Tenderfresh Classic @ Cheong Chin Nam

The staff were really busy cooking and serving at the collection and cashier counters. The place got noisy all of a sudden because a group of 12-13 youngsters were being loud. The venue filled up quickly because it was dinner time, around 6pm. The BBQ wings were not good.👎🏻 I wish I had ordered fried wings. The crispy skin chicken chop is still tasty. It cooked nicely. 👍🏻

Food portion is good for the price. Definitely tasty, been here a couple of times. Finally they upsized the size of the glass for the drinks, so money's worth. Just think they shouldn't charge for asking for mayonaise 😅 Otherwise, nice ambience.

Food was made better with the amazing staffs! Gave some feedback on the food and the staff immediately got it changed for me! Right after a while the staff came back to check on us for a follow up! Kudos to the staff working in the kitchen! Didn’t get his name, but he was working right in front of the collection point at 9.30pm!

One of my usual place to order food delivery if I am craving for western food. Near my place, hence food is still piping hot and crispy when delivered. 👍

Been to this outlet several times since I move nearby in Aug 23. Visited today for dine-in 31 Dec 23 and discovered prices have went up a bit with the change of menu. Some good items such as Penny with Crispy Chicken, Chilly Crab Pasta are no longer available. Choices are lesser and no longer economical as before. 1) Chicken Chop is dry and hard, fries were cold. 2) Fish and Chips portion shrink 3) Truffle Mushroom paste creamy and good taste 4) Bacon Penny was good too

Mid food 6/10 for decent price I would say the boon don Kee might be a better option nearby Fried chicken 7.5/10 🍗 it’s crispy and flavourful the chicken was really tender but dry at some points Fries were mid a bit grainy so 5/10 Don’t get me started on the coleslaw. 0/10 That is the most disgusting coleslaw I’ve had in my whole life. Idk how to describe how bad it was it was ghastly

Love this place. Value for money, quality food. The chicken dishes are clearly the stars on the menu and what they're famous for. Speaking of which, they have an extensive menu with locally inspired and international flavored dishes. Healthy bowls are their latest items on the menu, and it's fantastic - greens, egg and protein! I'll say skip the non-chicken dishes. The salmon in the salmon bowl was very skinny. Not sure if they were trying to go for the sashimi cut, but the fish serving was rather modest....Beef burger was so-so....

This place is a good place for western cuisines. Their chicken menu is superb, and tastes awesome. I ordered the 'cream of mushroom' spaghetti, along with the 'mushroom soup' and it tasted delicious. Their bandung is also freshly made when ordered. The 'oniom blossom' was also nice, which has a similar taste to onion rings but this is the whole onion that is battered and fried. This would be best to be shared with 2-4 people per onion blossom as it's quite big and you can "have enough/get sick" of it quite fast. For the most part, The chicken menu that I always try has been awesome, but their 'fish and chips' that I tried recently was soggy and bland. I would suggest to stick to the chicken menu and you'll have an awesome time at the restaurant.

One of Singapore's best kept secret. Tenderfresh chicken is a local chain and it has one of the best fried chicken I would safely say rank at the top 10 fried chicken restaurants in the world. They use fresh farmed chicken instead of frozen chicken, which really makes a huge difference. The chicken meat is fresh and juicy and well marinated with their own secret blend of herbs. A meal here probably cost the same as fast food chains, but their portions are generous. This flagship store of theirs has a lot of new items on the menu which I have yet to try, but i am giving this spot a 6 star ranking as it's comfortable, nicely designed with great comforting Singapore fried chicken.

Noticed this restaurant awhile back and after strolling one round to see what I should have for dinner, I decided to come here. While browsing through the approximate of 80 dish items here and without much hesitations, I ordered 2 pieces fried wings with classic yellow rice and grapefruit with kickapoo. After deciding, I walked up to the counter for payment and got a receipt with a collection number on it. Waited for my turn before collecting my dinner. The cutleries and condiments are self-service. So, don't forget to pick those up before heading back to your seat. The fried wings were pretty good. It was still piping hot when I ate it. The chicken probably home grown chicken which made the flesh tastier. The rice was also cooked right - not too soft or too hard. The coleslaw was pretty alright. I didn't know it is one of the recommended dish till I saw newspaper articles on the wall. The mocktail... Extremely good! Good combination of sweet and slightly sour. And it came in a reasonable size too and less ice. Price wise, definitely one of the most affordable along this stretch of dining areas. And the interior design was pretty cozy and they have long tables to serve big groups. Overall, was extremely satisfied with the good customer service (polite and fast) and the reasonable price yet extremely delicious food. Will be back soon!

Got a takeout from this place a while back. Hankering for good ol fried chicken but there was no KFC nearby (I only found later that NTUC at BT Plaza has a small KFC). So I stopped by on the way back to Newton (came over to view some condo units) and bought meself a whole deepfried spring chicken. Sales guy (guy who pulls you in) was super enthused but the cashier looked like she preferred to be somewhere else. Wait was reasonable, about 15 minutes, but you can't pay by credit card (how do you call yourself a legit establishment?). The chicken itself was great, very succulent and tasty. The fries were not good, the coleslaw was pitiful... All in all, this is an expensive chicken shop selling decent chicken. In the absence competition, this will have to do.

Tenderfresh was a restraunt that my friend recommended to me, and I don't regret trying the food there at all. Delicious. Simply flavorful. Love it!!!
