I was so excited to surprise my husband with a steak he wasn't expecting, and I'd been thinking about a cactus blossom all day. The blossom itself was good, but they gave me an empty cup instead of the horseradish dip I paid for. Tragic. That's ok. I made some chipotle mayo at home and ate that. Unfortunately, the steak was extremely fatty. Some fat is ok. It's where the flavor comes from. But I've never seen such a fatty NY Strip before. Not at a restaurant charging $26.99 for a plate. That was really the biggest disappointment. Especially when you order to-go and there's nothing you can do once you're home, which is 30 minutes away. The service at the to-go window was really fast, and the people working were very nice. The fries and mashed potatoes were delicious. The rolls were amazing as usual. The steak was well seasoned. It was just difficult to eat through all the fat.

One of THE BEST restaurant in Danbury CT! The portions are generous. I bought a chicken sandwich meal, the chicken was so fresh, was still delicious the next day. The staff is great too! Tyler our waiter is awesome! My friends love him!

My teenager wanted to try this place because of the bread. He had two baskets omg! We both had NY strips, which I was happily surprised at how good they were. I had a Caesar salad, and sweet potato (with marshmallows) and enjoyed them both. He had a loaded baked potato, and veggies. We also had the onion blooming thing. I’d do it again. My boys went back, together, for dinner tonight, so I guess it’s our thing now. The place is BUSTLING. People were just pouring in. It was a Sunday, but the server said it’s hopping all day, every day. Despite the crowd, everything moved smoothly…it’s a well run machine. And the servers were all extremely nice and helpful. They also have plenty of reserved parking for veterans, which I think is really nice.

I received raw shrimp with my steak. My steak was hard and dry when I had asked for medium well.

Went to Texas Roadhouse for the first time. It was a real pleasure. From the moment we entered the space we were treated like family. Sam, Jennifer, and Cassie took amazing care of us. We loved the experience. The food was great. The service the match of any 5 star restaurant. We will go again and again. This is what customer service is. ALL about fantastic dining experience. With gratitude and appreciation - Rodney

Ate here 3 times got the filet twice, ribs once. No complaints. Servers very efficient, cordial, and friendly. All business. Restaurant was very busy and service and good, attitudes among staff did not deteriorate. No rush to push you out either which was nice. Food was good quality cooked as requested. Prices are OK, in line with decent quality, not cheap but not expensive either. Atmosphere is good, loud but manageable for a crowded place. I am amazed how a high volume restaurant as this it keeps up a good experience. I hope it continues.

Google
GREAT experience at this branch. Driving home to New England from teaching a session in Pennsylvania. Stopped here after a 5 hour drive with 5 more to go. Stopped by Texas Roadhouse to have a steak. Loved that they had prime rib. Asked for rare and they got close enough (red color and warm). Great cut. Meat was moist and tender. One of the best I’ve had in a while and rivaled any high end steakhouse. Started with the shrimp skewers and a vodka on the rocks. Prime rib meal came with a Caesar salad and a side of fresh veggies (broccoli and carrots). Fresh baked bread was complimentary. Had a glass of house Cabernet with the meal. Everything fresh and hot. Sat at the bar and service was solid. If I’m in the area again, I will definitely stop here again.

Yelp
My best friend and I just left this establishment and this is the best restaurant experience we've ever had. The happiness that my friend and I have experienced at this Texas roadhouse is unmatched. The food was amazing. The service was spectacular and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Everything was cooked to perfection and was brought to the table in a timely matter. I was so happy there were a little tears streaming from my eyes because of how genuinely happy I was to be here. I ordered a 6 ounce sirloin steak and a side of shrimp and everything was cooked so well that I took a home with me so I can continue to have this amazing experience at home. Our waiter Jimbo was extremely kind and extremely professional and made our experience so much better. He periodically checked to make sure that everything was good and that we were having a good time, and the manager also personally stopped by and checked in on our experience as well. If I could, I would get married in this restaurant.

