, Tender greens is the place to go! Big shout out to Chef Allie! She helped me through out with my order and suggested the tuna niçoise salad! Plus the agua fresca! Match made in heaven! Will definitely come back

WOW, what happened here? What happened to the Tender Greens of my past? It was sad from the moment we walked in. Sunday night, two other customers sat in the dining area. The fire alarm must have gone off because the strobe lights on the fire alarms kept blinking the entire time we were there. You no longer order then walk down a beautiful corridor of chefs cooking food and menu items on display. You bypass all that and go straight to the registers towards the end to order. The menu looks like a ghost of it's former self. Some menu items look the same as in the past, but not really. I ordered my once favorite Salt and Pepper chicken, one end of it tasted like fish, maybe they used the same knife to cut my chicken than they did the tuna. Also the roasted veggies were sad, a mix of mushrooms some peppers and three green beans. The "tossed spinach salad" was hardly dressed and a big glob of cheese sat on top. The crostini was probably the item I remember the most. I mean it's hard to mess up toast, am I right? My partner had the steak and by the looks of my picture it's more of a "Where's the Beef?" situation. Nothing looked appetizing and something you'd want to have again and again. Weekends at TG and even some week nights used to be a favorite of mine and I take it many others. You'd always see a friend of two in the dining room and the people watching was fun. Not this time, not at this ghost town. With this dinner we have said our final good bye to this Tender Greens, a so long to the memories of the past. We won't be back!

The cashier with the lip piercing has a major attitude problem. The manager should remind her that the customer is what keeps her employed . Not good!

Tender Greens is the definition of LA. Their salads and bowls scream fake healthy and are so overpriced. I got their Katsu Chicken bowl, and felt cheated by the bowl's lack of flavor. The chicken and rice combo was super dry, and did not give the health, fit/refreshing vibe it's supposed to (lol). I didn't hate it, but definitely didn't love it.

Ordered in delivery and got a fried chicken sandwich. It was seasoned perfectly and had just the right amount of sauce. The lettuce was fresh and the chicken was juicy. The bun was delicious and had just the right amount of crisp to it. For a side, I had the mashed potatoes and they were creamy, buttery and heavenly. I also ordered a falafel wrap for later. I did not see any tzatziki on the wrap but the pickles were a bit overpowering. No harissa that I could see either. Got the set of chocolate chip cookies that comes with six and they were certainly popular in the office. So much chocolate! What a treat. Wonderful idea to get the set of them instead of just one and I will do it again.

I've been going to Tender Greens in West Hollywood on a regular basis and I love their food. In addition, the services is great and all the staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend this place! Doug

I have been going to this restaurant for many years and began ordering for about three years. The food is delicious! Everything is fresh and so good! There is an extensive menu for everyone to choose from. Steaks, chicken, fish and even falafels! The Green Drink is scrumptious! The rustic chicken soup is delicious! I highly recommend Tender Greens!

I am writing this review as someone who is this location probably more than 100 times. I used to live in this neighborhood years ago and I regularly get lunch here when I'm working in the office. Food is consistently delicious, staff is lovely and the service is prompt. I recommend the harvest chicken salad. It's my go to and it changes seasonally and sometimes even daily, and that helps keep it interesting. If you want to healthy tasty lunch you found a good spot.

We absolutely love tender greens! We wish we had this place in Washington! I love the chicken pesto sandwich and the salads are great as well! Service was top notch and overall a great place to eat.

Tender Greens is always a staple. Their mashed potatoes are a solid choice. Fast service. Good place for a meal before hitting the bars. I tried the Short Ribs and they were alright...the meat didn't melt or "fall off the Bone" (even tho it didn't have a bone) but you get the idea. But the bed of mashed potatoes it was on SLAPPED. It was filling tho. Red wine was meh.

THEYRE PUTTING THEIR WHOLE TENDER GREENUSSY INTO THIS!!! I only get 1 thing here and it's the ahi Niçoise salad. I eat a lot, and this is top 3 best thing I've ever eaten period. Especially at the weho location. Such a huge portion of tuna, freshly seared, perfect balance of flavors and actually fills you up because of the potatos and green beans. AND THE DRESSING!! Really making my noicoissy throb. This is the only salad I don't feel bad spending $20 on.

I love tender greens but the last like 4 times I've ordered delivery from them I have an item missing :( It varies from a missing drink, a missing soup, missing bread, etc. I'm usually able to get a small amount back through delivery apps it's just a bummer because I paid for the delivery and service fee and missing part of my food so I end up still hungry etc. maybe they got someone new doing the to go orders?

Ambiance: I got my order to go and there is a bit of a wait time if you go during busy hours. They seem to have a ton of to go orders so expect to wait even if no one else is there for take out. Taste test: For the most part everything tasted good. The bread was a little hard to bite into by the time I ate it. The chicken is a little chewy but moist enough. The salad portion was good and there was more than enough dressing provided.

I've been coming here for years. My go-to quick clean yummy dinner or lunch place. Today was TERRIBLE! The staff were all half asleep and what normally would take less than 10mins to get a hot meal took over 20mins. I watched the staff meander around, one with a bandana on his head was texting on his cell phone. No one had any sense of urgency to get us our food. One guy went up to ask to talk to a manager and complain how long it was taking. I hate doing that because you don't know if someone would secretly spit in your food. But seriously. This sucks! Won't be rushing to come back again. Staff also took free chocolate bar she passed to him from a solicitor that was pushing all the patrons to buy her chocolate while we were seated inside.

