An absolute treasure for art, fashion, and design lovers! Easily one of my favourite book stores in London. A great place to come looking for independent zones and art books, often with the most recent issues. Incredibly well curated.

Tenderbooks is a carefully curated haven for art, design, and rare printed matter. Tucked away in Cecil Court, it offers a beautifully unique selection of artist books, zines, and publications you won’t find elsewhere. The staff are knowledgeable and always ready with great recommendations. A must-visit for creatives and print enthusiasts!

Fabulous and well-curated selection of artist and art books. Excellent vibe. Definitely worth escaping the frenetic, touristy area to catch a bit of quiet and intellectual stimulation in this wonderful space!

Staff is not helpful and communication is not clear. I specifically asked about return and refund before buying as I was looking for a gift. Was told that I could if everything is in the same condition. Their website also has exchange and return policy for online order. Came back the next week and they said no return and refund, and the most they can offer is store credit, which is a quick note written by pen to me in a hurry… no more confirmation or information of its validity. I am just confused and disappointed.

Lovely bookstore, full of books on design, art, fashion. Feast for your eyes and soul. Dog friendly too! 🐶

An absolute gem for book lovers seeking some limited edition art books and other curiosities. The member of staff who served me was also very helpful and friendly.

What an incredible book shop! Full of amazing art books ~ my visit was utterly inspiring! I will definitely be returning. A gem in the centre of town and an asset to the area. Thank you Tenderbooks.