Yelp
There was a few mishaps during my time here so truthfully I want to give this 3 stars but I'll explain why they get a 4 instead. First my dad did the "call ahead" reservation online which just basically puts you in line for a table. We expected to wait on a Saturday night! I check in with the hostess, she confirms our name and says it'll be about 10min. Well 38mins go by and they keep calling tables of 2 before us. At first I thought they were just waiting in their car or something but then I got up and asked about our wait and they claim we received a text for table 30mins ago. We did not. And it looked like our name was put into an online section? Idk but essentially they seated a bunch of people before us. That part was annoying. They seated us immediately after our conversation which was good. Unfortunately got seated in the back corner right up against the bathrooms The food took awhile, again I get it because it was a packed Saturday night. We both ordered our steaks Medium (pink inside). My NY strip was definitely over cooked more like well done but I was starving. My dad's cook was grey inside. The manager asked us how our meal was so I explained the steak is over cooked and she agreed and offered a refund or a new steak. We went for the new steak. After a few minutes it came and was very good. Overall, it was an annoying experience! If we didn't advocate for ourselves it would have been a terrible experience. That being said, as we did advocate for ourselves, the staff had an opportunity to fix things the best they could. And for that, I'll give 4 stars instead of 3. I won't need to return anytime soon but I'll try it again eventually.

Yelp
I am never disappointed when visiting any Texas Roadhouse restaurant, and I am glad to have this one in Danbury, Ct just 10 minutes away from me. The food is excellent and cooked perfectly the way I like it. They have a variety of stakes all cooked to one's delight. My favorite is the Stake and Shrimp with a choice of two sides. I chose sweet potato and the house salad. Both did not disappoint. The drinks were a good selection from the bar or just iced tea or water. The waiter was very attentive and checked in every couple of minutes. The atmosphere in general was comfortable and enjoyable. The seating was also very comfortable and very Child friendly with crayons at the table to keep the young one busy while we ordered. I love that sweet hot bread, and to top it off, Paying at the table was convenient and easy. This is the place to go especially when family is visiting from out of town. The prices are reasonable and well worth the food portions. Expect to pay approx -- $90. for three people with a good tip of 25%. That is without the entre'e. This is my all time favorite as my nugget in the pocket. I can't wait to go back again. ;)

Yelp
We visited this Texas roadhouse on Mother's Day. Keeping that in mind, I'm a little surprised myself that I'm about to give a five star rating, but they earned it. Lots of parking around the whole restaurant, including Veteran's only parking on one of the corners. Very clean inside with lots of decor to match the restaurant theme. The entire staff was very helpful and amazing from the start. Shockingly we only waited about 8 minutes for a table. Pricing was cheaper than I expected, including the steaks. The food was great. Lots of delicious menu choices. You are given buttery rolls with cinnamon butter tWe started with the fried onion. Very crispy with a nicely season batter. The dipping sauce had a little kick to it. The country fried sirloin was delicious. Cut thin and fried perfectly. The gravy on top was also delicious. Looking forward to my next trip here.

Yelp
I brought my family here out for a late lunch / early dinner on a Friday afternoon. We were seated immediately. Our server was great, very patient with my kids and polite. Unfortunately the restaurant had an issue with their CO2 system so most of the drink options were not available. We had an appetizer of fried pickles (a family favorite) which were served hot and were delicious. My wife had the grilled shrimp dinner which she said was good. I had the beef tip dinner. The gravy was very well made but i could have used more steak and less mushrooms. ( still, delicious)

Yelp
This is my family's absolute favorite chain restaurant! Everything is always fabulous! Great quality food (always cooked to perfection), friendly staff, great prices and a really fun atmosphere! I wish they would open a location closer to my house in NY lol! But until then, this is my favorite location. Our favorite things to order are: 6oz Dallas Filet (I always double the salad vs the other sides just because I loooove their salad with the Italian dressing). The Andy's Steak & Chicken Critters and my kids favorites. And the hubby always gets something different but is always happy with whatever he ordered. Also, we all order med-rare and have never had anything over cooked! We love you Texas Roadhouse! See you in the New Year!

