Loved our stay! Spent a week here in the summer to celebrate our anniversary, and had a wonderful trip. The hotel staff was extremely friendly & went out of their way to make the stay a wonderful experience for our entire family- kids included! ||We needed to place an Instacart order to get essentials for our one-year-old, and it was scheduled to arrive while we were out in the park one day. Staff assisted us with receiving the order, and making sure it was put away in our room, especially the perishables - which was a huge convenience. Rooms were spacious and clean! Housekeeping was wonderful, and the lobby is a great space we used to eat takeout. My kids loved the indoor/outdoor pools. ||Hotel is in a great location. Not only is it right next to the common space of Teton Village with a playground and a small little splash pad, but we much preferred staying here versus downtown Jackson hole. Only minutes from the national park entrance, Teton village is much smaller and more quaint, but still offers restaurants and shops. ||So glad we stayed at the Teton Mountain Lodge for our visit! Would definitely return!

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, and was surprised to learn that no refunds are issued under any circumstance—even with plenty of advance notice. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but this felt especially rigid and disappointing given the price point and the fact that many other lodges in the area offer more flexible options. I would caution others to read the fine print carefully before booking, and consider whether you’re comfortable risking a total loss if your plans change. The location may be beautiful, but the customer service and cancellation policy were not traveler-friendly in my experience.

The hotel is luxury but comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. My friend and I were celebrating our recent birthdays and they upgraded our room and surprised us with a birthday cake in our room! That’s great hospitality!! We chose this hotel because it also had a spa. We pampered ourselves with facials and messages, both were excellent! I highly recommend Maggie for a facial and Melodie for a message. The Spur restaurant in the hotel is also excellent, great food and service every time. It was a wonderful experience overall and we both said we would return to Teton Mountain Resort and Spa when going to Jackson.

The location is great and the rooms and service are nice—just not quite worth the price in all honesty. Also if you’re booking an excursion I’d recommend you don’t book through the hotel/concierge. While it was convenient, it means the hotel will place an additional hold on your card (for the full cost of the excursion) which lasts for seven days after check out—even though you will have paid for the excursion by then.

We spent our honeymoon at Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special—they upgraded our room and surprised us with macarons and prosecco waiting at check-in. It was such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay.||The front desk team was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for things to do in the area. One of our favorite surprises was the hotel dog—such a fun and charming addition that made the lodge feel even more welcoming!||Every morning, we had breakfast at Spur, and it was consistently fantastic. The spa was another highlight—relaxing and luxurious. I had one of the best facials I've had in years. Each evening, we made a point to unwind in the rooftop hot tub, soaking in the incredible mountain views—an unforgettable experience.||The location is perfect: just minutes from Grand Teton National Park and a short drive to Jackson. Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, this hotel offers the best of both worlds. We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable honeymoon.

We loved our stay at Teton Mountain Resort! Our suite was impeccably clean - to include the kitchen and 2 full bathrooms! We enjoyed the gas fireplace each evening. It is located just steps away from the ride to the top of Rendezvous Mountain - which is a "must do"! This is the perfect location to experience Grand Teton National Park, too! Just a few minutes' drive - and you're in the park, where the scenery and hiking can't be beat! We can't say enough about our time here!

We stayed across the street at Teton village, but my daughter and I went to the spa for a treat after she completed her half marathon. Faith was our massage therapist and she was wonderful. She listened to our requests for pressure, areas to pay special attention to and areas to avoid. |You should go to your appointment a little early as you have time to soak in the hot tub and use the steam room both before and after your massage. Very luxurious spa, wonderful staff greeting you on your arrival and checking on you. I highly recommend their spa experience.

Google
This place is convenient and comfortable--the perfect blend of service and amenities. And the rooms are flexible for small or large groups, some with kitchens built for long stays! Sometimes, though, the separator is with the service and the value they show their guests. We had an issue with the parking of our RV and found that they don't make the rules, the Teton Village Association do. The whole Teton Village area has to play ball with their rules, and we felt there were some parts that weren't ideal for our particular needs. But the team found ways to accommodate our every need, including a very comfortable Lincoln Navigator shuttle that would take us to and from our RV. They handled it all with grace. Skye at the front desk was sweet and understanding and Joe, the Manager, was one of those types of people that are meant to be in the industry: a service-oriented spirit, down to earth, and a guy you'd want to go have beers with. And that is what we found at Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa throughout: the quality of the people serving us exceeded the quality of the amenities, which are darn good. BTW, this location is highly convenient to the aerial tram, which was a deciding factor for us. To have world-famous waffles at 10,500 feet after a fun tram ride to the top...and taking in 360 degree views. There is only one word to describe that experience: EPIC. Thank you, Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa. We will be back.

