Deep flavoured hen-shoyu ramen, featuring wonderfully thick, short and chewy home made noodles. The broth transmits all the poultry in it, without being too salty nor too thick. Really enjoyable. Chicken toppings are not the best, with some chashu and hen skins, but the pork chashu was wonderful and with a smoky flavor. Price was fair. The ambience is good. A very recommended spot to have authentic ramen, with no fancy distractions: great broth, amazing noodles.