Yelp
We have been to many Texas Roadhouse Restaurants & it's the same, great food across the board. They all serve those warm rolls w. The cinnamon butter, at the same time ur being seated! For us it's a huge plus when the kids r hungry! Very kid friendly!! they always give a new box of crayons, w. A "rangers coloring book" On the menu theres, 2 options "kids & Ranger Meals" which is perfect bc our little one is only 4yrs old! As u walk-in they have, what they call "perfect hand-cut steaks" u can select ur choice now, or from the menu! One of our go-to's has always been the 12oz New York strip steak! & we have never been unhappy! Seasoned perfectly! The rib appetizer w fries! I swear once we have the bread & appetizer we r full & ready to go! So we always ask for to-go boxes & our meal gets packed away for the following day!! When celebrating a Bday, they will bring a saddle, no matter the age, & have everyone participate in the "YEE-Haw" super cute!! Brian is the dining room mgr & checks in to make sure we enjoyed our dinner, super nice of him to do!! Prices are also reasonable, & they're always sending out coupons, in my email! This place is definitely 5 stars across the board!

Yelp
Texas Roadhouse in Danbury is a fun place, the bartenders Ashlyn and Lexi are always attentive and helpful. The owner is really friendly and wants to see you enjoy it! My only negatives are they removed Michelob Ultra from tap and the last two visits our steaks were not as good as expected. I had ordered Prime Rib (usually excellent btw) but after ordering was told they ran out and they substituted a ribeye, but my ribeye was undercooked and the quality cut was tough, chewy and fatty. Just not good. The appetizers are excellent shrimp skewers, chili and Cesar Salads, all good and the fresh bread is amazing (be careful with carbs). My daughter likes Filet Mignon and after two times having her disappointed I finally realized they're serving Filet of Sirloin not Filet or Filet Mignon and it is chewy, tougher and not the Filet Mignon she prefers. So it's not Texas Roadhouse's fault completely, but I wish they'd name it Filet of Sirloin not just Filet. Buyer be ware. Overall the ambience, service and experience is always excellent, when they have Prime Rib or I plan on Ribeye it's been great. The sides and choices are excellent as well... fries, potatoes loaded, mashed, or rice, broccoli and much more. Oh yes, there pulled pork and ribs are comparable to top BBQ joints, definitely a great choice.

Yelp
My current favorite place for beef at affordable prices. I love the prime rib! The seasoning is spot on and it cuts like butter! Also enjoyed the ribeye there. The side salad is great and the rolls with the cinnamon butter - the best! I also enjoy the classic margarita. The service is quick and attentive. It is noisy there, but I go when I want some great beef, not for the ambiance.

Yelp
great food, service, friendly staff, poor employment. I know someone who has applied for the Danbury location several times within six months and they were rejected and denied every time due to the fact of 2 current employees. This person has told me they have spoken with an attorney, and the attorney stated that it was illegal to discriminate an applicant over the fact of current employees preventing them from an employment opportunity under the discrimination act of EEO. They supposedly wanted to report the company location to the Better Business Bureau for this reason because they felt it was very unfair of the Danbury location now I was also told by someone else I know who works in the Waterbury location that it is a good place to work. I just hope that the Danbury location takes it into consideration and take the advice that maybe they should give their applicants regardless of what current employees they have now say or do to prevent applicants for job opportunities to give applicants a fair chance because it also looks bad publicly to where it could cost the company business big time. Other than that, the company is a great company otherwise based upon their food and their service and their friendly staff otherwise. I give the company a 3 star rating

Yelp
Great service, great food. Try the ribs, so good, and prices are reasonable. We had a great waiter, Adam, friendly, polite and funny! The place is very clean, great menus.