Yelp
The hotel and room have the marks of an upscale hotel other than the unsolicited bell service. We left and had a great dinner at Snake River Grill, but had a weird experience upon return....our bell boy became the "late night" GM some how? They offered s'mores in the lobby, but then we're told by said GM the logs used ("birch and pine") in the fire places were unhealthy compared to the chemical individual canister flame on the bar. Clown show. Opt out. Welcome to Wyoming.... Update: spoke to the real GM today. Very apologetic and offered a nice resolution.

Yelp
This is a lovely, upscale western lodge with all the amenities you could desire. Our room was cozy with a gas fireplace, nice views of the mountain, and a fully stocked kitchen with dining area. The bed was comfortable and the thermostat was great at controlling room temperature. Each day we had service that did a fine job of cleaning and organizing all areas of the room. In the evenings, the lodge served make-your-own s'mores complete with your own sterno can fire to toast your marshmallows. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location provides easy access to Jackson hole and the national parks while also situated where we saw some moose, elk and wild horses just steps from the door.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was late April (spring break ski trip) and pretty low occupancy. The staff was great - including Michael and Scout. My son loved the option for hot chocolate and desserts in the lobby each evening. I tried the spa, gym and ate dinner at Spur. All good. The room had all the essentials (mini fridge, dishwasher, silverware, plates, microwave, etc) and a fireplace / balcony. The balcony was handy for wet things and the room had a boot / glove dryer too. My son used the spa tub in the bathroom, while I did not -- I appreciated the very hot water. Our family would book here again. If you stop by Spur, I highly recommend the burger. Top notch!

Yelp
The massages were amazing. Everything else was terrible. The staff is completely unaware of the available amenities, or how and where they are located. We asked 3 people before someone was fully able to direct us to the 4th floor jacuzzi. Once there, there was no music, no staff. Nothing. One therapist had advised us to, "go downstairs to the restaurant to order food/drinks because delivery can take up to 2 hours. No one at the spa or hotel could direct us to such a restaurant. There is no adults only pool, only the 4th floor jacuzzi, again with no staffing. We wandered in circles lost and without helpful direction until we gave up and left the property. I have been to many 5 star spas and thought this was also. I was wrong! They do not want you to spend a full day, and spend more money. Uneducated staff equals loss of income and bad reviews. Massage therapist for hubby and myself = 5 stars Spa staff & Amenities = 1 Star

Yelp
I really love this lodge. It does everything ski related properly. Great staff and restaurant. Will return

Yelp
We enjoyed our stay here during the last week of March. Without exception, the front desk staff was warm and friendly, and had very helpful recommendations. The resort manager's Bernese mountain dog, Scout, is the perfect mascot of the lodge and added a touch to delight to our stay. Our kids enjoyed the evening dessert in the lobby at 7:30 p.m., and I can't say enough good things about my massage therapist, Jamie. Please do yourself a favor and book a massage with her. We enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi next to the pool more than the fourth floor jacuzzi - it felt more peaceful and less of a scene.

Yelp
We arrived on a weekday for a 3-night stay. We got up to our room and saw it faced construction in their parking lot. Front desk offered to upgrade us to a first floor suite, but wanted us to look at it first as it also faces construction. Definite yes because we have 2 kids and the suite has WAY more space. However the suite we were given had tons of issues and we think it sat unused for a long time- maybe we were their test dummies to work out all the kinks?! There was a thick layer of dust on the living area window sill, no lightbulbs in 2 of the 3 bedroom lamps, bathroom faucet was super loose. Then the bathroom light bulb burned out first night. I tried to plug something into the island outlet and it sparked! The fridge needs a new water filter as the ice from the ice maker tasted very old. Bedroom curtains don't close tightly, so at night, car headlights would shine in the room (I finally used a hair clip to hold the curtains together). The suite ac/heater is programmable and they had the night time AC temp set to 85*. We would turn it down before bed but then wake up sweating when the program automatically over-road the temp we selected. I couldn't help thinking that if we had paid $1,400+ a night for this suite, I would have been very upset at the lack of attention to detail. HOWEVER, the staff were wonderful, especially the bellhop Ryan. He had such a great attitude, was very helpful and provided top-notch service with a smile. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and had a good dinner at Spur. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms were very nicely appointed. If the room didn't have so many flaws and issues, I would give the resort 5 stars. We were VERY surprised to find out that only 3 of the Teton Village restaurants are open after 5pm. Our first night there we tried to go to dinner around 6:30 and found out that the majority of the restaurants were already closed! We ended up going to The Deck @ Piste ($60 for the 4 of us to ride the tram up!). View was great and the food was decent. When we come back to Jackson Hole, we will not return to Teton Village as everything closes up too early for us and the traffic getting into Jackson is a disaster, so it's not worth driving in just for dinner.

