The ramen was excellent, the noodles had a great texture and the broth was fantastic, I loved the mushroom in it, this was my first time in this area and I would come back just for this place. Everyone loved their food in our group.

This is just personal preference, but I thought the broth was a bit too oily, and although it was flavourful, it made me feel very heavy at the end. But if you like that, and thicker, chewy noodles, then this may be for you!

Small handmade noodle shop. The queue was quite long but worth to wait. The noodle was chewy and full of flavor! We ordered cold noodles because of the hot day. Delicious!!!

Waited for around 10 mins, staff were friendly , noodle was quite special, not the usual type of ramen youd get. Chicken was tender and soft and egg was perfectly cooked! Good rec

This ramen shop is located close to the JR Ebisu station and remains immensely popular even late at night.

The noodles had a nice chewy texture, which I appreciated. However, the broth was a little bit too salty and oily.
It tasted like too much chicken skin had been rendered with too little water, making the broth feel unbalanced.
With a better broth ratio, this could be a quite good bowl of ramen.
Also, be aware that you need to place your order at a vending machine before lining up.

I got the 親鶏中華そば (Soba noodles with chicken).
The first thing I do when I have a soup type meal is the broth test, and this passed the test the second the broth hit my tongue. The broth is rich in flavour, and smooth.
The texture of the noodles is perfect; you can order medium thickness or extra thickness.
The chicken has a chewiness, while the other meat is tender with a salty taste.
You can order extras to add to the meal.
Very affordable.
10/10 will go back.

Deep flavoured hen-shoyu ramen, featuring wonderfully thick, short and chewy home made noodles. The broth transmits all the poultry in it, without being too salty nor too thick. Really enjoyable. Chicken toppings are not the best, with some chashu and hen skins, but the pork chashu was wonderful and with a smoky flavor. Price was fair. The ambience is good. A very recommended spot to have authentic ramen, with no fancy distractions: great broth, amazing noodles.