Yelp
First time in a Texas Roadhouse and it won't be my last. Been wanting to try a Texas Roadhouse location for years and finally got the chance to. Inside is casual with a good atmosphere. If you like steak, this is a place for you. While they do have other options on the menu, the steak is the main event here. The menu has enough of a variety to appease most. On the table, there is a bucket with a bag of peanuts for you. As much as I wanted to have some, I declined as soon as I had the rolls. The rolls were excellent as was the butter. Honestly, I could've eaten an entire large bowl of just the rolls and been content. Ordered the combo appetizer (you can choose up to 3), which included the spicy boneless Buffalo wings, twisted Mozzarella, and tater skins. Everything tasted great. For the entrée, I ordered the porterhouse T-Bone while my companion ordered the filet medallions. Everything was cooked perfectly. Sides were good - I had ordered the broccoli and mashed potatoes - both good. I had wanted to take a picture to post here, but everything looked so good that I forgot to take the pictures of my dish. Maybe next time. The Hurricane margarita was tasty. Staff was overall friendly. Our waitress Sam was wonderful and absolutely perfect. I'd come back here again just for her. Plenty of parking. The place can get VERY crowded during a rush, so if you know you're coming here, be sure to leave yourself some time and expect to possibly wait. We got here right before the rush and upon leaving there was a lot of people waiting for seats to open up. Unsure if they do reservations here, but if they do it's recommended. Overall nice and fun place. Been wanting to try them for years and finally got the chance to. I will be back here (or any location) again and look forward to doing so. Come with an appetite, because you're going to need it.

Yelp
Good Texas Roadhouse location, steak was cooked perfectly if a bit underseasoned. Appetizers a bit cold. Service was excellent. Great place to get a steak without breaking the bank.
google avatar

Yelp
Not our worst Texas Roadhouse experience, but not our best either. Our server didn't bring over rolls (almost the whole reason we went), and we had to ask him several times before they finally arrived to our table right before the meal came but after appetizers. Then the server offered my dad A1, he said yes, and then forgot to bring and again, we had to ask for it. The steaks were cooked correctly which we've struggled with at other locations, so we were glad for that.

Yelp
I brought my twin 13-year old daughters for steak. They had not had porterhouse, so they each had the 23 ounce porterhouse, and I had the bone-in rib eye, all ordered medium rare, which on the menu is represented as warm red center. My rib eye was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Both porterhouses were cut inconsistently with the filet side cut thinner than the strip side and were both overcooked on that side as a result. The strip steak side was medium for one and medium well for the other. I didn't realize they were so cooked, or I would have sent at least one, maybe both, back for replacement. The daughter with the less-cooked steak ate hers; the other one ate about half. We ordered the vegetables for 2 of the sides - they consisted of a small bowl of broccoli and carrots. It's hard to determine how they cook them, because, although they were cooked to the correct doneness, they were not moist like one expects broccoli and carrots to be. We had steak fries, baked potato and sweet potato for the second side, and they were all very good. One daughter had the cheesecake for dessert, and she thought the strawberry topping was delicious, but the cheesecake itself was absolutely devoid of flavor. I ordered a glass of Cabernet without specifying. There were only 2 choices - Dark Horse and Josh. The one I got - apparently Dark Horse - for me was undrinkable. They were kind enough to replace it with a glass of Josh, which was acceptable, not great. At least I could drink it. They served a basket of hot rolls as soon as we sat down that came with whipped butter mixed with cinnamon - not my taste. It's nice that they were hot, but Better rolls with more flavor and regular unflavored butter would be better in my opinion. The service was excellent. We called 45 minutes in advance and were seated as soon as we walked in at 2:30 Sunday afternoon. All the service staff were very courteous. punctual and attentive. There was no extended wait for anything, and there was no issue with replacing my wine. I'm pretty confident that if I were more alert and requested to replace any of the steaks that were overcooked, there would have been no issue. I wish I had, so I could include positive feedback about that in my review. They've done a great job with the setup of the restaurant - large wood rafters and beams and a bunch - maybe 8 or 10 - of large screen TVs with sports events in the bar area. I thought the music in the restaurant area was a little loud, which made it hard to hear my girls, but others didn't seem to have an issue with it. So, overall, I would recommend the restaurant for the steak with a caveat to be watchful that it's cooked how you like it. I would like to see a better assortment of vegetables - more greens - but others may not be as persnickety; and I'd like to see them steamed or cooked to retain the moisture. A better assortment of better quality desserts would also improve my rating. I polled the girls, and they assign a rating of 4; mine would be 3, so overall, we're a 4, but I think that's generous.

