Terra Cotta

They don't allow returns. Store credit or exchanges only. No idea if they have signage up. If there was it wasn't predominant enough. I was looking at the lovely assortment of merchandise which is what they want you to do. I bought three items and needed to return one. They REALLY should cover this verbally with patrons at the register PRIOR to charging their credit card. I have been to the store before, and I brought my friends there because I told them how wonderful the merchandise was and I will never bring friends there again. Thankfully I live within driving distance of this store, but it really upsets me how terrible they are to their patrons. Holding your customers money hostage is an awful business model!

Adorable Savannah boutique with an eclectic array of clothing, hair accessories, jewelry, footwear, candles, cards and more. The price point is $$$ yet the clothing items are made of material that have longevity. Vibrant and colorful pieces for the spring & summer. I settled on a 2 piece casual item that would be great to be paired with a poncho/scarf/wrap. I would recommend this boutique for a casual outfit or pieces to accentuate or be styled with a full ensemble.

We stumbled upon this shop after brunch. Everything here is so nice! Like, very nice quality. And sooo cute. The associates were all very helpful. We came from out of town and I ended up accidentally leaving my purchase at a neighboring store. I had them walk my purchase over to Terra Cotta and they very quickly shipped it to me! Great customer service. Highly recommend a visit here!

Went into this store yesterday. The personnel were stoic and unfriendly. No customer service to ME even though they had other customers. Not an inviting feeling ar all.

The clothing is cute and the store was full of fun nick-nack items to look at. However, the worker stared at us like a hawk as if she thought we were going to steal something. It made my husband and I very uncomfortable. I was also looking at the price of top that was on the mannequin and she ran and got my size without me saying anything. The price was way out of my budget so I had to awkwardly put it back. I felt like she was pressuring us to buy it by grabbing it and handing it to me.

Terra cotta is my go-to boutique in Savannah. I'm greeted by name, I'm treated like royalty and the clothes are on fleek !! This shop carries some of my fave brands like Nic and Zoe, Three Dots, Skull Cashmere and Yala and great shoes like Mizz Mou. Hobo handbags, great accessories. The girls are Terra Cotta will style you right!!

True local owner with good taste. I make a point to visit this store every time I am in Savanah. The store owner, Christine selects some of my favorite clothing and accessories. I dragged my friends there last weekend and it was a favorite for all.

Love this place! Wandered in with my husband- they had an awesome couch for him to sit in while I browsed. Awesome brands that are beautifully curated. Plus a friendly halo full staff!! Such a fun find!

This is a darling womens boutique close to the touristy part of Savannah off of Ellis Square. I loved browsing their clothing, jewelry/accessories and especially those shoes- lots of fashionable items. They also had a section for infants/children as well as male customers. I loved that the brands they carry are one of a kind and not easily found in your major department store. And because of this, the pricing is a little higher which I expected. There were several sales associates milling around offering assistance but not pushy at all. I was amused by the "shop kitty" named Amelia that lives in the dressing room. She made a brief appearance before retreating back to sleep under the ottoman.

I ordered a fab pair of shoes during the pandemic from their IG account. The shoes were hand-delivered to my home on the same day I ordered them by the store owner. They were nearly wrapped and the package included a wonderful bar of soap and a few coupons for future shopping. Great experience and a perfect example of why it's so nice to shop local!

I have never seen such helpful staff anywhere ever. As soon as you have one thing in your hand they'll start a pile by the fitting rooms for you. They were constantly going around to see if anyone needed other sizes and explaining the sales. And when you are finally trying stuff on they are very nice about getting alternate sizes and colors. It was like everyone in the store was friends and were just hanging out shopping. The girls seemed just as excited as the customers when something fit perfectly. The store could actually use some more space... it was too packed to properly browse. I ended up with a new LBD, but had I been left here longer I could have found much more.

Hands down one of my favorite stores ever! I love to buy for myself here, but always love the selection of gifts too. And they gift wrap too! Terra Cotta beautifully offers diversity in style and purchases always make me feel a little bit prettier! Absolutely amazing staff too!

Adorable place! Boutique collection of super cute shoes, clothes, costume jewelry, and toiletries. Found some excellent bath items and was all over the Miz Moos shoes there. Pretty little shop and the staff were super attentive.

You really want to stop in when you are in town!They have funky tees, great dresses, soaps, soft shirts, righteous bath salts - no, I do not work there but if I did, I'd go broke. Check it out.

I heart this store. I wanted everything. This store is SO me....love at first sight....Lucky me, I randomly came across this boutique while travelling for business...I came out with a negative of at least $200 bucks, but I adore every single item I purchased ...The boutique has great lotions, soaps, candles, bath salts, body butters, clothes, shoes, purses, unique handmade jewlry....ahhhhhh I cant wait to order more stuff and visit again. YAY! Oh yeah...another worth mentioning aspect, the gals who work in the store...ultra sweet....true definition of Southern Hospitality.

