Termag Hotel

I highly recommend Termag hotel in Jahorina. We went in February. It is ski-in ski-out, and they have all the equipment for rental in the hotel. It has an indoor pool which was perfect after a long day at the slopes. We had breakfast and dinner included, and the food was delicious!

I stayed at this hotel for the second time on a business trip. Once again, I was very satisfied with the reception staff – professional, welcoming, and efficient. The location is also excellent and convenient for my needs. However, I was quite disappointed with the service staff this time. Despite it being off-season and the hotel clearly not busy, the breakfast staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful. Worse, they were rather rude and made us feel pressured to finish breakfast as quickly as possible, even going so far as to say they would start clearing everything away. This lack of hospitality really stood out in contrast to the otherwise good experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue, as it significantly affects the overall guest experience.

My stay at Termag Hotel on Jahorina was an absolute delight! The first time I visited, I was with my company, but this time I came alone—and the experience was just as outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality, stunning alpine design, and the cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, sitting right by the slopes, which makes it an ideal spot for ski lovers. I’ve had the pleasure of skiing both during my previous company trip and on this visit, and I must say, the ski equipment provided is top-notch. The quality and maintenance of the gear truly enhanced my skiing experience each time. After a thrilling day on the slopes, the wellness & spa area was the perfect retreat. The indoor pool, saunas, and jacuzzi created a serene environment to relax and rejuvenate. The peaceful ambiance and attentive staff further elevated the experience. When it comes to food, Termag Hotel does not disappoint. The restaurant serves a fantastic mix of traditional and international dishes, all prepared with the highest quality ingredients. Every meal was a treat, and the cozy atmosphere—complete with a fireplace and rustic wooden interiors—made dining feel extra special. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is magical. Whether enjoying a drink in the “Koliba” with live music, exploring the picturesque surroundings, or simply taking in the breathtaking mountain views from my room, every moment felt memorable. The blend of luxury, comfort, and nature makes this place truly unique. I wholeheartedly recommend Termag Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation—whether you’re visiting for skiing, leisure, or a romantic getaway. I’ll definitely be returning!

Well,food is amazing,rooms decent,pool very nice but staff awfull.We wanted to play games that were included in our price bit staff didn't allow that.It looked like they were lazy to clean up after it or something.Our friend wanted to play piano after dinner,we werent bother anyone because nobody were in hotel because it was off season,they didint even alow that.Staff was very unpleasent except receptionist and girl that worked in sauna,they were forbiting us every step of having fun.

Although the hotel's location, service, rooms, decoration, everything is very good, I am giving it 1 star because smoking is allowed inside. We couldn't find a place to sit other than our room. We had to go to our room immediately after eating. They should think about non-smokers as much as they think about smokers. There is no way you can sit in the lobby, restaurant, children's playroom, or sitting area with fireplace because of the smoke. If I had known it was like this, I would never have come. The price I paid is too high to be stuck in the room.

Location is great, distance from Sarajevo Airport is also good for a cab ride. Reception staff were very helpful with lots of smiles. Waiters and busboys are still living in Russian time Slavic culture with very cold gestures. They need to work on that…Inside smoking is not the best option because guests are being covered with cigarette smoke. Ski instructor Nina is the best! Ski room staff are also friendly and nice. Open buffet food quality and variety is not bad. Nighttime skiing can be fun…daily passes are not cheap . English is not spoken widely so be prepared for sign language.

We were fooled by the review and ratings. The staff has no politeness whatsoever and no experience on how to treat guests. They are rood. One of the waiters nudhed my friend with a pencil to get her attention. Other than that the rooms are clean. The food is average not so much choice on the buffet.

Stayed for one night only. Originally we did not plan to stay in Jahorina but now that we did, we are planning a trip back. Beautiful, modern hotel. We received an upgrade on a room. It was huge and extremely clean and comfortable. Staff are very pleasant, from front desk to waiters in the restaurant everyone was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good-everything we ate was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was the best we had on our 23 day trip through region. I can only imagine how amazing it is in the winter. Will definitely come back.
