My group of six from the U.S. enjoyed a wine and vinegar tour and tasting, hosted by Vittorio. The grounds are simply stunning. We learned about their winemaking and were fascinated to learn the long process of balsamic production - very impressive. Tasting their vinegars in the barrel room was indeed a treat! We also tasted 5 of their wines (sparkling and still) accompanied by meat and cheese drizzled with balsamic - so good! I was surprised to learn of their on-premise luxury rooms and restaurant - new since my first visit many years ago - which I will definitely look into for my next journey. This was worth the drive from Bologna - highly recommend if you're a balsamic lover!
