Did the bottomless brunch yesterday and omg amazing yummy kai. The best margaritas ever. Great service, kind staff, professional. Top tier cocktails! Love the space, sex and the city vibes hehe. Will definitely be back for another bottomless brunch.

I've been to a couple of events at Terrance kitchen. It is such a cool vibe and the staff are so lovely! The indoor/outdoor flow is perfect, the kai is yummy, and did I mention the staff are amazing! Highly recommend considering Terrance Kitchen for your next event.

Stopped here by chance - it is fantastic. Great food and coffee and a beautiful environment with an amazing children’s play area tucked off to one side with plenty of quiet spots for adults. Good to see local art on the walls. Friendly helpful staff. A must if you are looking for a great breakfast/lunch in Rotorua. Noticed it is a bar in the evening - wish we had known yesterday.

I had brunch here and it was excellent. The interior design, food, atmosphere, staffs..everything is very satisfying. The weather wasn't great but I will definitely be here for sunny day again. The portion of the food was just right maybe a bit a lot for me. It would be better if you eat them when it's served. Waffle was great but I ate it a bit late so it was a bit cooler. Still I like the sauce and dressing. Good place for brunch =)

Great services and atmosphere, both indoor and outdoor. Both chicken salad and vegan skillets had great flavours. The fried chicken tasted crispy and fresh, wasn't greasy at all; the beans in the vegan skillets added extra texture to the dish. Definitely coming back another time!

Absolutely loved the vibe at this cafe/restaurant. Clean, sophisticated, beautiful outdoor area... the staff were friendly and attentive. The food DELICIOUS! A good mix of vegetarian options and great brunch lineup. This was my second visit and I was just as satisfied as the first. Highly recommend this if you have a day or two in Rotorua 😊 The mushroom bruschetta (with GF bread) and Eggs Benni were $22 each just to give you an idea of price. 🤑

The food and service were excellent. All our dishes were delicious and well prepared. The server was extremely attentive throughout our dinner. Highly recommend.

We just had a wonderful meal there. We had a nice outdoor seating. The pan fried skate wing was outdtanding. Also excellent was the beet salad garnished with local wildlife flowers. The strawberry Brulee was delicious. The service was good. Food did not take long to come to our table. The outdoor seating was by a backyard where children can play, adding a real feeling of family or community.

Was excited to eat here from the Reviews. Walked over & DISCOVERED....This is an Event Only Venue now! I wish that they had updated their page.

We stopped in here for a quick lunch after tramping around on White Island (volcano). This place serves healthy, fresh good for-you food free of guilt. They've got a nice location with open air seating in back and a friendly helpful staff. It seemed quite popular with locals and families and there are a bunch of towns and a big chalk wall in the back for kids. There were even a couple of small bikes and a wooden play house. Food-wise we ordered The bruschetta and decided to share the "burger" (which ended up being a steak sandwich with aioli and picked beets) along with fries. The food was very unusual and not the type of food I normally favor. Clearly people like what they are doing, judging by the busy lunch crowd just not for me.

We popped in for a quick G&T after a long drive with the kids. Ended up staying 2 hours and trying a bunch of tasty treats. This place is a true oasis in the desert for weary parents. The staff are kind and patient with all the patrons regardless of their appalling manners (my 3year old).

Excellent food and service. Yard out back great for kids. Excellent hot chocolate with housemade marshmallows and meringue is a special treat. What a fabulous find!

We looked at the yelp reviews to choose this restaurant and were not disappointed. The staff were super friendly, allowing our kids to sit and watch their moktails and food being prepared at the bar opposite the open kitchen. The children's food was fresh, well presented and "yummy" (says my ten year old son). The main menu fish and beef were extremely tasty and well presented. Great outdoor terrace with a view of the lake. Very highly recommended.

When I go to a restaurant, the biggest thing I am looking at is quality of food; the place itself was very aesthetically appealing and wait staff was polite and attentive. Me and my friends all tried the dinner "burger." To be fair, the waiter warned us the burger was not what we were used to, as the buns were steam fried and the meat was thin slices of beef - so I commend the waiter for the fair warning. The dish however, did disappoint, for all three of us. My friend's meat was very difficult to fully chew, and the steamed buns themselves did not work well with the dish. The flavors did not seem to work well together, and all of the ingredients combined were strange and seemingly incompatible. Maybe it's just not my cup of tea, but this was just my personal experience with this specific dish.

Staff was really friendly and food was good. Cheese board is really good. Nice bar upstairs.

Very accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. Came on a sunny day and the patio was open - great views. The food was filling, if a bit pricey. We had cocktails with brunch that were worth the price. Would recommend.

The food is outstanding I recommend the "mother" plate, the services is above and beyond definitely will be eating here everyday while in NZ

Simply awesome. Came here yesterday with some friends for lunch and very impressed with the menu and quality of the food served. Back again to treat the kids to lunch as a reward. Kids loved the lunch combos. We will certainly be coming back again. Keep up the great work, well done.

Went here for our 1 year anniversary, was a pleasant night, food was delicious but very restricted ! Small menu. Would like to see more variety to be honest. All in all a pleasant experience would return!

This place was very good. We sat outside and it was lovely. They even bring blankets around for you if you get chilled. The mango salad was so light and tasty. The yellowfin was good. Small portions but very well done. We enjoyed it!

Best place to come for breakfast in Rotorua. Pork-belly eggs Benedict is something special. Lots of care and originality put into the flavor combinations. Smokiness is next to Godliness... Great ambience either indoor or out, and a good location near Eat St. Staff were excellent and coffee is good.

Had the Mother's Breakfast. Poached egg was poached rock hard. If something destroys an egg dish it would poorly executed poached eggs. Sausage was cooked well. Bacon was over cooked with a bit of a burned taste. Balsamic mushrooms lacked flavour. Rösti was soggy with oil. Overall the concept of the dish is good but the execution was not the best. Disappointing because the motel recommended them.

This was the worst meal I have ever had and completely overpriced. We had the fish which was cold and tasteless and the sirloin which was like eating leather.