Yelp
At $350/night, I was expecting more than a fold-out/pull-down bed that was incredibly uncomfortable. The lodge looks nice, and the staff is friendly. Revision - They overcharged us, fought with them to remove excess charges. Then they added more charges. Fight to get those removed. Terrible, downgrade to a 1-star review.

Yelp
We stayed Thursday through Monday at the Teton Mountain Lodge and spa. Prior to our stay we left numerous messages for a concierge that never returned our calls. When we checked in and asked about reservations for dinner and spas, they advised we should have called earlier. This was a little frustrating since, we did try for 2-3 weeks to contact. I understand COVID, and businesses have cut back on staff, but for the cost you would expect a little more attention and service. The room was very nice, and the property was quite lovely. The service however, left much to be desired. The room service was meh, not worth the cost. The staff when checking in were very nice. I just didn't see that the level of service matched the price of the suite. Checking out seemed to take forever, not sure why it took so long. The views were great, I just wish the service matched the price. The room service food, was meh. My friend found a hair in her burrito which caused us all to lose our appetites. The Spur restaurant had great food, kind of pricey but very good. I didn't mind paying because the food quality matched the price.

Yelp
We usually stay at snake river lodge for our yearly ski vacation but they increased prices sooo much that we decided to give the TML a try. We were not disappointed! The rooms were so nice, clean, beautiful decor and a huge porch with gorgeous views! The ski valet was very helpful and even gave us 20 percent off for no reason! The walk to the lifts is manageable and down hill. The restaurant Spur is awesome! They are great for breakfast or dinner! The only negative I can tell is that they do not offer an after ski snack like other places and their pool is not that great. We would definitely stay here again!

Yelp
Spent a long weekend here for a business retreat of sorts. The stay was perfect. I was escorted to my room d provided useful information along the way and about the room. The bed is super comfy, the views are gorgeous, the bathroom is spacious including a jetted tub! A fireplace to keep you cozy, and a mini fridge, coffee bar, and snacks. I ordered in room which was delicious. All the meals that we had as a group were fantastic, especially the smoked salmon- omg I could eat that every day. The service was impeccable. I used to inspect hotel rooms, so I was asked my opinion. I naturally give more attention to detail. I never found an inch of anything off or out of place or unsightly. And the rooms are virtually soundproof. Unlike other places with thin walls, you never hear a door slam, the shower or toilet running, not even the jetted tub! This is romantic, fun, and perfect for any occasion!

Yelp
We were really disappointed with our stay here during our first trip to JH. We booked it months ago and purposely booked a room with a view and balcony, so we thought. Apparently the pictures they show of the room you select, are not the "actual" room you will get. $500/nte got us a room on the first floor by the lobby noise and no view. When I expressed concern about what I saw on the website vs what I got, the person at the desk said "yeah I've told marketing to change the pictures, but you know they like to show the best possible room pictures." We felt duped and pretty disappointed. It was our anniversary trip and spending over $3k to stay there, we expected more. The restaurant was also overpriced and sub par. I will say that the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Noah. That young man worked really hard. Loved JH and will return, but not to this hotel.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel with amazing views! The staff is very helpful in planning your activities. Be sure to call them well ahead of your stay since a lot of activities are booked quickly! The lodge is right in the middle of Teton Village and you're only about 20 minutes from downtown so you'll need to rent a car. There are hiking trails and a gandula you can ride! The spa is AMAZING! We had a massage by Christian and I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I've had! The Spur restaurant has great breakfast and there are other nearby restaurants within walking distance.

Yelp
I have been coming here every year for the past 8+ yrs. and always book services at Spa Terre at Teton Mountain Lodge. I have always received A+ service. Today, I was greeted by a very friendly staff making me feel welcome. I had an 80-minute massage by Nathan. Although Nathan did a great job and is an EXCELLENT massage therapist, the only reason I'm not giving a five-star review is because the massage took place in a room with zero background music (like one usually has during a massage) and I could hear a washing machine going and going during my massage. The spa is VERY clean, but the couches in the Relaxation Room are uncomfortable. As I sat on one to watch a beautiful local video, I had to get up because the foam on the couches was old and crooked. Those couches should be updated because they're looking tired and dull. Lastly, the spa used to offer tiny snacks, like dried cranberries, trail mix, etc. while waiting for services, but today, there was nothing other than teas and water.

