Tennerhof Luxury Chalets

Great location, services and accommodation. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. It was by far the best I have staid at in Europe this year, I will definitely recommend to my family and friends and try to come back for a stay soon.

Not sure it's worth the price we have paid.|Nice Chalet for sure, nice amenities (spa) but the the shuttle and Taxi system is totally dysfunctional which is a problem as the Chalet is quite far away from the slopes so you have to wait a lot and freeze while the shittle is coming... or not||And avoid the Massage : the therapist is simply too weak , has no energy (and is therefore not effective), spreads liters of oil on your body...||Nice staff at the restaurant.

From comfort to cleanliness to hospitality, Tennerhof's chalets were ideal as the rooms were spacious, newly renovated and not far from the main hotel building. The beds were comfortable, the private steam room was handy, there was enough cutlery and the housekeepers were very friendly. As a mother of a small child, the only thing I wish they added was a small kitchenette. Otherwise, it was perfect!||The views were spectacular as we had a panoramic view of beautiful trees covered in snow and the ski mountain. (Hornbahn, if I remember correctly) ||The shuttle service was very convenient. It drops guests to anywhere they need within the area, including the ski lifts. ||The meals at Tennerhof were so so delicious! Most of our meals were of a high standard. Breakfast had quality fruit, yoghurts and those pastries were to die for! The Michelin star chef was very accommodating as he made delicious fresh food for my little one whenever requested. Manuela and Flo looked after my little one with plenty of love and until now, she remembers them. ||We would return to Tennerhof in a heartbeat. We have fond memories of this place and were very sad to leave when our 7 days there came to an end.

Absolutely blown away by this place. Expectations were constantly exceeded. The grounds are impeccable, the service is out of this world. Staff members are genuinely interested in making your stay incredible. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Our chalet had every amenity imaginable, steam room sauna and salt bath after skiing all day was perfect. Ski down to one of the lifts and back to the chalet. Shuttle service to and from town and pick up from train station. Never had to wait. Honestly the best vacation I have experienced, thank you for going the extra mile Tennerhof!

we stay in 3 bhk shailey for 3 nights it was good very nice view but hotel management dealing was not good we used there kitchen & get some spot on floor |for which they make bill of 3000 euro & than finally charge 500 euro which was very wrong so experience with top team was not good |so i suggest to all to be aware of all these type things hotel management can charge anything |only one planc of floor wood they can make bill of 3000 euro & settle @500 |this dealing spoil our mood |so be careful |overall prop[erty is good

Very cozy and comfortable accommodation. View on the surrounding mountains is amazing. Service is professional and the efficient. Highly recommended!

Auf dem Heimweg von Italien verbrachten wir 1 Nacht in einem Appartment- leider zu wenig.||Die Wohnung war zünftig eingerichtet, verfügte über 2 SZ, Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer, Bad und extra Toilette.||Über die ganze Länge der Wohnung zog sich ein Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick.||Absolutes Highlight war das Frühstück. Das Angebot war qualitativ Spitzenklasse, ebenso die Auswahl. Zudem konnte man noch Lachs, Speck, Eier, Müsli etc. dazubestellen. ||Die Bedienung war die beste, die wir in 3 Wochen Rundreise hatten. Super.||Gerne kommen wir wieder.....

WOW! Aus COVID-19 Gründen haben wir kurzfristig umgebucht, sind nicht geflogen & haben uns für Kitzbühel im Sommer entschieden. Auch wenn uns das Wetter etwas im Stich gelassen hat (3 Tage Sonne & 4 Tage Regen) war es alles-in-allem ein SUPER Urlaub. TOP Unterkunft, unglaublich nettes Personal & 1a Unterkunft/Essen. Tolle Wandertouten (auch für Ungeübte), super Gastro-Angebote (wie z.B. bei Rosi‘s Sonnenbergalm & der Stanglwirt) und Shopping-Möglichkeiten haben unseren Aufenthalt abgerundet. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
