I had a very disappointing experience here. We arrived early and waited outside before the 5pm opening. Despite being first in line, the waiter skipped us and seated a local couple who arrived after us, even after I pointed out we were there first.
The service didn't improve once we were seated. They were very pushy trying to sell a sake set that we didn't want. More concerning were the hygiene standards: a female server was coughing repeatedly toward me without covering her mouth or wearing a mask, and I watched the cook handle raw meat and then simply wipe his hands on his apron instead of washing them.
We also had to ask for water and never received a refill, despite servers standing right next to us. I eventually had to grab the pitcher and refill our glasses myself. Please note that you have to order via QR code and there is a strict one and a half hour seating limit.
Regarding the food:
Seafood Teppan: Overpriced. While it tasted good, the sauce was quite sweet.
Classic Teppan: Good flavor, but again, the sauce was very sweet.
Grilled Cheese: This was actually good.
Fried Squid: Very dry; it really needs a dipping sauce.
Between the poor service, upselling, and lack of basic hygiene, I wouldn't recommend this spot.