Yelp
We were looking g forward to our stay here for so long. Prior to check in we had tried to call a few times with nobody answering the phone or even calling back after we left a message. Upon check in after paying $700/night for our room we walk in to a tiny room with a window looking into another wall and roof with no daylight coming in. As far as service for a property that is supposedly 4 diamond. I called concierge and she told me that she was not on site and i had to call back. As we went to the pool and wanted to order drinks and food apparently there is nothing served between 10-5 (pretty much all day). There are restaurants next door however the staff is not willing to order and deliver to our room or pool, something I would expect for a hotel at this rate and supposed service and caliber.

Yelp
Incredibly OVERPRICED. Internet almost non existent! Turned off one elevator, leaving only one! During COVID when few can be in an elevator at one time. LOTS of waiting!! Restaurant unable to serve guests. Etc. Highly recommend staying in Jackson unless you're going to ski!

Yelp
This place was amazing. We stayed here for a couple of days during the first weeks of October. I thought the valley and mountains would be completely dead because it is their off season but all contrary, it was beautiful and the surrounding streets were filled with beautiful Fall colors. The service is great. You are able to ask for certain things like a room with a view of the mountains or valley and they will try their best to accommodate. No promises there though. Everybody was very welcoming and helpful at the front desk in all different turns they have of people working. They suggested certain hiking trails, helped keep the fire burning on the fire place as I worked etc. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I thought was a bit TOO steep specially it being the off season. However, it IS a resort so i guess it can be understandable. Anyway, I would totally recommend this place and would definitely consider staying here again. Check them out and then follow our travel vlogs on isntagram @thehungrynomadz

Yelp
Very clean and modern/rustic feel. Super cool and comfy Murphy bed. Walls are a little thin-so voices and TVs in neighboring rooms can sometimes be heard. The bathroom is beautiful with a walk in shower and dual shower heads. The lodge has an indoor pool and hot tub, as well as an outdoor pool. Impressive gym. The lobby area is beautiful with two awesome fireplaces. Amazing restaurant-Spur.

Yelp
We stayed here for 4 days for a family ski trip! The hotel is very clean and well kept. A modern yet rustic feel to it. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. It had a small fully equipped kitchenette, stackable washer/dyer, a Murphy bed and two full bathrooms. The master had a king bed and a jetted tub. The jacuzzi part of the tub unfortunately was not working. There was dinning for six as well as stools at the kitchen counter. There is a heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi and an indoor pool as well. There is an adult only hot tub in the fourth floor. It hold 20 and there is service for drinks from Spur. Great spot sir ski apres. Take your slippers or flip flops and the luxurious robes that are in your room with you. They have towels for you just inside the door. Amazing views of the mph rain as you soak your tires muscles. The lobby had a nice fireplace and free tea/coffee/hot chocolate for the guests. There is a ski valet on the lower level near the Spur Restaurant. They take your skis/boots/poles for the night. Boot heater/dyers are in the room. The walk to the lifts/tram/gondolas is about 5 minutes. You can ski in. Everyone we encountered in property was very friendly and helpful. We also used the spa on our last night. It is small and clean and comfortable. There is a small jacuzzi, steam room, 2 showers, lockers, changing room and all the amenities you might need to shower and get on with your day. My therapist Nathan was amazing! I wanted to take him home with me. He really knows how to get into all of the muscles and tender spots with the right amount of pressure. Overall very nice resort and would highly suggest checking it out!

Yelp
Located in the Teton Village, places you in walking distance to the ski lifts and also all the restaurants and shops of the village. Our first room had a small kitchen and a Murphy bed that was very uncomfortable as the mattress was too soft. Since we were not planning on using the kitchen, the staff was kind enough to move us to a traditional room with a king size bed. The lodge has a spa on site and we took advantage off. We really enjoyed the eucalyptus steam room. It has both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. We especially liked the roof top hot tub with great views of the mountains. The restaurant on site, Spur, was incredible! More about that separately. They will store your skis on site, which is convenient. The only areas for improvement are; their on site "store" is really lacking basic choices for snacks. Thus you have to walk to the General Store in the village. The other area that needs to be addressed is their wifi service. The free service allows for basic email, but not to check basic web sites. So you have to spend $14. 95/day for decent service!

