The place is really amazing. Breathtaking. The waterfalls and the little river crossing around make the visit already worth it. We went early in the morning and it was not so crowded. At 11am got really crowded. The pools are not really taking care of. They need a bit more of maintenance. For the amount of money they charge you would expect something better. People goes inside with clothes and drinks. There are signs with rules but Nobody from the place is controlling them. It is a bit disgusting. Overall this place is fine, worth the visit just for the place, not for the termales. Tip: buy the tickets in advance as they are cheaper. But you will still need to queue to get the brazaletes. Parking: there is a “free” parking in front of the place. They ask for a tip. If you go early, at the time of the first opening, you’ll find place for sure.

My stay at Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal was nothing short of magical, a true escape into a world of relaxation, natural beauty, and rejuvenation. Nestled in the heart of the Colombian mountains, this paradise blends breathtaking landscapes, healing thermal waters, and top tier service into an experience that feels like stepping into a dream. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and impeccable service that made me feel like a valued guest. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. Whether it was guiding me through the resort, recommending the best pools for relaxation, or simply greeting me with a smile, their dedication was unmatched. The thermal pools are the highlight of this oasis, offering a unique blend of warm, mineral rich waters that naturally relax the body and rejuvenate the soul. Surrounded by lush green mountains and the soothing sounds of waterfalls, every soak felt like a healing ritual. The contrast between the cool mountain air and the steaming pools created an invigorating sensation that left me feeling completely refreshed. Beyond the pools, Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal offers a complete sensory experience. The on site spa takes relaxation to the next level, with massages and treatments that melt away stress. The restaurant serves exquisite local cuisine, with fresh flavors that perfectly complement the natural surroundings. And for those who love adventure, there are hiking trails leading to stunning waterfalls, where nature reveals its most breathtaking wonders. What truly sets this place apart is the energy, there is something about the combination of the pristine environment, the healing waters, and the warm hospitality that makes this destination feel almost sacred. It is a place where stress disappears, the body is renewed, and the mind finds clarity. Termales Santa Rosa de Cabal is not just a getaway, it is an experience that stays with you long after you leave. Whether you are seeking relaxation, adventure, or a deep connection with nature, this place delivers it all. I left feeling recharged, inspired, and already planning my next visit.

Wow. A secret paradise of waterfalls and tranquility in the Colombian mountains. Amazing food and drinks as well as spa and outdoor experience. Stay an extra day to experience it all. Book Room 210 and experience a beautiful view and the peaceful sound of the waterfalls at night.

Incredible experience in this basically resort. You can order food, drinks, salads, cafés, crêpes, burgers, pizza...honestly anything you can imagine - at an expensive price - and be served anywhere you want. The pools are nice, clean and warm, and with a constant view of the massive falls where you can also go and bath in the "cold" waters.

It is definitely beautiful and relaxing to be there. I booked a massage and it’s not a deep massage but it’s relaxing enough. Then jump into the river/waterfall and finally got into the hot water pool. Some pools are more full than the others.

This hotel scams you if you don't bring your physical passport as an American and pretends they need to see your "passport stamp" as a way to charge you 19% more per guest when you arrive. I will be making sure that money is being paid to the proper department. They charged me $30 more for not having my passport with me. Avoid.

We didn't stay at the hotel we just went to Santa Rosa on a day trip from Manizales and it was awesome, the thermal baths are relaxing and the falling water and the place are beautiful, we had lunch at the town and never ate anything there but I heard some people complaining about the prices, the one day entry for foreign people is 75k COP, I think is cheaper if you book on their website, to arrive to the thermal baths you will need to take a cab for 30k COP or pay the Chiva or the long red truck (it looks like a long jeep old car), we took the truck on the way down and it was 5K, I don't know the frequency of the Chiva or the car they guy didn't told us.

Room with a generator next door making so much noise. And Ragaetton making it even worse, no rest possible. Will never go back.
