Read till end 1. The property is super…. try reaching in daylight to appreciate the location. River view from all rooms with super clean fast flowing river. Dining room feels like in Europe . 2. Rooms are larger than normal and well appointed. Not airconditioned but with room heaters provided. 3. Food quality is very good and Indian style is very authentic. 4. Once in the hotel cannot go out without transportation. Steep climb up hill. 5. Rooms are far from reception and walking in cold nights is a little chilly.. 6. Some rooms infested with rats . Late night rats started creating a racket in the room and there was no staff to help out. Changed the room next day . Next evening found a live rat in the Suite room which was caught by the staff . The hotel needs full fumigation and treatment for the rodents. 7. Spa is very good and hygienic . Do not miss treatments . Though expensive it is worth it. 8. Service is good overall. Property is really well maintained over all and a place that you will remember for a long long time .

An absolutely beautiful hotel in the midst of the bustling city. The location of the hotel is majestic since you are surrounded by tall mountains and the Thimphu river flowing right outside your room. It was so peaceful. On top of that, the rooms are clean and nice, and so is the food, but the best part was the staff who were so so kind and helpful. They were attentive, enthusiastic and made our stay so much better. I will definitely visit again the next time I come to Thimphu!!

I stayed at Terma Linca Resort & Spa, Bhutan, in Room 310 on October 25–26, and had an extremely unpleasant experience. In evening, I discovered a rat inside my room — which I have on video. The hotel staff eventually caught the rat, but their explanation was deeply disappointing: they casually said “it’s getting cold outside, and rats often enter rooms.” For a property that belongs to Royal family and advertises itself as a luxury resort, this level of hygiene and pest control is absolutely unacceptable. I expected far higher standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. I hope the management takes immediate corrective action to prevent this from happening to future guests. Otherwise Rooms are spacious and maintained. Property by the stream is beautiful. Indian food is ok. Bhutanese people are polite and hospitable

Near Thimphu by taxi it’s situated along the river with views of the mountains. The staff is attentive and the service worthy of 3-4 stars. My room was spacious and had a view of the river which provided a soothing sound at night. For dinner they dressed me in the traditional outfit which was a nice service.

Very good location on the banks of Thimpu river. Very calm and quiet environment. One can sit comfortably on river bank and enjoy the clear sky. Alternatively one can take a walk along the river bank on the well manicured lawns. First floor restaurant provides good food. Staff is very helpful and courteous.

The hotel is super clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious, but the real highlight is the view,absolutely stunning! Each room even comes with traditional clothing for guests to wear, which you can use for dinner or just to stroll around the hotel. It’s free to use and adds such a special touch to the experience. Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful experience! The rooms are stunning, the property is beautiful,we wore the traditional kira with help from the hotel staff and walked around the property with the river view. This is easily the best resort of our Bhutan trip♥️

It was great time there. The response was quick with good quality. Friendly behaviour with a cute smile on the face always specially Aarti Gurung. She was helpful in every thing. Wishing her and other staff a thanks. Keep the good work go on