Yelp
While the room was clean and comfortable. It was spacious enough and had a fridge to store our food which is always a plus. Also there is a great jacuzzi tub. However I have a few issues with this hotel. First, what is with these hotels charging a resort fee? It used to be a resort fee was only for a very high end resorts and you actually got something for it. When the Scottsdale JW Marriott charges a resort fee, I don't question it since I have use of their lazy river and water slides. The Teton Lodge is a hotel. Don't tack on a resort fee to an already pricey hotel to give me access to a pool, wifi, and gym. I'm pretty sure your average Best Western has those things without charging a resort fee. It's just a way to price gouge. Second, they have various things in the room "for sale". Can you say tacky? As soon as we come in, there is a large stuffed animal moose on the bed. Our 4 year old immediately runs to it and hugs it. The guy that brought our bags let me know it's $32. Now my 4 year old is begging me to buy it. Also the stuffed animal clearly hasn't been washed so how many other kids have held and slobbered on the thing? There are also bath salts for sale in the bathroom and aluminum water bottles for sale by the sink. Yes, let's just say tacky. I'm at a pricey hotel. If I want to buy a stuffed animal or a water bottle I can buy one downstairs. Also, the bath salts are usually provided in a hotel of this caliber. Does my resort fee not cover that? Lastly, when we checked in we were told we had a king bed. I had requested two queens but apparently none of those rooms were available. The guy at the front desk suggested maybe a pack and play. I explained to him my kid was 4 and had outgrown a pack n play two years ago. No biggie, we will roll with it. We put the kid to sleep on the love seat. She rolled off a few times a night so we would wake up and help her get back on the couch. On night three I realize the love seat folds out into a full bed. Wow, it would have been super nice if the guy had mentioned that at check in instead of offering a pack n play made for infants. Clearly, despite working the front desk, he was not aware of the amenities of the rooms for the hotel in which he works. This hotel tries to be fancy, but it sort of fails. It's perfectly adequate, probably better than average. Maybe next time the resort fee will cover the bath salts.

Yelp
I didn't stay here but I went to the spa and was extremely disappointed! The amenities are not at all up to the price. No water in the women's locker room, scratchy towels and nothing to take off make up. Not worth the money. At all.

Yelp
My husband and I planned a National Park road trip ending in Teton/Jackson Hole for our one year anniversary. This was the last stay on our trip before returning to Seattle. Stargazing is one of our favorite activities and treats when we get to escape somewhere less light polluted, so we go out of our way to find nice lodging with outdoor hot tub and pool facilities to soak seeing stars after a long day of exploration. We had been looking forward to checking into the beautiful facilities and ending our day with one of our most favorite activities. No slippers were in the room so I called down shortly after checking in early evening. Waited about 40 mins and nothing came so headed out to dinner and asked them to deliver 2 pairs to our room. Came back and found 1 pair. We didn't have other suitable shoes to take to pool area so called down again to ask for the other pair. Another 30 minutes pass and still nothing and pool should be closing in 30 so called back down a 3rd time to ask them to rush it and then ask for directions to the outdoor adult only pool area we'd been looking forward to and are told that the facilities are closed for maintenance. Major let down. Aside from all this, the hotel decor and cleanliness were quite nice. Service and check in was also pretty mediocre. Staff didn't take time to greet in a very warm manner or explain the amenities of the hotel in much detail. Seemed a bit unprofessional and not what you are used to from a nicer lodging, at least in most other cities we've stayed in big tourist friendly areas.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our stay at the Teton Mountain Lodge.... we loved our accomodations... a Junior Suite... perfect for a family of three. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful... the restaurant was beyond expectations. The heated indoor and outdoor pools helped us wear out our little guy...since climbing the Grand Tetons didn't quite put the monster boy down... Expectations exceeded... pricey but worth it.

Yelp
Our stay was absolutely perfect! The rooms director, Marco, is awesome. We stayed for our anniversary, and he went out of his way to make our stay great by upgrading our room (without us having asked) and leaving a "happy anniversary" card with a bottle of prosecco for us to enjoy! Along with Marco, all of the other staff was great as well. My wife and I were sitting in the lobby, and the young lady working at the concierge asked if we would like to have the fireplace lit while we relaxed. Again, she took the initiative to make us feel more comfortable without being asked to do so. Upon checkout, there was a bit of confusion with the remaining balance, but again Marco came to the rescue and made sure all was made right. Such a great staff, and beautiful hotel! We hope to make a stay here every anniversary and any trip we take to Jackson Hole (hopefully a few times a year)! Thanks for a great stay!

Caroline S.

Yelp
Fantastic views from our room from multiple directions. We were on the fifth floor and had a washer and dryer for our use that could be shared with one other suite. The only negative about the room, was the toilet , shower, sinks, etc. were all in one room so no privacy if one of you wants to use the facilities while you're doing your makeup. The lodge is centrally located and right next to the village Square. Take the gondola or tram, whatever's running up the mountain. Fantastic views and we heard they have wonderful waffles at the top, however we didn't try them. The staff, including the concierge's is extremely helpful in guiding you on activities to do such as hiking trails and places to eat.

