Google
Pros:|Terramore is a very nice property with beautiful tents and lodge in an ideal wooded setting. We loved that the tents faced the woods rather than paths or other tents. The continental breakfast was small but perfect, offering fresh and healthy options like coffee, tea, bagels, croissants, muffins, oatmeal with fruits, and Greek yogurt.||The tents themselves were excellent—upscale towels, bedding, and accessories, with plenty of space for all our belongings. The portable cooler was a great touch, and free ice was available in the lodge. While we didn’t have time for a fire (and there was a fire ban for most of our stay), firewood, matches, and firestarter were available, along with drip coffee and teas. The tents also had two heaters in case of cold weather. The lodge provided binoculars, walking sticks, and a telescope for stargazing, which we appreciated.||Cons:|Parking is very limited, and the lot is not close to all tents. Using carts helped, but it was challenging to navigate after dark without knowing the exact locations. Housekeeping requests via QR code were slow; we requested additional towels and other items around 2 pm but did not receive them until the next day.||On our first night, we experienced a frustrating dinner situation. Despite the kitchen being open until 9 pm, we were rushed to order after arriving at 8:25 pm. Two of our items arrived promptly, but the burger never did. While the manager graciously made the burger herself and offered a refund, we never received it.||Overall:|Terramore Glamping is a beautiful and unique experience, but the limited amenities and service hiccups make it less ideal for those seeking a more seamless stay. It’s worth experiencing once, but we would likely opt for a property with full amenities in the future.

Google
WOW cannot say enough good about Terramor. We randomly came across it on Expedia and it was a HUGE part of why we loved our trip to Acadia. It's so close to the park - about 10-15 minutes from the park entrance, the food at the restaurant was so delicious, the included breakfast was really good for a not hot cooked food breakfast. And the tents are so fun! Ours had its own fire pit and they provide wood and matches, and the tents are so so cool! They're beautiful and the perfect way to feel like you're camping but having everything you need. We flew to Maine so had zero camping supplies and lacked for nothing. Terramor has thought of everything, we were continually impressed. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub which was open while we were there. The staff was kind and helpful, the property and lodge is so beautiful, and overall we just absolutely loved it!

Google
Absolutely charming spot. Tents are very comfortable with plenty of space, cozy linens, and warm water/electricity. Very kid friendly but also great for a couples getaway as well. The property has a pool, many well-kept grill spots, and a communal area with fire pits and lawn games. Plenty of parking and they don’t allow you to drive up to your tent, which I appreciated to keep the noise/disruptions low. The lodge has a restaurant, full bar, and lots of games….a cozy, ski lodge vibe. Very close to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor for day trips. We spent four days and loved it here!

Google
We did a lot of research to find the ideal location in Bar Harbor to introduce our grandsons to Acadia National Park. Terramor did not disappoint.|Although staffing shortages were apparent, the staff and management went over and above to resolve any issues that arose.|Location is ideal for visiting Acadia and Bar Harbor, all of which were within a 20 minute drive. Although uncontrollable, the nightly road noise is an issue but seemed to quiet down significantly after 10 pm.|The resort was loaded with things to do. Swimming in the beautiful pool and hot tub, yard games, private and community fire pits, and the Lodge offered tons of games for family fun nights! Extras like The Private Bee Keeping Experience with Omar, the soothing personal massage at the Wellness tent and The Private Lobster Boil with Richard were well worth the added cost and were memorable experiences for the kids and adults alike. The dark night skies were a huge bonus during the Persiad Meteor Showers, just WOW!|The tents were immaculate and the outdoor showers offered in the Moosewood tents were truly refreshing after a hot day of touring. Although there was no A/C (which is typical for 90% of Maine accommodations) the tents were equipped with heated beds, ceiling fans and personal heaters for those chilly Maine nights. You truly felt immersed with nature, hearing the howls of coyotes, hoots of owls and calls of morning crows while lying in the comfort of your cozy bed. Inclusions worth mentioning; Cozy Robes, Room Safes, Free firewood, free ice, cooler, Free pour over coffee, Free luxurious soaps, shampoos and lotions.|Bugs were non existent during our stay. One out of our six party complained of bites but there was zero evidence of mosquitos? So I’m saddened to hear that one of our “guests” had such a miserable experience.|Noted recommendations to Terramor, please find a way to return the “Bagged lunches”! These would have been a huge benefit during our National Park days. We lost a lot of precious time seeking places for lunch. Additionally, the ceiling fans are either connected to other tent remotes or they have a mind of their own 😝. They repeatedly were turned on, off, up, down on their own.||Definitely a place I will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks to staff and management for such a memorable experience for us and our grandchildren. ❤️

