Reserved a few e-bikes for a few hours to enjoy the Jackson scenery via the bike trails. Staff was very helpful in choosing the right bikes, safety gear, and recommending trails based upon time limits and capabilities. A regular bike would've been fine as rarely used the e-bike power as trails were surprisingly flat a majority of the time. Overall trails were well paved and shared by everyone. Ride was stress free and we had an amazing time. I recommend seeing Jackson via bike as it's a different experience than riding in a car.

Had a great experience renting e-bikes for a day. Staff was especially helpful with getting us setup, and comfortable on the bikes. Brendan went the extra mile explaining how the e-assist worked since I was only familiar with completely motorized bikes. Relaxed, friendly, helpful employees. We even went back for one more seat adjustment before we went for a 7 hour ride. A ride that was recommended by Brendan and we really enjoyed.

Incredible service my first time skiing at Jackson hole and the guys in the rental for my skis pose and helmet were kind experienced and so helpful. They gave me courage because I haven’t been skiing yet this year and the blues were a little challenging and they gave me some good tidbits to stay safe and have a great experience!

The customer service here is TOP NOTCH. I checked in with the rental company that runs the mountain where you buy the lift tickets and they could care less about customer service. We then walked into Teton Village Sports and met Chris who was phenomenal. They even have new e Bikes that fit my 8 year old! Chris was so kind and helpful even gave us special stickers that he had that reminded him of my son, Rad. There was also Brendan who was super helpful and wonderful and one more guy that I'm blanking on his name but was great! We could have just hung out there the whole time if we weren't trying to do a great ride to and from Jackson... Don't rent your bikes anywhere else, this is your spot, and make sure to say hi to Chris. :)

Where to start. Most amazing service I’ve ever experienced at a place like this. Everyone was awesome, and extremely fast. All employees helped me and my family find the best deal and package, recommend trails, and even congratulated us after hearing we did “Bandit.” They were also very helpful for suiting up quickly.

We could not say enough great things about renting e-bikes through them! The staff was so helpful and kind, and the bikes were in great condition as we rode from Jenny Lake and back, parking them with the lock they provided while hiking. We would rent from them again!

I rented a bike from the sports center, and the staff was super friendly. The bike was in great condition, and I had a safe, enjoyable ride while taking in the beautiful fall colors. Highly recommend!

Rented full ski package for a week from Teton and they were very helpful. I had an equipment failure on the last day of my trip and Henry got me set up with a new set of skis and refunded my rentals for the week. I really appreciated them doing the right thing and highly recommend.

After looking at every store in TV this one has a great selection and Cody provided fantastic customer service. Cody helped my husband find snow boots that fit. This is the only store that carried 13 wide which worked pretty good.

A+ for customer service. Thank you for caring about your customers and employees by supplying mask and antibacterial hand cleaner at store entrance.

Helpful, honest, great turn around so I got some more skiing in and still made it to the shuttle on time, great quality - carving better which was a must with icy low coverage conditions. Thank you!

There is Nothing worse than getting off the lift for the first run of the day and your ski pops off causing you to crash, thereby stopping the lift and letting out an obscenity that can be heard by the mountain. But that is what happened to me when the people at Teton Village Sports Failed to do their job and tighten my ski boot to the binder properly. What is worse is that I paid for the more costly demo package, so you would think for more money I'd get better equipment and service. This was a totally messed up job that should have never happened. The binding and boot would not stay on. I had to keep my weight on the bad ski/binding so it would not pop off and try to get down the hill. I snow plowed my way to the bottom and went to their nearby 'sister store,' Jackson Hole Sports. At this location the knowledgeable lady got me a new set of skis and made sure it all worked. Management at Jackson Hole Sports offered me nothing more than an apology and no discount/refund on what could have been a disaster if I had taken the Tram to the top of the Mountain. Therefore, love the lady at Jackson Hole Sports and hate Teton Village Sports. (Nobody asked who did my equipment at Teton Village Sports so this did not happen to other customers)

VERY impressed with this place - rather, the people! We wound up interacting with several representatives of both the retail and the equipment rental side a result of multiple visits (and basically because I don't know a stranger). Each of the folks who helped us - Connor, Abby, Sambo, Simba...were knowledgeable, friendly, and provided us a generous education around the gear we purchased and rented. The retail side had a lot of choice in clothing and accessories; the rental side had quality ski, boot, and helmet options (which again, came with kind, informative staff). Really can't say enough about the product offerings, people, and service (bonus: beer! ;) Should you find yourself in need of gear to buy or rent, you will not be disappointed with TVS.

