Terrace Restaurant

Service was spectacular! Food was very good. Their fried zucchini appetizer was stunningly excellent. They make french fries with a truffle oil that are the best I've ever had, anywhere. The only problem was my friends meal arrived cold which was quickly taken care of. I highly recommend.

Very good food and drinks, nice room and wonderful terrace with spectacular views. 2 complaints..... very slow service and the surf and turf / filet mignon with lobster was about a 6 Oz. steak at the most and if there was more than 3 oz. of lobster I'd be surprized. $95 for that dish alone. A rip. Very nice, appropriate, inoffensive live guitarist in the dining room, pianist in the bar. I'd go back but would skip the special for fear of being taken again. As to the service, I guess I'll just go with the flow because the environment is really nice.

The recent opening of Terrance Restaurant will now be my go to place for their burgers & the best Truffle Fry's in Irvine. The Service is outstanding. Dining on thier Terrace is a treat. You can watch the golfers and enjoy the Cool back Bay breeze. The Terrace is on the Irvine Rancho San Joaquin golf course and is their public clubhouse. It's a very cozy and classy public pub and restaurant.

Terrace restaurant and bar is extremely beautiful and in the style of old Hollywood including the music. We always get a nice seat by the bar without a problem. Last week we had the privilege of having Kris as our waitress - she's kind, funny and made our night better with her upbeat attitude! Sometimes a waiter/waitress and I understand on the flip side a customer can make or break your night but we have been fortunate to always get great service with good energy.

Best shrimp cocktail I've ever had. Jumbo, meaty, amazing & fresh. Great cocktail sauce too. Not overly laden with horseradish, although I love it that way too! Perfect Moscow mule. Freshly popped bottle of Prosecco, very effervescent. My husband enjoyed his turkey wrap & it did seem to fill him up. Shocking, honestly. That man can eat. They served it with fries and single serve mustard, catsup, mayonnaise etc. charming. This place oozes Art Deco Hollywood. We sat on the terrace of the restaurant, not the interior and enjoyed a gorgeous LA day. They certainly don't skimp on quality ingredients and the staff were very attentive which I appreciated. Professional, cleaning the bread crumbs... love that. If you're the type that notices the signs of an older building, you'll find them here. And again we didn't eat indoors but I'd imagine it's a much different experience with the heavy woods & the thick air. It's similar to the Roosevelt in that way. Regardless I had a lot of fun trying this location & enjoying a reminiscent type meal imaging the old glam of Hollywood.

This Saturday night My husband and I and two other couple had dinner at this restaurant. I give this place very low rating . The server charged us twice for the same bill.The server which her name was Katelyn also charged us twice for service charge. Glad we caught her mistake there. Food wasn't that great . We ordered desert and the cake was so so small that we laughed about it. Definitely we will to go back there and will not recommend that place.
