We go away regularly as a family and always have a last cheapy at the end of the season as we run a cleaning business and are just ready for the rest after the summer . Yes this isn’t 5* cosmetically but on everything else it is. The staff from reception to cleaning couldn’t do enough to help you. The entertainment was fabulous. Food fabulous. Public areas were always clean and the rooms were clean enough. There were a couple of bits that could have been cleaner but nothing at all that spoiled anything. We always try for a late check out which usually is near on impossible or a ridiculous price but for €50 we had the room a whole extra day and were able to book this a couple of days in advance . Honestly can’t recommend terralta apartments enough! We like to try new places but will definitely return here in a couple of years. The best part for us was the pool as we have a 4 year old water mad child and they could just play all day as they could just walk into very shallow water and there was like a step about 2 foot wide the whole was around the pool to make it extremely safe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s alright. The apartments are a good size, the beds are rock hard, but the showers are fabulous, plenty of very hot water. I didn’t like the fact the pool didn’t open until 10am, as I like an early morning swim and closed at 6pm. The pool area is a good size and because there’s no high rises nearby, you get the sun late. The little on-site shop only opens 9am-3pm and the cafe opens at 11am-3pm. The breakfast from 8-10-30 am is half decent and the evening restaurant(€16pp) was surprisingly good, hot and a good choice. |It’s a good 10-15 min walk down hill to the beach and unless you’re fit, a taxi back(€7-15). |One thing that did annoy me was, we booked when UK schools were back, but loads of kids there.|Overall, ok, the staff could learn to smile. At the end of the day, they are in the service industry.

We are just leaving here after a fantastic 5 day stay! We booked last minute as bed and breakfast and for what we paid it has been exceptional!|Location: the transfer took us 1 hour 10 minutes from Alicante airport, however this included 3 stops before us. The hotel itself is on top of a hill, but coming from Yorkshire this didn’t bother us one bit. It’s a good 15/20 minute walk down onto the sea front and a taxi from the same place is only €6. A walk into the old town itself is about 25 minutes from the hotel and then off to the strip about a 35 minute walk. Poniente beach is just at the bottom of the hotel although we didn’t visit, it looked clean and tidy. |Staff: all the staff are friendly and helpful, the cleaning and maintenance staff greeted us every morning with a smile and the bar staff and evening entertainers were brilliant.|Cleanliness: honestly a solid 10/10! The pool area is clean and well maintained, all of the inside areas are the same and the room we had (4106) was basic but immaculately clean! The housekeeping team come every other day and change beds/towels and clean and mop! We couldn’t fault anything! The rooms have a well equipped kitchenette with crockery cutlery and even a cork screw!! The beds are comfy and we had spare blankets and pillows in the wardrobe which was fantastic as we arrived very late and didn’t want to pester anyone at that time! |Food: we were staying with breakfast included and again we couldn’t fault a thing! Breakfast was repetitive, with the same selection each day, but there was definitely something for everyone! We paid to eat in the restaurant one evening and at €16 for a buffet meal with beer or wine included, you definitely can’t go wrong! All the food was fresh and well prepared, and we didn’t see one single fly in that dining area (which is extremely rare in Spain!).|Overall we had a brilliant time and will be back next year! Let’s hope we get as lucky with the weather as we did this time! Thank you all at Terralta!

Just returned after 11 brilliant days and nights at The Terralta apartments. This was our 4th visit back to these apartments and they lived up to previous expectations. These apartments overall are easily a 3* plus and good value for money. The location is up a steep hill, about 15 minutes walk to the levante beach and 25 minutes to the old town. We don't mind walking up and down the hill but wouldn't be suitable if you have walking difficulties. However, Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced and saw lots of people using them. |The apartment complex is ideal for couples, friends and families who prefer to be a little out of the town during the day. With a great pool, comfy sunbeds and laid back scene. The evening entertainment was ok. Theres a mini discos, karaoke, quizes and outside visiting entertainment such as tributes and a reptile show. Its good enough if you just want to relax with a few drinks in between nights out on the strip. |The reception team are great and couldn't do enough for you everything we asked they accomodated. The apartments are spacious with large balconies. We was lucky enough to have a pool view which we loved. The apartments are well equipped but could do with updating and painting out. Shower is powerful and plenty of hot water. Bed was harder than at home but totally fine. Lovely blackout curtains and air-conditioning so comfortable enough. We found the location excellent for getting about. 15 minutes taxi ride to the old town. Food on site was nice. We didn't try half board only the bar food but people seemed to be happy with it. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend it if you want to try benidorm without being in it all the time. It's a perfect oasis we will be going back to Terralta again soon

Lovely hotel, pools are amazing and everything is very clean! Staff were helpful and always nice as well ☺️ However, we went when it was a bit quieter so I think we missed out on a few things like the gym or rooftop terrace being open which is a shame. Also the food options for vegetarians is not great, very limited unless you really love chips. I also find it a little annoying that in the self catering rooms they do not provide washing up liquid and a sponge. Instead you have to buy it from the mini mart which feels a little scammy

A little Gem, great customer service, excellent restaurant, pool is amazing, lots of fun. Would definitely stay again. It’s quite out of (old) town, at the top of a hill, but mobility scooters can easily be hired from Reception. A very professional well run place

10 night stay with the wife and 2 daughters. Room was clean, air con worked well, spacious. Hotel pool was fantastic, plenty of sun loungers. Hotel is immaculate, grounds keeping is on point. We had B&B, breakfast was full English buffet, with a great continental selection. Staff friendly and helpful, especially after one of the girls had to pay a visit to the doctors.

We stayed for a week half board plus and had a good holiday but wouldn't return. Good budget base to explore Benidorm. ||Pros|☆ Shower was lovely and one of the best we've had when abroad.|☆ Pool is great. Foam parties and inflatables were enjoyable. |☆ Breakfast was nice although repetitive (as all hotel breakies are) |☆ Paid for meals at lunch time were lovely. We ordered a chicken kebab, 2 x caesar salads and a Terralta hotdog on our last day and were lovely. |☆ We liked the quiet location out of the main resort. |☆ Reception rang taxis when requested. |☆ Luggage room was secure and great to leave suitcases after check out on last day.||Cons|☆ Air con was like a pneumatic drill - so SO loud and was hard to sleep with it on. Not good when its 30° inside. |☆ Stayed a week and bedding WAS NOT changed fully once even though we asked cleaner then reception twice. Not good in summer when hot. |☆ Not enough bedding or towels on arrival at 3am. Booked for 4 and only enough for 3 people. |☆ Beds were rock solid and pillows thin so useless and uncomfortable. |☆ Decor rough. Door handles wonky, kitchen doors wouldnt close. |☆ No info given on check in. |☆ 10am check out is a lot earlier than other places we've visited. |☆ Evening meal choice wasn't really great on a few evenings so ate out.