Google
Terramor is next-level glamping perfection! The tent was spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed — total luxury in the middle of nature. The amenities were amazing (way beyond your average camping setup) — we had everything we needed and then some! Evenings by the campfire with s’mores, live music, and the most welcoming vibes made every night feel special. The staff were so friendly and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The property itself is adorable — perfectly tucked into the woods but still close to everything. And the on-site restaurant and bar? 10/10! Delicious food, creative cocktails, and the best atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring. If you’re looking for a peaceful, stylish, and unforgettable escape — Terramor Resort is the place. I already can’t wait to go back!

We were a group of 10- staying in three different cabins and we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The tents are phenomenal. There is not a detail left overlooked as they truly made EVERYTHING perfect. The mattress is so comfortable and heated for the cool nights. The linens are phenomenal- and robes so soft. Definitely get the cabin with outside shower! Coffee is delicious and the dinner at the resort is wonderful. |We will definitely be returning as this is a 5 star experience. |Thank you for making our experience so wonderful

Google
We stayed in Terramor outdoor Resort during our Acadia National Park trip. We wanted to try Glamping experience and this one was beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay at Terramor. They really made the camping experience to next level with luxury amenities. This place is well maintained and service is top notch. They are providing delicious breakfast before you head to the trail and camping tent has pour over coffee to head start your day. It’s nice relaxing stay with nature and rejuvenating. This place is kids friendly. I would highly recommend to stay here if you are visiting Acadia or Bar harbor.

Google
Went to Terramor as a couple in early October and had a great time! The location was easily accessible and a short drive from trailheads in Acadia and the downtown Bar Harbor area. We ate dinner in the lodge one night and had a great time with two of the bartenders - TJ and Connor. The food and drinks were delicious, too! You can hear traffic and other guests at times, which did not bother us. I’d go back!

Yelp
Terramor was a uniquely wonderful experience. My friends and I rented two Birch tents for four nights. We should have touched base with the office beforehand and requested to be closer in proximity to each other, but we were informed that AI assigns the tents for the best, spread out experience. No worries, it's fairly well lit and you can bring your lights at night to walk around. Check in was simple. We were given a ton of information by everyone at the front desk. The tents are very large with electricity and hot water. The bathroom is very large with a double vanity. There are space heaters and blankets, t though it definitely was quite chilly our last night. There is a free breakfast, or you can pay for some upgraded items. If you're heading out early any day, you can grab items for the next day. All staff members were knowledgeable and friendly. We started lots of conversations and were directed many places we had not intended to go. We grabbed some dinner at their restaurant, and it was delicious! Everyone was satisfied! I have medication which has to be refrigerated, and we were provided with a dorm-size fridge at no extra expense. They came and set it up while we were at dinner. I never felt like my items were unsafe, even though there was no lock on the tents. We indulged in the hot tub one afternoon and took a polar plunge! There are a limited number of day packs to borrow, walking sticks, free firewood and fire starters, and just about anything you need. Our friend's luggage was delayed about 6 hours, and once it arrived at the desk, they carted it over to their tent for them. I really didn't know what to think when we booked this, but now that we are back home, and I am so grateful for this experience! Thank you!

Yelp
We spent 4 nights glamping here ..took a little getting use to but we loved it..our two adult children slept in the bunk beds ..the heaters worked great as the temps did drop , we were there the last week of September ..close to Arcadia National Park ..a must sunrise on Cadillac Mt..back to Terramor for a very nice breakfast.