I came here to get my boots custom fitted after trying at many other ski shops. Andy (don't know his last name, the boot fitter from Massachusetts) helped me and he got it spot on. I was so happy the next day with my ski boots on the slopes. Thanks again Andy!

This is a really great store with some high-end products. In fact there was a jacket that I liked and was a little over $1500. I did not like the color so I asked her associate if they had other colors or could order it for me and the response was that they weren't sure. That kind of ruined my customer service experience but I will say this store has everything you need. If you need some ski gear that you forgot some warm socks or you just want some fashion but close the store has it all.

This is for their bike rentals, we rented 2 bikes and a trailer and had a great experience. They were fast to set us up and get us going. they were super accommodating when we asked if we could put our senior pup in a trailer as she can't walk very far/well because of some problems she has with her back legs. They were one of only 2 shops that would allow us to take our dog so we were super appreciative. The bike trails are amazing and the views are spectacular! Everyone wears masks and they are taking covid seriously so we also appreciated that. Would loved to have had more time to shop as they have some really great brands and had a great summer sale when we were there. Would definitely go back.

Ordered a pair of Oakley's and a Camelbak. Charged my card upon order. Three days later they sent an email stating their was a 'website' error and those products should not have been listed. Got a refund 5-6 days later. Then I received an email today without an unsubscribe asking me to review their company. No problem at all! Here it is! Is this place run by kids? No way this is a serious business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I went to Teton Village Sports twice to demo skis. The first day I waited in line for 30 minutes only to have them double charge my card. The second day they neglected to add insurance even though I asked for it. When I returned the skiis, they fought with me over a small scratch in the base. I won't be heading back a third time. It's not worth the hassle.

First of all, it was my first time in Teton Village and didn't know one ski shop from another. On the very first day of my week of skiing, my brand new ski pole broke in two (Leki Carbon) so I walked into another ski shop first and politely asked if they had any mismatched poles or leftovers, etc that I could borrow for the week. I knew this was unlikely for a shop trying to make money to hand out free gear but I thought, it doesn't hurt to ask. That shop said they would be happy to rent a pair at the usual rate, $10/day. I then walked into Teton Village Sports and asked the same question to a nice woman in rental shop and without hesitation she grabbed one off the rental rack and asked for me to return it when I'm done, free of charge. At that point I decided I would come back to give them some business somehow or another. After a day of skiing with my new boots purchased in Texas, I went back into TVS and the staff there went above and beyond during my multi-day experience. Matt and Andy in the boot shop treated me exceptionally well. I came in with my new boots and some discomfort and after consultations they worked on the boots over three separate days to get the fit dialed in. This required grinding plastic and eventually a punch on one stubborn boot. They helped me find an upgraded insole to replace the factory throw-away insole. All of this service came at a great price. The insoles were not marked up beyond MSRP either. Then when I mentioned to the boot shop guys that my binding was too tight, they sent me over to the ski shop. That guy was out of the shop at the moment so I wrote down my stats for the chart and left them with another nice lady, and departed for more skiing. Shortly thereafter I got a text from Matt (who doesn't even work in the ski shop area) that they checked everything and recommended to adjust the DIN setting, and to come back in at my convenience to make the adjustment. They did that at no additional charge. Very rarely do I get this kind of service anywhere, so it's important for others to know this is the shop to go to in Teton Village. Thanks TVS!