Yelp
My experience every time at this location is a wonderful one. Especially this one, Sam was great she made us feel great the whole night and was one step ahead of us refilling our bread and drinks catering to our every need.

Yelp
Sitting at the bar I was offered service right away and handed those amazing rolls of bread! I ordered the New York strip with baked potato and rice. The entire meal was delicious and the steak was cooked to my liking. The bartender was very nice and checked in just enough to be sure I was good with everything.

Yelp
Great value. Really good food and a good variety on the menu. Servers are friendly and there's plenty of parking.

Yelp
we always have a great experience here, ben and ally are truly the best! texas roadhouse is always great, but the awesome service here really makes our experiences. today i tried something new - the steakhouse filet salad, and it was amazing! such velvety filet and a very fresh salad :) highly recommend this TRH!

Yelp
I first tried Texas Roadhouse in North Carolina when I went there for a business trip, and thought the food was great and the service was awesome. I was happy there was one near me when I returned home. I did not like this location at all. Food was very bland and service was not great. The best thing they served there was the free bread. I will not return.

Yelp
Food quality / price (value) rating 10. Consistency is also a 10. I typically don't write additional reviews unless something important changes. My take-away from this place is that the owner knows how to hire dedicated employees and managers, and understands how important dedicated employees are to the success of any business, and most importantly in a service business such as Texas Roadhouse. In the last fifty years that I've been paying attention to the restaurant business, the one thing I've seen consistently occur with a growing chain is promotion and the incentive of OWNERSHIP for key employees. This place has a well oiled machine consisting of (most importantly ) Ben, the GM, who's willingnes and enthusiasm to interact with customers is unequaled, and Alexi and Ashley behind the bar, and several other long term wait staff that constantly perform above grade! The owner, Matt, can confidently count on this dedicated staff to drive his expansion to open more restaurants!

Kimberly A.

Yelp
I come here fairly often, especially when my mother is in town. Service is always friendly and attentive (our server tonight, Sam, was above and beyond amazing). Food was on par for what you're expecting, steaks were cooked perfectly. Only partially negative thing, was the time between ordering and getting our food. I highly recommend getting a salad for one of your sides as that seems to act like a good buffer before your entree arrives.
google avatar

Kellie R.

Yelp
I absolutely love this Texas Roadhouse location! The staff are always friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. My fiancé and I always get the same dishes each time- Country Fried Chicken and Country Fried Sirloin with a side of seasoned rice and a loaded baked potato/loaded mashed potatoes for sides. I also order an extra side of gravy. The margaritas and Long Island Iced Tea are also really good but they don't load it with alcohol (you have to order extra tequila for your margaritas). This is a great place for comfort food and a fun time! (Shout out to our waiter Josh who warned us about the downpour outside in case we had our windows down in the car. He was awesome throughout our meal)!

Roy M.

Yelp
Food was great. Hospitality was great. Good service. Looking for more items in chicken section. Steak was made perfectly. It's our usual spot if we choose steak for lunch or dinner. Parking is tight in busy time. Good location.

Yelp
I went here on a cold winters night with my teenage daughter. We ordered steaks and baked potatoes and salads. We asked for medium rare, and both of them came out so rare we had to send them back. I've never actually done that- I'm not a Karen- but the steaks were pricy so we wanted to enjoy them. They quickly replaced our meals and the steaks were juicy, tender, well seasoned and perfectly medium rare. While we waited for our meals they served us wonderfully sweet rolls with whipped cinnamon butter- it was way too tasty. I could put down half a dozen of those rolls. Yum. We almost ruined our appetites from snarfing them down. They serve sealed bags of peanuts at every table, so if you're allergic, you might want to avoid this place. Personally I love them so it's a nice munch for me. The decor is well done and looks accurate as far as roadhouses in Texas go. Plenty of good country music and a festive, bright atmosphere. Great place for date night.
google avatar

Reginald W.