Yelp
We loved our stay at Terramor! We stayed three nights in a tent with our kids, and our oldest was particularly sad when we had to check out; it was just a lot of fun! The weather was great two of our three nights, and when it rained, there were no tent leaks. We enjoyed glamping including eating hot meals at the lodge and taking showers in our private bathroom in our tent. It's nice a close to Acadia, and when the kids were tired from national park exploring, we came back to our private fire pit to make smores and play in the lodge rec yard. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Yelp
If I could give 1000 stars, I would! Our entire experience here was amazing. We WILL be back. The lodge and food were all great: Board games, books, fireplace, indoor and outdoor seating. Beautiful swimming pool and hot tub. The resort provides matches, fire starters, firewood, umbrellas, wonderful toiletries and linens. They've literally thought of everything. One of the best places I've ever stayed (and I've stayed at the Bellagio presidential suite!!)

Yelp
This was a wonderful glamping spot. They have a first rate clubhouse with a great bar and restaurant, pool, hot-tub, and massages are available. If you want to BBQ you can get a prepared BBQ meal to cook up yourself. The bee hives and class is a cool event. Minutes from Bar Harbour and Acadia NP. There are guided hikes and tours available. All the staff were super helpful. Carol, Omar, Spencer, PJ, Emily and so many others. You can get a tent with showers and bath inside or a tent and walk to the bath house. Remember it is a tent not a hotel so if looking for a hotel, wrong place. They have provided many first class items with a rugged flair. Fire wood and Ice for the cooler was provided. We had a fire every night and enjoyed the smores. This is a kid friendly spot. We were on our honeymoon and loved it and can't wait to come back. P.S. I don't understand some of the negative reviews. This is a tent and glamping spot. There are some things you will not get. If you want a hotel you should get one of those. However, the comments about cleanliness seem to have be resolved everything was spotless. Life is short, don't let things ruin the moment roll with it. The world is not perfect and people do their best. You can still have a laugh and great fun.

Yelp
I can't say enough about this place!! The staff, the accommodations, tasty food and drink--on top of all that, located on Mount Desert Island just outside of Acadia National Park! The luxury tents are well spaced out so you really do feel like your camping--but instead sleeping in an incredibly comfortable bed with a big shower, with all the amenities. There is even an outdoor pool and hot tub! Josh, the general manager was incredibly kind and helpful, as was Nick who helped us at the front desk. If you're looking for the best place to stay in Bar Harbor, look no further. Absolutely awesome experience and will be going back.

Yelp
This is one of the most enchanting ways to experience Acadia. This resort offers the best of both worlds - all the comfort and amenities of the modern life plus the rustic charm of Maine. The main lodge where is simply stunning. With its high ceilings, open spaces to outdoors, and warm lighting, it felt inviting upon our arrival. Every morning, scrumptious breakfast is served. We stayed here during the 4th of July week and there were activities every night. We loved the live music, and the rotating dinner menu. Our tent was perfectly designed for all of us to sleep comfortably. Nights do get chilly here even in the middle of summer, and warm blankets were provided. The pool was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of hiking or biking. The staff is attentive and responsive. Glamping is certainly a step above camping, but this place is a vibe.

Yelp
What a beautiful resort. The tent was huge, pour over coffee, kettle, tea, ceiling fans, the next to last day they added a lovely outdoor shower to our tent. Included breakfast was oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, multiple muffins, bagels, toast, coffee, tea. There is an espresso bar with lattes $4. Fire pits at each site with free fire wood. You can also check out trekking poles, binoculars, back packs, telescopes and more from front desk. The lodge serves dinner and has a bar. There are also tons of board games, books and more. My only complaint is the heater is very tiny and only heats about 6" in front of it. The first night it got to 48 degrees and the other room the sleepers were pretty cold. They do have some heavy wool blankets. Otherwise I love this place. There are 4 parking lots with wagons at each to bring your stuff to your tents. It's nice so no cars are around the te

Yelp
Terramor is one of our favorite places in the whole world. I'm shocked that anyone would leave less than a 5 star review. It reminds me of the summers I spent at Camp Natarswi as a young girl, but even better. The tents are amazing- with comfortable beds, tiled showers and a private bath right in your tent, you are glamping with all the comforts. The Bayberry is our favorite tent, which comes with a covered porch, campfire and comfy chairs. We love Terramor because they think of every little detail you could need to glamp and then INCLUDE it. Cute wagons to carry your luggage, free firewood, fire starters, matches, lanterns, pour-over coffee in your room, extra blankets, coolers with access to free ice in the lodge, continental breakfast, maps, gear rentals, corn hole.... you can show up here completely unprepared and have everything you need! The pool is beautiful and heated along with the spacious hot tub. There are gas grills and pavilions to host your cookout. There is even a dog park if you want to bring your furry friend. The lodge has pizza, cocktails, games (with all the pieces LOL) and books available to borrow. Lastly, the staff are amazing and can help make your experience the best ever. We will continue to visit Terramor every year for years to come- one of our favorite summer traditions that we talk about all year long!