Yelp
I rented a 2 bedroom suite for about $2000 a night. Complete rip off. The view was awful (patio over the hotel HVAC and parking lot). The kitchen was barely functional. 4 plates for a place supposedly meant to fit 12. Few pots and pans. No real ability to cook a meal. The place looked pretty worn out for allegedly being remodeled in 2018 (which is what I was told). But the real annoying part was that COVID 19 controls were inconsistent with worrying gaps. Check in people did not wear masks, but they did stand behind plexiglass. That actually doesn't do the same as masks as their aerosols and droplets are still getting out into the air in the lobby. The bellhop put on fresh gloves and a mask which was good. Guests at check in were asked to wear masks and then pretty much never again. I saw plenty of people walking the halls and even hanging out in the lobby in front of check in staff without masks, including cleaning staff. Heard one person cleaning a room with a hacking cough and after that I put my do not disturb on the door. I certainly would not stay here during the pandemic again and I certainly wouldn't pay $2,000 a night again for a place like this. No value here.

Yelp
The people at the front desk were incredibly helpful and kind. Getting a taxi around here in a storm can be tough, and they made it so easy. The interior is also beautifully styled!

Yelp
We stayed in room 531 and it was phenomenal. We took advantage of the 20% Fall Discount. Our two nights were magical. It was our 15 year wedding anniversary and the concierge was very helpful in placing surprise gifts in the room for my husband. We enjoyed the balcony, and especially the rooftop hot tub where we ordered cocktails that were delivered post haste. The attached restaurant, The Spur, was some of the best food we have ever eaten (and we are food snobs). The double headed shower and jetted tub made for an even more relaxing stay and I loved how the entry way into our room had a separate washer and dryer (bring Tide pods so you don't have to buy detergent). The in-room fireplace was a bit unimpressive, I had hoped for more "flame," but I'm sure it's on a low setting for safety issues. However, the lobby fireplace more than made up for it. Plush couches, pillows and throws gave me a relaxing break after hiking the Tetons. The front desk staff worked hard to keep that fire roaring and crackling, and I really appreciated that. I cannot wait to return.

Yelp
Stayed in the studio suite room for $220. Great deal. Best hotel in the area. Super clean, super nice. Way better than any hotels in Jackson Hole. Definitely worth the short drive out of Jackson.

Yelp
Had a great stay for a ski trip starting at check in with Bridgett who was very helpful in getting us pointed in the right direction. We were very thankful for Aldon at the concierge with helpful tips and reservations for para gridding, spa treatments and great dinning in the village. You can't go wrong with any of the restaurants within walking distance. This is a perfect location for ski in and out with dinning and pubs nearby.

Yelp
Very impressed with this lodge! I have never had the pleasure of so much friendly service! Everyone was so eager to talk with us, ask about our day, and see if there was anything they could help us with. They have a spa and lovely restaurant. There is a rooftop jacuzzi. It was amazing to see some Fourth of July fireworks go off from there. They are located near all the best restaurants, gift shops, tours, and gondolas. I will never forget the wonderful view of the mountainside right next to them. Our room was beautiful. I absolutely LOVED the bathroom. It had a large jacuzzi tub that was so relaxing and comfortable. They also offered free lotion, shampoos, and bath gels in the most amazing scents. They have other things for pampering yourself, available for a price, but we really didn't need anything else. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Yelp
When a hotel has a 'cancel 2 weeks in advance or lose the entire $1500' cancellation policy, you should run really far from it because it is guaranteed to be rubbish. $321 per night for a "studio" that's really just a room and doesn't have a real bed but a Murphy's bed that you have to pull out of the wall every night. And no you cannot leave the bed pulled out because then there's no room to walk. The fridge reeked of whatever stale food people had left behind. The pillows belong on a doll bed not a human bed and are too soft to support anything other than an inflatable doll. The reception staff wear masks below their noses and the curly haired waitress at the Spur restaurant was hugging patrons in the middle of serving us our drinks! No wonder the US is rife with Covid infected people running around everywhere. They also do not have hand sanitizer available to use in the lobby and suggested I drive 12 mi to Jackson to buy it. If you're trying to park after 9 pm forget it, it will be full or roped off and hotel staff will *not* help you figure out where else you can park your car. The people at the reception basically shrug and tell you you're on your own every time you ask them a question. Next time if we happen to look for a hotel in this rando village full of jam-packed identical buildings we'll stay at the Four Seasons. At least they're helpful there and have valet. I know this because when the hotel restaurant, Spur, gave our reserved table to someone else without telling us we had to go looking for somewhere to have dinner. And we ended up at the Four Seasons where the hospitality is impeccable at any of their locations worldwide.

