Terme di Saturnia Natural SPA & Golf Resort

Terme di saturnia is a hidden gem in the province of Grosseto. Not only for the hot spring that heals people, it is mostly the costumers experience that is incredible. From the moment you step into the Terme you are welcomed as family. They make you feel seen and heard and they really do all the effort to spoil you. In our case we had an outstanding costumer experience thanks to Anna Maria and Christiana. We stayed one week and it did not matter how many people were attending the terme, we always got a smile from them and the best service. We felt very lucky to have had this experience and we will absolutely be back soon. Thank you Anna Maria and Christiana for your outstanding service. ||Apart from the costumer experience, the tidyness and cleanliness is incredible too. Everywhere you look it is clean and tidy. The new towels are delivered every minute so nobody will miss out on clean towels. They work around the clock to give the guests what they need and always with a smile. ||We will be back very soon!! My group of six from the U.S. was staying nearby and had the good fortune to "Bathe under the stars" from 8:30 - 11:30pm during their special Friday evening event (seasonal). The hot springs were lovely and we enjoyed the live music from Il Bar as we were in the waters. It was not crowded, perhaps because it was late October, or maybe that is a typical Friday night - it made the experience very enjoyable. Unfortunately, a few hours before our reservation we received an email that the Sauna would be closed for the evening which was disappointing. We dined at the 1919 restaurant before bathing, which if we had to do over we would have opted for Il Bar instead. We just did not have enough time to dine and relax before the event started at 8:30 (our fault) and the food was ok - some dishes better than others.

We stayed here for a few days to rest between Rome and Florence. This place is great- hot springs pool is very relaxing, and variety of spa procedures available. You can schedule spa treatments the day before or even the day pf, no need to plan far ahead. Comfortable robes and slippers. Very polite hotel workers, always say hello. I would say spa reception workers and servers for dinner are less nice. Also, poor pressure in a shower and water is just warm (we stayed at junior suite). Also, no opportunity to open windows- so you breathe fresh air at night due to bug problem. Also, dinner starts very late ( at 7:30). Otherwise, i highly recommend this place for spa getaway.

Quite a disappointment. Rooms are really small considering the high price, shower luke warm with hardly any power. Be prepared to wait ages for a shuttle car going to the second restaurant. Location for golfers fabulous. Food was acceptable , in general there are so many beautiful places here I don’t think for the price this is worth it.

My husband and I have just returned home to USA after spending the summer months in Italy/France. Our most beautiful, relaxing and special memory is the time we spent in this lovely hotel. We were made feel special and welcome from the time we checked in until we checked out. Alession, in reception made us feel so welcome. Kudos to him. If you want relaxation, good food, spotless hotel, rejuvenation, rekindling romance, feeling special.... This is the place to go! Starting from the amazing breakfast. So delicious and what and outstanding service! There's this sort of fancy machine in the breakfast area that I was looking at it and Vasyl, realizing that I had no idea what it was, showed me how to make the most delicious, healthy fruity morning juice! This meant so much to me. I did not even had to ask, he politely asked me if I needed help in designing my healthy juice. THANK YOU VASYL, you made breakfast so special! I could just go on and on... describing special experiences... The natural pools: I have arithritis and the waters felt healing. Enjoy the waters. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere where everyone is allowed to walk around with the SPA white robes... after all this IS a SPA to come and relax.... The food was DELICIOUS, the service was OUTSTANDING... every detail is accounted for, Just a short drive from Rome to feel special! Kudos for RUGGIERO GIANNINO, the front office manager, always making sure that everything is perfect!

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. It was a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday. The food was pricey but delicious. They had a great spread for breakfast and we left every meal full and happy. We also had a couples massage that was wonderful. They really listened to our preferences and gave great massages (one deep tissue and one Swedish massage). 10/10 recommend coming here at least once. We hope to return!

The thermal baths of Saturnia are just incredible. The water itself is amazing, it really feels special. The staff is nice, but the service definitely needs improvement. After living in Dubai, you really start to notice these things I honestly think it would be great if they hired specialists to train the team, maybe even someone from the Emirates, because the approach to guests there is completely different One more thing I’d really like them to pay attention to is breakfast especially washing the vegetables properly And for anyone planning a massage Eleonora is a must!

We were so happy and excited to return to Saturnia! This hotel is truly one of the best places to stay when visiting the area. The rooms are spotless and modern, the thermal water is fantastic, and the staff is both friendly and professional. The food is excellent too — a perfect all-around experience.

A bucket list place! One of my favorite places to visit. You will need to park and walk in so bring water shoes. There are lockers and showers for your use. Such a beautiful and tranquil place.

If I lived there, I would be soaking in these waters at least once a week! Natural mineral springs, free parking, free access, what could be better!? And it wasn't overly crowded when we went either. I loved it and had a great time there.

Highly recommended for at least a full day or weekend--with time to also visit the natural thermal springs nearby, and the villages in Maremma. The Terme di Saturnia resort offers the thermal waters with spa facilities, treatments, and lodging. We arrived at Terme di Saturnia in the late afternoon and were greeted by resort rep. Monika--who provided a necessary tour and helped coordinate our first visit: the resort is large and includes several thermal pools, spa, wellness club, golf course, and dining areas -- as well as accommodation for guests at the resort. In addition, and N.B.: For those not staying at the hotel, there is a different entrance for the pools (with locker room and showers) -- not the main entrance for the hotel and the Club Benessere (wellness club) -- and it's a short drive away, but not easy to find on the first visit. (If staying more than a few hours, the Club Benessere option is most convenient.) We enjoyed soaking in the renowned Saturnia thermal waters, a spa treatment, and dinner at Acqualuce. Soaking in the water (especially the pool closest to the hotel reception and restaurant) was deeply relaxing; it must be noted that the smell of sulfur is very strong, but one does get used to it and it really felt wonderful and therapeutic. The food and drink (fresh juices at the bar/lounge after the pool & spa, and birthday dinner at the restaurant) -- were very good, and the service was excellent. They prepared a delicious meal from Chef Bocci's menu, and the Miatre d' and staff, and our server Lorenzo made the evening extra special and memorable.