Matthew D.

Yelp
This place is beautiful and relaxing. And the accommodation are nice. That is why i gave it a 2 star. But the attention to detail and service need to improve tremendously if the rate charged meets the expectations. First issue is cleanliness at the tent. While I believe this is a one off issue, it did happen, the sheets to one bed had blood. We did complain and this was resolved quickly. Still this is our first impressions. The floors are very dirty. Yes, it is a tent, but you cannot consider taking off shoes. Needs to be broomed better by staff. They offer coffee in tent but provide no water. I would assume a small water bottle or container or something. Don't even think of using water from bathroom area. While trying to enjoy a coffee at lodge, the staff finished their cups by the fire with nice conversation. I would think they would make room for the customers but.... This can easily be fixed with better staffing and execution.

Yelp
Overall, I feel like the Terramor was exactly as advertised. I knew it was upscale camping but in some ways we would still be "roughing it" to make it somewhat authentic. We stayed in the Birch tent which is made for 5 people. Would only recommend this for a family. 2 couples may be strange staying there as the couples staying in the room with bunk beds would need to walk past the bed of those sharing the king. Some areas for improvement: - lighting is pretty weak. There needs to be much stronger light in the main bedroom. Had difficulties seeing what was in my luggage even in the day - needs a hook for towels after you shower - needs designated parking spot(s) per tent. Our tent was in the very back of the place and every night we couldn't find parking in the last lot closest to us due to people have friends over. Would be nice to have a guaranteed space right here -the nights are definitely chilly. Stayed here at end of September and the space heater helps to keep warm the one side of the bed it's near, but it's not enough to heat up the entire tent. Would suggest a heated blanket instead -they should give you enough coffee to cover you for all the nights of your stay. They aren't coming in to replenish/clean due to covid so would be nice to have enough of everything to cover us throughout the stay so we didn't have to ask for more Positives: - bed is VERY comfy. Once you get the chill out of the bed, the blankets are amazing too -Toiletries are high quality -Chemex, gooseneck kettle and RTIC cooler (free ice was a nice perk!) are high end and welcome additions - fire pit was cozy -the guy that checked us in was so nice!

Yelp
I can see this place has a lot of potentials, it's just new and need to work on a lot of the kinks. The tent is super romantic, good for couple or family if you book a bunk bed for them. The fire pit was nice, just wish they provide more firewood. You can hear other cars drive by, but I think it's because normally it's very quiet, so you can hear every little noise your neighbors make. Some people get up at 5am to watch the sunrise, which means you will probably be up too. As for the tent, the shower was awesome and the bed was super comfortable, Everything was modern and luxury. Our one complain (it's a huge one) is it was freezing cold in September. Wish they gave us a head up, we took the other blankets from the bunk bed and it was still freezing cold the first night. We asked for a comforter the second night and that made it bearable. I don't know why they think a small blanket is enough for 40 degrees night.

Alexis L.

Yelp
We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was incredible. All of the amenities, the accommodations, and the location were all perfect. We loved the lodge, the to-go drinks, the outdoor shower, the private fire pits, and the complimentary equipment to borrow. We didn't use the pool, as it was a bit cold, but we used pretty much everything else. Because it was cold, we were a little nervous going in that we'd be uncomfortable in the tent, but they provided wool blankets and space heaters, so it was quite nice. We will definitely be back again and would highly recommend!

Thom L.

Yelp
Incredible place, great amenities and convenient location. Puts the glamour in "Glamping". Nice breakfast and a free s'mores kit included. Only complaint is for a dog friendly place, that does not want you to leave your dog alone, they don't have enough outdoor covered seating. Only a few places to sit while you eat with your pet if it rains. Even if you don't have a pet really only a few places to sit, two tables and just two chat sets. Front desk screwed up our charges which took too long at check out to fix. They ran out of our sides for a dinner we reserved and that should not happen, otherwise would of been 5 stars.
google avatar

Tim F.