Yelp
We stayed here over July 4th while on a road trip to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. There were four of us and we fit comfortably in a one bedroom unit which came with a king bed and sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The rate was around $250. We wished we could have stayed longer but the objective of the trip was to see the National Parks, not hang out in the hotel. Next time we will plan to allow for more "hang out in the hotel" time! Because it was July 4th there were fireworks in Teton Village and we went on to the hotel roof to watch. We were right about the level of the firework bursts and my kids loved it so much they actually thanked me for bringing them there (teenagers thanking you, OMG!!!) Note, the hotel is in Teton Village, not Jackson Hole. Teton Village appears to be a fairly new planned commercial development with hotels, timeshares and condominiums. It is on the way to the Grand Tetons, but if your objective is to see the parks you might want to consider staying IN the parks. There are decent accommodations in both Yellowstone and Grand Tetons which will save you transit time. Then again, the scenery is so beautiful all around that you may not mind the drive!!!!

Yelp
I have dreams of returning to this place... It was absolutely amazing staying here. My husband and I took a road trip for our honeymoon and intended on staying one night in the Jackson area but ended up staying three since we loved this place so much! We got an alpine studio, which was perfect. It was an ideal size for two people, with a couch and TV area as well as the bed, along with a kitchen. There was a rustic-style balcony with full-length windows that looked into the trees. I felt like I was in the forest! The bed was incredibly comfortable, with the right amount of pillows and blankets. Room service was delicious with a wide variety of offerings (although pricey, but who's surprised). We also went down to the restaurant late one evening for some drinks and bar food. The bison sliders were to die for! We asked the bartender what he recommended, and he said that people come from far and wide specifically for those, and we found out why! I wouldn't go there again without eating those! The staff were accommodating and helpful. We had no problem extending our stay with just a simple phone call to the front desk. The valet was very friendly and personable, and the car was always ready when I needed it to be. We checked out the swimming pools and workout areas but weren't there long enough to make use of them. I did use the self-service washers and dryers, though, which was fantastic. Reminded me of college, which you wouldn't necessarily expect at a resort, but it was so great to have that amenity (especially after a week on the road!). I'm sure they get a lot of use in the winter when people are there for skiing vacations. We were there at the beginning of October, which was perfect. Our room was less than $200/night and while I'm sure there were other guests there, we didn't encounter many people. It was also the perfect time to visit the area, as it was migration season, so we saw all kinds of wildlife in the parks, including over a hundred buffalo. Next time I go back to Jackson Hole (which I'm hoping is soon, but I'm always hoping it's soon), I will go back here without any hesitation.

Yelp
We stayed in an Alpine Studio room over Labor Day weekend. PRO: Plenty of space and amenities (full kitchen!) for a small room. Very clean, great bathroom, and balcony. CON: They said the murphy bed has the same mattress as the standard beds in larger rooms, but it was terribly uncomfortable, and it creaked anytime someone moved. Also, the balcony overlooked the parking lot...but you can look past that toward the gorgeous mountains behind it. We ordered room service once (delicious and prompt) and had the breakfast buffet twice (amazing - big variety, substantial protein options and excellent coffee). The full kitchen is great, but keep in mind that any groceries in Teton Village are extremely expensive. It's a great idea to grab groceries in Jackson before heading out to Teton Village if you want to prepare any of your own meals or snacks. Service was good from every staff member we interacted with.

Yelp
Booked a two story, two bedroom suite for me and six of my friends, which included two couples. This place had more than enough room for the seven of us. TML is located in the village, and within walking distance (~5 min) to the lifts. Staff were excellent and beds were comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen, so not much to write about there. Also, they have a total of 3 hot tubs, two outdoor and one indoor, which was a real treat after a hard day of snowboarding. Only drawback is that it's located approx 30 min from town, so keep that in mind, esp if it's not ski season.

