This casual spot is part of a chain specializing in torta al testo, a classic Umbrian dish. It’s made with two crispy slices of flatbread filled with various ingredients, the most traditional being sausage and greens. The set menu includes one torta al testo and a drink, and I recommend going for a glass of the house wine to complete the experience. The atmosphere is young and lively, and it tends to get busy, so either go early or consider making a reservation. Definitely worth a visit if you want to try a tasty, local staple in a relaxed setting.

My Torta de Crudo e Mozzarella was delicious, considering that I love bread and cheese 🍞 🧀 The beer the seel it was also good. You can take out or sit in the outside area they have, in our case it was close to the "rest time" in the afternoon so at that time you are not allowed seating in the outside area. Very close to this place, there's a panoramic view of the city which has public seating, that's so nice! It's like a 2-3 min walk, totally worth it.

The place is amazing! In the middle of the piazza, with super fresh food and the price beats everything. Highly recommend the mixed grill and grilled potatoes.

The place reportedly opens at 12 but when we arrived and stood there for 10 minutes while they were setting up we were at first ignored by passing staff and then, after asking, told that we would have to wait 20 minutes so we went elsewhere. We returned back later on and grabbed 2 sandwiches, one of which was based on a staff recommendation. The ingredients are good but both were bland due to no seasoning so we couldn't finish it.

We ordered the guanciale torta al tiesto and the hamburger. The taste was good but the guanciale was mostly fat and it had some fibers that stuck in your teeth. The hamburger was good, tasty. Also I appreciate the free cola for the torta al tiesto, that’s why i left 5/5 for the service.

Food was good and there is a big variety of choices, but the place is getting so popular that the restaurant doesn’t know how to handle the crowd. We wanted to order another piece at the end, but they told us we had to do the whole line again even if we already had a table. To improve!

Nice eaasy place to eat the typical umbrian focaccia. Too noisy if you happen to be sitting close to the speaker. Tryed couple of time to ask the eaiters to put golume down, but ignored, once they come down even whistling the song... Quite insensitive to an objectively too high music.

The menu is incomprehensible, 50% of the dishes is not available. Food is a disaster. Penne arabiata is not well cooked. Hamburgers are still raw and come with only two cold potatoes and a dry piece of bread. Salads are not fresh and the mozzarella looks like plastic. Even the beer is tasteless.
