I want to start by saying that I have probably NEVER eaten better pasta in my life, apart from pasta I was served in a no-name Italian village years ago!
This is a quaint little place, in a very small, well kept town and has a wonderful charm about it. I was in Mallorca for 7 days and went back twice, dreaming about more pasta. There is a set menu, as well as an off the menu specials list, that is patiently presented to you by the lovely staff. The burrata is exceptional. We ordered it both times. All the pasta dishes we tried in the two visits were delightful, but I would go as far as saying that the ravioli they served off menu with truffle is the best Italian I had. The cacio e pepe is a great pasta dish as well with the fun theatrical part of it being served to you from the little cheese wheel at the table.
There are also meat and risotto options that are very well prepared and delicious, but I would always go for the pasta. And of course, it wouldn’t be a complete Italian meal without a great tiramisu.
We were only two people, so both times we got seated without a reservation but do reserve a table if there is a bigger group of people coming, it is worth it!
I want to express my gratitude to the chef and his staff, thank you for feeding us so well! 🥰