Yelp
I love, love, loved this lodge. Our room was on the fourth floor and had a gorgeous mountain view equipped with a boot/glove dryer and luxurious robes. Bathrooms were large and bed was very comfortable. The rooftop has a gigantic hot tub from which we watched the sunrise and sunset every day. Only one other couple shared the hot tub with us occasionally (granted, it was mid Dec so peak season had not kicked in) but given that it could probably fit 16 people, there was absolutely no elbow bumping or knee knocking with strangers. I didn't get around to checking out the Spa but they do have a eucalyptus steam room that I would like to try. The staff was super friendly and always helpful. Ski valet's took your ski's from you on your way in for the day and had them ready for you on your way out in the morning. This lodge is conveniently located near the Gondola, the Tram and the heart of Teton Village. What a great way to experience Jackson Hole for the first time. If I'm ever so lucky to return, I will absolutely choose Teton Mountain Lodge. ...forgot to mention that Spur Restaurant is located downstairs. Great spot for breakfast, lunch, apres ski and dinner. You can check out my other review that I wrote specifically for Spur.

Yelp
Hi all, this was my first time coming to Jacksonhole. We choose to stay here because of the beautiful pictures posted in their website. They were offering stay 3 nights and get the 4th free. We picked a room we thought that included a fireplace and balcony. We arrived at 9:45 late at night and barely made it to have dinner there. The food was just so so and was very over priced. But we paid nearly 400 a night for our room. We also prepaid for our room. 1st mistake! We got a regular room for that price. There wasn't a fireplace like we thought and no balcony . We also booked a more expensive room for day 5 and 6 and we thought it was an upgrade since it cost 900.00 for two additional nights. Needless to say we are very disappointed. We talked to the manager and all they were willing to do was offer us a 100.00 credit to be used at the restaurant or spa. The staff was very friendly n helpful though. I just wished we had a fireplace n balcony like we thought.

Yelp
Advertised as a 'ski in/ski out' resort, however one has to do quite a bit of walking with gear to get to any of the lifts. My sister and I shared a room with two queens. When we got there, the heater did not work, so we had to call the front desk. Throughout the week several outlets needed constant maintenance to work, which was inconvenient when we were getting back from dinner at 11pm. The spa was amazing, and they did have wi-fi, but it was rather slow and choppy. Several of our devices had issues keeping the IP address assigned by their router. Wasn't bad overall, but I have stayed in better hotels before.

Yelp
This hotel was great, and exactly what we expected from the website, the ski package deal was great and the only negative was that the walk to lifts was a bit further than we would have liked. But it wasn't a big deal. If you can get a room on first floor, you'll enjoy using lobby to sit by fireplace, and easy access to ski valet, pool and restaurant. Room was nice and cozy

Yelp
Beautiful and amazing place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. I love the fireplace in the front entry area!

Yelp
Everything about my stay at Teton Lodge was amazing! Not only was the food excellent, but the team went out of their way to ensure that both myself and a friend easily found gluten and dairy free options during the meals provided for our group. None of that conference cuisine you often find, this was all fresh whole fruits, vegetables and quality meat or fish. Beyond that I had the Warrior Poultice treatment at Chill Spa. This was one of the most unique massages I've ever had, but more importantly the massage therapist was clearly very experienced and knew just how to deal with a tired body.

Yelp
We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay here. Staff (bell hops, front desk, cleaning crew, restaurant servers) were so helpful and friendly (Special shout outs to Marco, Maricruz, Drew), and the place is just clean, comfortable, and well-run. We also stayed in the Alpine Studio... very well-appointed with a deluxe double shower, a ful kitchen (oven, stove-top, microwave, dishwasher), patio, DirectTV, super soft sheets.... and we frequently and happily indulged in the outdoor pool and rooftop hot tub. I sure hope to come back one day. What an awesome home base for an incredible trip in paradise!

Yelp
My friends and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lodge! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were great- we had a one bedroom with a loft and a fold-out bed and it accommodated 7 people just fine. My boyfriend and I couldn't get over one of the bathrooms- it had two showerheads in the huge shower! We were so stoked, especially since we like different water temperatures, haha. The master bedroom had a big tub, great to soak in and have a bubble bath. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates and cups, a fridge, stove, and microwave, but unfortunately we weren't able to utilize it because we were there only a couple of days. This place is a must if you are visiting Jackson Hole! It's about a 3-5 minute walk to the tram and it surrounded by other places to explore, like stores, restaurants, and markets. The Spur is located on the first floor of the lodge, and it is a fantastic place for food and drinks. Only downfall for us was that it only allowed a few devices on the Wi-Fi and either a device would be kicked off if another signed on or you have to pay a little extra to have additional devices accessing the Wi-Fi.

Yelp
Spur bar drinks and nachos were great. I also highly recommend the Solitude Spa. The body scrub was just what I needed after 3 days of skiing. Spa amenities were great and bonus - you can order drinks from the Spur bar to the locker room hot tub. That in itself is worthy of 5 stars!

Yelp
Great hotel with convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, decent clean rooms. It is about 10 mins drive to Grand Teton and 20 mins to Jackson.
