Terralta Apartments

Excellent value for money accomodation with impressive range of facilities. Spacious,well appointed apartment. We enjoyed a few indoor pool swims and the games room. Didn't use the restaurant or bar as my 9 year old nephew was happy playing boardgames in the apartment or on suntrap balcony. Wonderfully quiet location being away from Benidorm centre. We enjoyed walking exploring different routes. Very handy for the tram station which we used to visit Altea and friends near La'olla. My nephew was delighted to find Benidorm FC ground was close by, we watched a youths' game one evening. All the staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. We had a great week, I'd definitely stay again.

We traveled over to Benidorm to watch the CycloCross World Cup and booked this hotel due to how close it was to the race. The hotel was excellent value and pretty quite due to the time of the year. We stayed on a B&B rate, there was a good selection of food. We booked two rooms, a single and a twin. Both came with small kitchens and the rooms were very spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived late morning and the rooms were ready and they organised late checkout as we had late flights. Lots of cyclists including some amateur teams stayed at the hotel, there was no issue with keeping bikes in the room. As described by others, it is a 10-15minite walk into the old town - downhill. Though a taxi back cost approx €8. We plan to stay there again next we are in Benidorm.

Quiet location, a 15min walk to old town and beach, down hill definitely need a taxi back for 5 to 7 euros. Large apartment very clean and well equipped. Excellent shower plenty of hot water. Mini shop on site ideal for basics. Lovely pool area. Bar staff and cleaning ladies are friendly. Entertainment comfortable. Restaurant good. Great place for a relaxing break.

I was genuinely surprised. The brochures don't do the place justice. For me it had everything I needed. The fully fitted kitchen was a bonus especially for a late night snack. It is absolutely spotless and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I needed help finding bus stops and one of the reception staff printed me off a map and sent me in the right direction. The main town is a 10 minute walk downhill and a 15 minute walk uphill! All in all i would recommend the Terralta and i will definitely be coming back.

We stayed in Terralta as a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 teenagers 13 & 16) in early July of this year. I couldn't fault it as a family holiday destination. The staff were so very friendly & helpful, especially reception staff who were fantastic at giving advice, recommendations, booking tour tickets/ taxis etc. Our 1 bedroomed pool view apartment was spotless & cleaned very regularly. It's a family friendly hotel which quietened down by about 11/11:30pm at night which was perfect as it ensured a peaceful night's sleep. We opted for the half board option which offered a very good selection, even for our fussy teen. Each staff member we met during our stay worked hard & always went out of their way to help. The pool area was really lovely with plenty of loungers & a well sized shaded canopy area for those of us who like a little less sun. On site pool classes & evening entertainment kept the fun atmosphere going. There is a little shop on site for some treats & basics, a good on site day time snack bar for nice lunch salads & other items, plus a laundry room with great washers/dryers for a mid holiday wash if needed. It's not too far a walk to the old town which has a lovely atmosphere & some lovely places for a spot of lunch or dinner. Again, the beach isn't too far a walk either from Terralta. All in all, Terralta was a great find for us & we're really looking forward to returning again in 2026.

Great hotel and facilities for a budget holiday. My grown up son and I spent 5 nights at this resort for a quick break. Apartment was clean. Indoor pool and gym were superb. Was a bit cold for outdoor swimming. Staff were exceptional from start to finish. Travel agent messed up our booking, which is not hotels fault. 100% for hotel.

First visited these apartments 20 years ago and they were fab then. They still are now! The staff are so welcoming, friendly and good fun. Our room was huge with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. |The apartments are up a steepish hill but you get the benefits of peace and quiet plus it’s a short taxi ride from the old or new town. They offer a lovely looking buffet breakfast for €8/pp and buffet dinner for €16/pp. Well worth the money for the choice of delicious food. Beer, wine & soft drinks included too with dinner, we dined there twice.|Would we return? Yes…in a heart beat

Stayed here for a week from the 20th November and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Staff were great from reception to the cleaning and maintenance . Indoor heated pool was lovely. One thing to put on your Holiday list is that it is on a steepish hill and it will be a Taxi back from Levante or Poniente beaches. This is the fourth time we have stayed and will be back if we see a deal in the future.