Yelp
+2 stars: for modern tent and brand new amenities, food was decent, staff is very professional and courteous. - 2 stars: the layout of this campsite leaves a lot to be desired. The website led us to believe there would be some seclusion or just a little bit of distancing from living space to living space. Not the case, I can hear light chats from our 6 different neighbors at all hours of the day, and I can hear when one of our neighbors uses his/her electric toothbrush every night. Share the full camp layout on your site prominently so guests know what they are getting into before signing up - 1 star: it gets cold at night in September in Maine. They know this and did not plan accordingly. Last night in town was rough. Can't enjoy the luxury shower (and it is beautiful) when it's 'feels like' 40 degrees inside the tent. TLDR: Had high hopes, but not worth the price we paid. Recommend you just go actual camping. Great idea, better marketing, needs work in the end.

Yelp
So this one is tough. Some very good things, some very disappointing. The good? Very pretty, well-kept grounds, lots of activities for kids, a very attentive and nice staff. Great breakfast (and included in price). Staff was great about recommendations on where to go/eat, and good dinner that they serve for a charge. Park was in a good location in relation to the places in the park. The bad? We were there in late July, and it was extremely hot, but we figured for over $500/night, there would be some sort of air conditioning in the room, but nothing. No window units, the ceiling fan must have been a decorative thing as it didn't blow air on you at all. They brought us 2 fans, but it wasn't much help. We came from TX to get outta the heat, so this was kind of a killer. No mini-fridge. They had very small coolers, and free ice, in the room, but it wasn't near big enough. The staff that were American were great, but they had a lot of young adult foreigners who weren't. Maybe because they were European, or just too young, or new, but they pretty much avoided you, much less speak. It's great that they hire them...they might want to train them too. You may roll your eyes at my comments and think (first world problems!) but you know what? When you're paying first world prices, you have the right to have first world complaints. For that matter, when you roll in late at night with 5 suitcases, at these prices they should've offered to golf cart you over to show you where the cabin is, help with bags, etc. Even some basic campgrounds do that. But none of that either. Tents were very nice, clean, water pressure good. We wouldn't pay $550/night again for it, though.

Jessica H.

Yelp
This place was so good for the senses and so good for our outdoor loving family. It took me back to my childhood summer camp days with all the comforts of a resort. The tent was awesome, comfortable bed, bunk beds for the kids, beautiful shower with awesome scented soaps. The complementary breakfast was great, I loved hard boiled eggs and our kids loved the muffins. We enjoyed the lodge too, especially the board games in the screened in porch. The on-site pizza and burger meals were delicious. Most of all, the staff was friendly and even shared fun facts about the places we were visiting in Acadia. Thank you for a great stay!

Yelp
Long time camper, first time glamper here! I need to yell from the treetops about this amazing place. What's it like to Glamp here you ask? You know that warm, fuzzy feeling of happiness you got as a child on Christmas eve or that feeling a stay at home parent get when their kids finally go back to school after a long summer... multiply those feelings by 10 and that's terramor! Ear to ear grin from the moment we checked in (I still grin thinking about it) tents are immaculate, staff is joyful and courteous, food.....phenomenal! My daughter and I were on a 3 week road trip out of Southern California and hiking to see a sunrise at Cadillac Mountain was top of the list. Given were taking in all our countries beauty without an itinerary, our accommodations consisted of last minute booking for a bed and shower before hitting the road for our next adventure :) Until I stumbled upon this gem, now I factored in our budget for a cabin stay out in Yellowstone so I was a bit hesitant at first in pricing given the type of adventure we were on. Immediately i knew, I had to make the sacrifice and give it a go, it was to beautiful not to, They say, go with your gut and I did. My only regret is not staying a 3rd night, don't you worry Terramor, I'll be back in 2022 and bringing my childhood bestie for a girls weekend if you'll have us! Let's talk accommodations, I love that all cars stay up front in the parking area, providing you wagons to load your luggage into and pull it back to your tent. Don't forget to stop at the woodshed for firewood. This prevents loud vehicles and headlights from ruining the experience. Well done Due to last minute booking we grabbed what was available. A king size bed tent. Stunning. Despite the early October weather of Bar Harbor the tent was comfortably warm with the provided space heater (first night was a cold learning experience, I forgot to zip up a few windows). Wool campfire blankets made for a comfy fire pit experience and the view was on point. Heads up, tent coffee is drip coffee. That was a learning experience in the wee hours I was floored to see a full indoor bathroom behind the headboard wall and you bet I used all 4 (2 showers heads, 2 hand held showerheads) for my morning shower How's the restaurant food you ask? Let's just say we didn't eat anywhere else. I know, some are saying 'but the price'. If you need to put your Starbucks money in a jar each morning and drink coffee at home to treat yourself here, do it! I certainly will be so I can return next Fall. They have taken camping to a new level and I need the world to know

