Terme di Merano is a true gem in this small city. It’s always a pleasure to return and spend some time in the lovely pools. However, this time the experience was less relaxing due to children and teenagers screaming and splashing about all day. The lifeguards do their best to keep the situation under control, but it doesn’t seem to be particularly effective.
Children, in particular, are allowed access to every pool, rather than being directed to the smaller ones more suited to them. I believe the management should implement stricter rules to ensure children only use the pools designated for them. This would significantly improve the experience for other guests, who would no longer have to endure constant shouting or being splashed.
Additionally, the outdoor pool at 37°C wasn’t accessible, as children were continuously diving into it and entering from all directions. This spoils the experience for adults who simply want to relax. I sincerely hope the management considers making some changes.