This place used to be the spot. But the past few times I've dined here I've been really disappointed. The "falafel wrap" was the last straw. Literally gross, spongy and also somehow overly dense, dry like the desert . Never again.

They gave me terrible restaurant hospitality, dirty, looks came from the cashier person. They made the food way too quick because I've been there before and they took about 10 minutes to cook my food. They have asked me in the pass as well how would I would like my steak cooked, this time they did not. They didn't even cook my steak well. This is a Tethergreens an West Hollywood I would not recommend this place at all. They even upped their price from 15 bucks to $18 near $19 for a Mediterranean steak salad and it's just not even good.

Favorite place to stop by for a quick bite. Thai bowl with steak is my go to. The parking structure offers free parking for an hour and they also now provide parking validation! Amazing !

I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats, and the app indicated the order was ready. I went to pick up the food, a worker took my name, and without even looking at the bags sitting on the rack behind her, said my order wasn't ready yet and that I had to wait. After waiting ten minutes and pressing for more information, the order magically appears. Actually, it had been ready the entire time we were waiting. Of course, the food has gone cold by now. If I thought this was an honest mistake, I wouldn't post a negative review. Note: review should Be for sunset boulevard location.

While visiting from Atlanta my family and I decided to stop in because we don't have this restaurant in Georgia. We had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was very clean, a nice menu, nice price point, great food, and the customer service that Michael provided was impeccable! I would highly recommend you visit them.

I love this place, so I hate to leave a bad review, but this is just completely unacceptable. The California Salmon dishes we ordered through Uber Eats came completely raw. I unfortunately took a bite before realizing it

The quality has really tanked in the last year or two. Just found a piece of hard plastic in my mashed potatoes, my two orders of chicken are bone dry like it was old and reheated a few times. And I was given one order of steak instead of two (which Ubereats had to refund me for). This place used to be a staple, now I hardly eat here.

I love love this place. They have a new item on the menu--short ribs. Even though my friend and I ordered the short ribs, it was about a 30 to 45-minute wait for our meal, so we chose the steak. I was disappointed yet excited to return to try the short ribs later because their food was so good.

The allure of Tender Greens has certainly faded for me, more so with every reluctant interaction in the past year (be it in store or to-go/delivery) which inevitably ends in utter disappointment. During this quarantine, Tender Greens always pops up on UberEats and of course is tempting. My go-to has always been their plates...who doesn't love a hot item and 2 sides of your choice? I decided to bite the bullet and order in. Just take one peek at this latest photo and let me know if it looks enticing to you. 4 slices of lukewarm chicken. A ton of butter lettuce (if you squint you might see the chives that supposedly come with this "salad"). Some of this can be understandable given they're only takeout and delivery right now, but this was such a sad sight I just had to share. They really need to work on their presentation skills, at the very least. Again, whereas in the past, I've really been impressed with the quality and presentation of food, there's now more of a chain feel, and not in a good way. Look no further than Sweetgreen, Tocaya Organica...hell, even California Chicken Cafe, for salads and hot entrees more robust and enticing than here, and at the same price.

I'm a Karaoke Host at the bar across the street from Tender Greens. I thought it would be cool to try Tender Greens for the first time. I was greeted by Celia (The Manager). She was very sweet and super friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the food they served and her service was impeccable. I would definitely be coming back to try more of their delicious menu items. Thank you Celia!! You're the best!!!

I should have known that it was going to be a bad experience based on the filthy front doors. What happened to this place? It used to be clean. The food was bad at best. The salmon tasted super fishy and not in a good way, the vegetables were cold soggy and old. The salad had zero flavor. This place has gone down hill. If you are looking for bad food and dirty dining, then this is the spot!

I love Tender Greens menu, but this location has service issues. On more than one occasion, the order is incorrect or they can't find the order because they don't ask for first and last name, sending me to look for credit card charge. On my most recent order, I got the Chicken Katsu. They forgot the sesame seed and pickled cucumber. I think I must have gotten someone else's order once again.

I'm a very frequent takeout/delivery customer and have been since the pandemic. Time and again my food and order have been perfect. They nail it every single time. I've worked in a ton of restaurants and I know first hand how difficult it is to execute this well. I can't praise them enough.

Do not come here, worst experience and staff ever. The store was completely quiet and after 25 minutes of wasting for food I came up to check on order and they hadn't even started it. A young child came inside the restaurant to solicit and sell personal candy bars. Instead of removing her they allowed her to continue and even accepted 5 chocolate bars from her even though she was harassing their customers. Then when I told them my name they started it and although the receipt said one of the orders was gluten free the kitchen still put a huge piece of bread on the order which was ridiculous. Then when we told them the order had to be started over and made again bc of the celiac allergy, they seemed completely confused that they had to throw it out and start all over again. Finally we were fed up with the ridiculous wait and lack of concern that we asked to have our money refunded. When it was refunded I noticed that the amount was less then it should have been only to learn that they didn't place my order for items I had ordered. The worst experience ever and I hope their corporate sees this and contacts me. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I also have zero confidence that they correctly refunded my money and equally worse is they refused to give me receipt that it was refunded. She would only show me the receipt and allowed me to take a photo.