Was once one of my favorite stores in all of the US to shop. The shop has doubled in size since my last visit, but the offerings are slim compared to past visits...perhaps I visited at an off time. I popped in with my mom and neither of us were acknowledged even though we were the only two patrons in the shop. It was a very awkward experience, and I was sad to leave empty handed. Maybe next time we're in the area.

Savannah is blessed with a ton of unique boutiques, but Terra Cotta is my very favorite. The clothes are gorgeous, but I would have a hard time putting together outfits by myself. So thankful for the enthusiastic and very helpful staff, especially Sarah! Aside from the clothes, they feature stylish (but very wearable) shoes from brands like Seychelles and Sacha London. The jewelry (i.e. Waxing Poetic) and other accessories are also special. One of my fav treats is beautifully made French hair clips and combs. Terra Cotta has great sales, so I'm hoping to get by before their Labor Day sale winds down! We still have a few months of hot weather, so a few more summer-y treasures would be welcome!

Outstanding customer service! This lovely boutique has everything. Unique clothing, shoes and accessories, and the sales staff goes above and beyond. Their suggestions are spot on and they'll help you put together an outfit that will make you feel like a million bucks! Found a wonderful cocktail dress, and the staff suggested shoes, a clutch and lovely necklace. Can't wait to go out to dinner! Thank you so much Ladies! I will definitely be back!

There is a lack of stores like this in Savannah! Cute hip clothes, great sales women, and a range of sizes. Vintage and ethnic inspired and classic urban and modern lines. A great find.

Terra Cotta is (Dare I say it?) possibly one of the best stores I've been into. The clothes there are fun and young, but spohisticated nonetheless, high quality, and unique. The staff there is top-notch, always suggesting new clothes that I never would have noticed otherwise, and they're always polite. By all means, shop here!

This is a great place for the ladies. They have a vintage yet modern feel with many accessories for women. There are plenty of fashionable options at this delightful hidden gem in the historic district of Savannah.

I am a recurring customer here for many reasons, but the two main ones are that A) They carry some of the best, most exquisite lesser known designers and lines and B) Their staff is the friendliest, most wonderful group of women you could ever hope to meet in this city. Hands down, this is my favorite boutique in all of Savannah.

Terra Cotta has the most beautiful selection of clothing, accessories, and footwear available in Savannah (and often elsewhere). Unfortunately, their price points are often very high (although for the majority of their high-quality and unique items, it's understandable). Everything here is so chic, sophisticated, and ladylike, which is precisely what I look for in my apparel. The salespeople are always polite and attentive. Terra Cotta is one of the many things that I miss about Savannah!!

My daughter and I were visiting Savannah and loved the assortment of clothing, but especially the shoes and handbags! I bought two pairs of shoes made in Turkey which I can not wait to wear! The sales ladies were super welcoming and helpful. I only wish we could order on-line!

If you only have time to check out one shop downtown make it Terra Cotta!! Not just because the selection is great and you will find more than you ever went looking for, but you'll find the personal attention beyond compare! Trust me, you'll go back for more no matter whether you live close or you have to make a trip back to Savannah. It's the best!!

whenever I'm shopping on Broughton Street or on my way to or from City Market, I stop in here. there's always something cute I can't leave without. an odd item of clothing or shoes, a baby gift, bath stuff, a card, a knick knack...friendly but not obnoxious help.

If I could give this store less stars I would. I was visiting Savannah and was looking for a present for my daughter. The sales clerk told me that you can only return items for store credit and then proceeded to pressure me to buy items that weren't even my daughter's size. If you love stores with high pressure sales people who won't leave you alone this is the store for you.

Beautiful store with beautiful things, I always stop in when I am in town. Last time I bought a pair of shoes here and within the first few wears a seam tore and they got ripped. Terra Cotta stood by the quality of their product and shipped me a new pair all the way to California with no questions asked and they were super friendly about it. They also have great sales. Highly recommend it!

Whenever I need to buy a gift for pretty much anyone, I make a beeline to Terra Cotta. Not only do they have the most unique and beautiful clothing, shoes, and accessories for all of the lovely women in my life, but they also have the most adorable selection of baby and kids stuff as well. There are even some great gifts for men as well. As for myself, I'd love to buy pretty much everything in the store, if only my husband would let me!

Terra Cotta might be my favorite store in Savannah. The selection is fantastic, the owner and employees are down-to-earth and very helpful, and the prices are very reasonable (great sales too!). I can always find something that fits my fancy whether I'm in the market for clothing, shoes, gifts, bath items, jewelry, baby gifts, or other accessories. If you're shopping on Broughton, be sure to stop by Terra Cotta!

This place is beautiful and has great items. The store is very well put together and Kara was a great help to us. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. My sister and I purchased some Jewelry, and my sister got a beautiful coat. I would recommend this boutique to anyone looking for well made clothes and other items.

I love this shop and it is a must-visit whenever I am in Savannah. It is like a better-curated, local Anthropologie, and the staff is nice and helpful. I always forget the name of this shop, so I thought writing a review would help me remember, while giving them a well-deserved little boost at the same time!
