What a place! ❤️ Our ski holiday in the Alps was already beautiful, but two visits to this place made it even better. The changing rooms and locker areas are spacious, comfortable, and very intuitive. I especially appreciated the better hair dryers — I have long hair, and those typical wall-mounted pool dryers are always a nightmare for me. The thermal area and pools are very good. But for my husband and me, the real highlight was the sauna area — it was a truly luxurious experience. :) Great sauna sessions, very discreet and professional staff, and the design of the place itself — wow. It was a real pleasure to spend time there. One small downside, though it doesn’t affect my overall rating, is the bistro in the pool area. The staff there were not very pleasant, and after 3 p.m. there was nothing left to eat. We came straight from the slopes and a simple sandwich wouldn’t have been enough. But that’s also partly our fault for not checking in advance whether there would be proper food available. Other than that — we are telling everyone about you. We’re truly impressed.

Came here on a rainy day. This place is very large with many pools that have different temperatures. There are area where you can lay indoor and sleep/rest. They do not provide towels and are additional to entrance fee. The rate was 18€ for 2 hours or 20€ for 3 hours. Each additional hour after the 2 hour mark is 10€.

Came on a Thursday afternoon for the saunas and had a great time. Aufguss taken very seriously, done in an outdoor sauna with music and lights, could be a bit cheesy so credit to the staff that it normally wasn’t. Bruno in particular was a great Saunameister, it was a pleasure to experience his work. The building itself snd the scenery also superb.

I had a wonderful time soaking here in November. We caught the sunset from the hot tub outside and it was an unforgettable experience. This was my first spa experience like this (I'm American and this isn't so common back home) and I really enjoyed it. Hoping to come back someday!

The rules prohibit reserving sun loungers, but in reality no one respects this rule and, above all, the staff do not enforce it. The result is that I didn't even have a chair to sit on for hours, while dozens of sun loungers were occupied by towels. I paid for my ticket like everyone else and I demand the same service.

The facilities are very good. I am setting 3 stars as it was extremely crowded. They should reduce the amount of people that are allowed to enter at the same time. I had the feeling that i had to get a shower, while i was in the swimming pools

We had a great time here (despite the surly ticket person ...who seemed annoyed by our questions as to how things worked such as whether we got to use the spa as part of our massage). My family had never been to a European spa and it's an excellent experience, especially the sauna!

Way overpriced!! Over the Christmas time they raised their already expensive prices into outrages levels. 21€ for 3 hours!! I'm shocked