Stacy L.

Yelp
These tents are probably great in the summer but we came the first week of October, where it was 50s during day/40s at night, and were freezing. To their credit, they provide blankets if you ask and a space heater, but there's no insulation in the tent so you can only feel the heater if you're very close to it. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The positive: - There are robes! - Chemex and Gooseneck kettle for coffee - Nice shower, but oddly wide open with a huge tile floor - Nice double vanity sinks - Pretty good location for exploring the park and Bar Harbor The negative: - No lighting. The 2 little USB lights next to the bed don't cut it. Weird that they'd have a fan above the bed without a light. At least add a floor lamp? - Tents are close together. You can hear everything outside the tent. - Tent is not equipped for cold weather. I wish I would have brought a sleeping bag. - Uncomfortable Adirondack chairs. They're huge and also slope too far back. Really disappointed we paid $300/night to stay in a cold, dark tent. The positive things I listed don't make a comfortable stay. Hard to appreciate the extra touches when the basics aren't there (heat and lighting!) You can find better places to stay in Bar Harbor.

Yelp
Opening season has been a rough one for them. They must have advertised in NYC and Boston, because that is who is here. The "resort" is beautiful, but lacking service and some of the amenities that are being advertised. Only 2 telescopes are available. No heated blankets, but they have plenty of blankets if you ask. No hot breakfast was a disappointment, but again, if you ask for something specific in the morning they may have it (gluten free bread, hard boiled eggs). The beds were comfortable, but we couldn't figure out how they made the beds on the first night and were all struggling with the top sheet. Note: if you are in a bunk bed, the top sheet is folded in half lengthwise. The tents are very nice. Bathrooms need a hook or two to hang a towel or bathrobe. Each unit is issued a zippered cooler. The zippers are very difficult to open. These will not last. They charge $10 for a small bundle of wood with no kindling, so people steal it from the pavilion. They should sell fire starters or small bundling of kindling. 10pm quiet time is a little early. Perhaps management should consider an "early to bed" section and a "we are on vacation" section. I do hope they succeed,Not sure it's worth the asking price.

Yelp
Customer service is not there top priority for sure!!!! We had a large group for a girls trip in August & were told at 9:45 that we had to shut down our campfire socializing since quiet hours start at 10. We were then followed to each of our tents to make sure we were not speaking & continued to get reprimanded for whispering. Everyone in our group is over 40 years old & responsible. We were not playing music or being disrespectful. We were treated like children. We also received no heated blankets, robes or extras. Woke up to 50° temps inside the tent & were told the heated blankets hadn't arrived yet. Not the best experience. This place has potential but it needs a lot of practice.

Yelp
This was one of the best explorations that I have ever been on. The resort is amazing. The staff was incredible, too. From the time we checked in - Laela was so sweet and friendly, Christian was most helpful with the fire, Spencer was great, Carol helped us find a taxi service which was always there for us and even Kathy, who was working in the middle of the night when we had to leave for the airport. Joe, you are lucky to have such good employees, you lead by example. Thank you so much for all the kindness and really making sure two women from Atlanta had such a wonderful reunion. I hope to come back as soon I can.

Yelp
We just spent two days at Terramor and had an amazing experience! We actually wanted to extend our stay but they're booked solid. We felt much more secluded in our tent than we expected, and the space was gorgeous. The attention to detail was evident everywhere. The bathroom was a good size and had a huge two person shower. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back.