This store sold me two different sized Sorrel boots (I need size nine and they sold me a left size nine and right size ten) and they are refusing to give me the correct size boot or refund me. I have tried reaching out to the store via email, facebook, and phone, and they have simply not responded. I have been told multiple times on the phone that I will be called back on the same day and never hear back. I am out $170 with mismatched-sized boots. This has been one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever encountered. Don't shop here.

Friendly knowledgeable staff when it comes to outfitting you for skis. Wide variety of equipment to choose from. The retail store carries stylish ski clothing and accessories.

My fiance and I rented skis for three days, once for a 2 day and then for a single day after taking a day off. It was a holiday weekend but the staff was polite, quick and knowledgeable. Plenty of demos to choose from, and we were in and out in 10 minutes and on to the slopes quickly! Highly recommended, the same price as any of the other shops on the mountain. Just make sure you reserve online to get the online discount.

I'm surprised by the other reviews, because we had a great experience here. The guys in the rental section were very helpful, patient and kind. The price for renting right out of the ski resort was surprisingly reasonable, too!

I'm writing two reviews. 5-stars: We used this business one day for bike rentals and had a fabulous experience. Those working this area were warm, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend getting your bike rentals from here. The people truly made it a good experience. 2-star: We went to another area of the store where you get fishing licenses and did not have a good experience. While the process was easy, the man who took our information made it obvious he was not happy with me. I saw that he threw away the information with our personal information on it. When I asked (nicely) if that's what he threw out and if I could have it back to destroy of it properly you would have thought I asked for the world. They either need to get a shredder or return this documentation to each individual. There was another man there who took our payment and he was nice. I think he was in tune to the other guys attitude too. When your business depends on visitors why would you give attitude?

Went into Teton Village Sports yesterday to purchase sunglasses for my wife. The only person In the store helping anyone left as soon as she was finished. Asked for the manager and some guy in a ball cap named Jim came out of some makeshift office. I introduce myself with a handshake and he immediately crosses his arms and starts leaning in to our conversation as if to intimidate me. I explained what I encountered with the lack of help and he did not utter one word. When I asked him if he understood what I was saying, his reply was..."Yeah". I asked him if was going to correct the issue and assist me and he (believe it or not) said, "No". This entire mind-blowing, non-customer service experience was witnessed by my wife and friends (who we were skiing with). I would give this place no stars, but the system will not publish without them. Avoid this place by all means! Tim

Rented a pair of skis/boots for a few days. They offer to allow you to leave the skis with them overnight to avoid having to carry them with you and also to avoid having to fit the boots to new skis every time. This would be fine if they didn't misplace/re-rent my skis out not once, but twice. The saving grace was that they comped me a full day rental for the inconvenience. Overall, service was fast and friendly, highly conveniently located, but selection was somewhat limited and of course the issue with leaving the skis overnight. Were it not for them offering the comp I probably would have given 3 stars.

As I was visiting Jackson Hole, I needed to rent ski equipment. I had a discount card to get 50% off demo ski rentals. I was hugely disappointed. Not only did they not honor the 50% off for a demo ski rental (they said because of a low snow level at base, they didn't want to rent out demos unless you were 100% sure you were going to buy them at the end of the day) they did not even compensate for the lack of demo rental ability by honoring even a 50% off on general rentals. To top it off, the employees would not let my friend borrow a wrench to fix his own bindings. I was VERY disappointed with the customer service and will NOT go back to Teton Village Sports when I visit Jackson again.

Had a bad experience with a rude kid who was manning the boot/ski service desk by the front door. He seemed genuinely pissed off when we eventually asked for help after standing in front of him for 5 minutes without him looking up. He said he was extremely busy and we said we'd go somewhere else. Ended up buying a pair of Technica AT boots at the locally owned and awesomely staffed Wilson Backcountry Sports in Wilson about a 10 minute drive away. Will avoid shopping at TVS in the future.

I asked for their technical cooling garments and was shown a very limited selection. Disappointed.

I have to say that as a local living out here for 3 years, I have never once been let down by this store. The service is absolutley impeccable and the brands are superior to any other vendor in the village. I would highly reccomend this store to anyone looking for the best gear and service in Jackson Hole
