This is a cafe specializing in Portugese fair. That is, Portugese oriented baked goods and desserts. Quite a bit of indoor seating tables. The decoration is vibrant - lined with souvenir styled coffee cups. Service is friendly, a table with a view towards the ocean.

Very nice place, good atmosphere to rest after small walk in Ribeirão da Ilha.

Beautifully decorated place in Portuguese style: Pastel de Nata is fresh and delicious. The hot chocolate is also made fresh from chocolate. It’s a must while on the island.

This is definitely not the place if you would like to have a good coffee. Beans are burnt, milk is low fat and on the top of “Italian cappuccino” you get cinnamon. We are not in 80’ anymore. And for that extremely low quality coffee, enormously low service you pay 15 BRL cappuccino. Never ever again!
