We were driving down the dark winding road and we saw a lit up sign like a beacon of hope to stop for the evening. We arrived late and weren't sure initially if the hotel was open due to being off season (August). We were received with kindness and warmth and were set up in a little beautiful cabin, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, we had a little wood burning furnace which added to the ambiance of the cabin. The stars outside at night were beautiful. The next morning the breakfast was delicious and the views were spectacular. My only regret is that we were unable to stay longer.

My wife and I stayed at Terra Luna Lodge in March 2025. Our 3-night stay was exceptional. We stayed in a stand-alone lodge which was very clean and comfortable. The views from the lodge were amazing! In late March, the temperatures get a little chilly at night (it was around 7°C (45°F) at night. We greatly appreciated the woodstove which was cleaned and filled ready for use each day. The lodge was a great location to explore the Lake General Carrera area with a visit to the Marble Caves, Valle Exploradores, the confluence of the Nef and Baker rivers, and a trek in the Tamango National Reserve. The onsite restaurant served a rotating menu and the food was delicious. A wonderful, pleasant surprise was the availability of same day laundry service. This was unexpected but greatly appreciated!! Thank you to the hotel and restaurant staff, you truly added to our adventure!|We highly recommend Terra Luna Lodge!

My family of 3 (2 adults and 1 teenager) stayed here for 4 nights in December 2024. Our room was Tiny House 1. The room was cozy and warm and the view of the lake was AMAZING. The shower was fine, with good hot water which is so needed after a cold, windy hike in Patagonia! The staff was friendly and helpful and the kitchen staff was absolutely excellent. The chefs went out of their way to accommodate the dietary needs and preferences of my whole family (one of us is vegetarian and cannot eat wheat). The delicious meals were truly a highlight of our stay. The restaurant is also lovely, with fantastic views of the lake at every meal. We also indulged ourselves with the use of one of the hotel's hot tubs, which was a unique experience because of the stunning view and the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the cold waters of the lake and then go back to the hot tub. The jet boat tour was great, too. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

We stayed here for three nights and what an adventurous time! We went for the pricier option and stayed in the beautiful cottage Campo hielo norte with an outstanding view over the lake general Carrera and the mountain range in the back - amazing sunsets included- the room was very spacious and quite hot when you returned but that was easily solved by opening the windows- big bathroom and a fridge- and a big window right in front of the bed to enjoy the view - dinner at the main lodge was super nice all of the three days - wonderful Pisco sour to start the evening - very friendly personnel! Best part is their collab with Patagonia jet who offer excursions directly from the lodge - we went on an unforgettable trip to the Glaciar Leones . Wonderful place - would absolutely stay there again!

What an absolute dream of a place- felt like home and the staff was absolutely incredible. I feel terrible for forgetting her name but the woman who checked us in/ helped us organize our stay was absolutely amazing and so friendly and accommodating. Truly loved every party of our stay here and couldn't recommend more ❤️

We ended up here by accident after a long drive. Such a wonderful, welcoming place. Our room was very comfortable, right on the lake. The restaurant was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. And the views! Spectacular lake with snow capped mountains in the distance. There were many more activities on site that we didn't have time to experience. Would highly recommend!

Vile, disgusting, dirty lodging. We were meant to stay two days, only lasted one night. Not fit for human habitation. Cabin old, falling apart, completely uncomfortable, minute. Stairwell a health/safety hazard, toilet non functioning, fridge shelves broken, front door too warped to close. No views of lake from our cabin. This is an honest review. Look at the photos. Hotel website misleading

What can we say? This place is exceptional. Run by Philippe and his team of Patagonian adventure evangelists Terraluna is quite simply unique. An adventurists paradise. Glaciers to see, lakes to swim in, a bar to relax in… what more could you want? The team looked after us and you can tell they just want to make sure you fully experience the area and enjoy yourself. If the outdoors is your thing then head here. Excursions designed to perfection and a bar, restaurant and fire to come back to. We’ll be back… its off the charts good.
