The place is really amazing. Breathtaking. The waterfalls and the little river crossing around make the visit already worth it. We went early in the morning and it was not so crowded. At 11am got really crowded. The pools are not really taking care of. They need a bit more of maintenance. For the amount of money they charge you would expect something better. People goes inside with clothes and drinks. There are signs with rules but Nobody from the place is controlling them. It is a bit disgusting. Overall this place is fine, worth the visit just for the place, not for the termales. Tip: buy the tickets in advance as they are cheaper. But you will still need to queue to get the brazaletes. Parking: there is a “free” parking in front of the place. They ask for a tip. If you go early, at the time of the first opening, you’ll find place for sure.

Warning !! Avoid !||High prices at|This hotel would seem to indicate you’ll have high service. Very poor experience !||1. You will wear a wrist band the entire time you stay here. At one point 3 “guards “ were watching the pool. We were chastised by a guard bc we didn’t have our band. ||2. We couldn’t|Leave the room and go to the thermal bath bc the safe didn’t work. It took 85 minutes and 3 visits to fix the safe. She brought us a “master safe key “, or something like that in case it still didn’t work. So our safe is still not secure bc there’s a key hidden. ||3. Keys to your rooms are not secure. They have your room number taped on the plastic card!! So lose your key and guaranteed they will charge you for the plastic taped card. We attempted to put ourstuff (with our room key with the taped room number on it ) on a chair nearer the pool|So we could keep an eye on it. You guessed it. A pool guard chastised us and moved the chair and our stuff, telling us we had done something wrong. ||4. Only a few speak English. We’ve traveled to 37 countries. We’re not obnoxious people. But expecting English speakers in a proclaimed 4 star hotel is reasonable. ||5. The room was very stuffy. No air flow at all. Opening the window meant you’d have all Gods jungle creatures in your room. We complained and asked for a fan. They said don’t provide that service. What the hell…service ?? So they came and drilled 3 holes in the wall and mounted a fan on the wall which then plugged into the wall. They did say we could move to a room with a/c. That of course would’ve wasted lots of time. ||6. We told them to cancel our (2) , 60 min massages. Honestly if they couldn’t get a safe and a plastic key right , I had little hope for their massages. Their resolution , after going back and forth , was to Offer us 2 free massages, But only for 30 minutes. ||7. They went through a lot of work to have a Spanish /English menu. What they didn’t do was make sure that the two matched eachother. Such as : one English description stating 300g and the Spanish translation stating 400g. That’s a big difference. Very very poorly and unprofessionally run business. ||Summary, harassment by security guards , poor antiquated procedures , keys which if lost will put all your valuables at risk , and some parts of your room not working , in addition to many/most not speaking even business English ….this place was a big disappointment.

We went in June, and they were a lot of kids. It was hard to relax. This was not their bussiest time. They don't allow you to bring food in. We ordered food which took over an hour for us to get. On a side note, the food was okay. We could have waited or just had eaten their pre-made guava cakes. Those were yummy. I would suggest going midday since, at this time, it gets dark around 6 pm. We did pre-order our tickets, which saved some time. The line for purchasing tickets was pretty long. I didn't see anyone get rejected, but to be on the safe side, I would suggest buying them in advance. If your hungry the restaurant outside of this place are great and of course cheaper.

Wow. A secret paradise of waterfalls and tranquility in the Colombian mountains. Amazing food and drinks as well as spa and outdoor experience. Stay an extra day to experience it all. Book Room 210 and experience a beautiful view and the peaceful sound of the waterfalls at night.

Incredible experience in this basically resort. You can order food, drinks, salads, cafés, crêpes, burgers, pizza...honestly anything you can imagine - at an expensive price - and be served anywhere you want. The pools are nice, clean and warm, and with a constant view of the massive falls where you can also go and bath in the "cold" waters.

The place is amazing, very beautiful. The thermal experience is chaotic, you pay a lot and you sit with a lot of people in 4 pools in which a lot of people come in with their clothes and some eat in it. In such a nice place, it’s really well taken care off they should to the same of the experience itself.

It is definitely beautiful and relaxing to be there. I booked a massage and it’s not a deep massage but it’s relaxing enough. Then jump into the river/waterfall and finally got into the hot water pool. Some pools are more full than the others.