Yelp
Everything was spot on! From the time we entered to the time we exited. The customer service was great. The decor and ambiance was quite pleasant. The food was awesome. The owner came to our table and asked if all is well. That was great. I will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
The service was good. The food was okay I wasn't a huge fan. The drink I got was really good!

Yelp
It is a typical Texas Roadhouse! Which is a great thing if you love barbecue! If you are new to Texas Roadhouse, you should know that you will most likely leave with an insanely full stomach. Parking is fine and the service is great. I will say that this is the most well-run Roadhouse we have been to, and I have been to many. The location is great because you can come dine after a day of shopping. I wouldn't bother ordering appetizers as the bread they serve is a meal in itself. If you do order an appetizer, bloomin onion is a great choice especially if you have a squad with you. I ordered the pulled pork dinner and my wife ordered the chicken crispers. The pulled pork was so good and is the best item on the menu in my opinion My wife did not like the chicken as it was very fatty. She found fat in every piece. Roadhouse is worth coming going to if you've never been!!
google avatar

Andrew D.

Yelp
We came in on a Saturday night and the place was packed! Hostess seated us right away with two baskets of hot rolls (bonus points !) . Adam (Ice Bear) was our server and he was great! He connected and offered some off menu steaks. I took on the 20oz New York Strip for this trip. Service and food were great!

Yelp
I rarely eat steak. When I do, I like this restaurant. Love rolls and cinnamon butter. Sides are ok, some just taste like salt.

Yelp
I LOVE Texas Roadhouse.!! Hands down best food wonderful service and let's talk about the creativity and wonderful style that each roadhouse has to offer such wonderful space. We go often to Texas road house as a family and each time is epic. I love picking my own steak eyeing it and claiming it "hey you yea you mine get in my Belly".!!!! I have gone to many roadhouses in NY such as Kingston , to Poughkeepsie, even when we visit Florida I love them all.

Yelp
Not good.. Service was horrible on a Sunday night at 5pm. Wasn't overly busy.. Ordered apps first.. Then waiter came back 10 min later and took our main order. First thing we received were the sides for the main course. Then 10 minutes later a basket of bread with cinnamon butter..which was gross. Then our appetizer came along with our regular meals. My steak came well done and I ordered medium..flavorless. My Buffalo wings came super hot and I ordered medium. No baked beans as a side at a Texas steakhouse? Lesson learned and will not return..Applebee's would have been better and cheaper with more options.
google avatar

Mike S.

Yelp
Ambiance was great, greeted and seated as soon as I walked in, pretty busy when arrived also. Service was prompt and very friendly. Had the 8oz Dallas filet, asked for rare, perfectly prepared and seasoned.
google avatar

Kathy X.

Yelp
Texas Roadhouse is truly the place to go if you want a SUPER filling meal! I ordered the Country Fried Chicken with the creamy gravy, and it's pretty good. The chicken is well cooked and tender. The buttered corn is pretty standard, but the potato is perfectly baked. I will say they aren't super generous with the bacon bits, but overall it was delicious. And OH! Can't forget those delicious dinner rolls with cinnamon sugar butter!
google avatar

Greg G.

Yelp
The value here is actually pretty good considering how much the price of food has gone up. I was here on business tonight, after a day long meeting and dining alone. Service was great but I will note, and it did downgrade my rating, I was asked if I wanted to sit at the bar. I did not. I wanted to be away from people in a booth or table away from the shoulder to shoulder at the bar. The hostess asked me again, do you want to sit at the bar. I said no. Then they asked if I minded a booth by the bar. Ok. I followed my seat guide to the bar area, where I was told again, "we do have seats at the bar if you'd rather be here". No! I don't understand this place. What if I had a drinking issue? I tip pretty well and eat quickly, especially dining alone. My table will turn quickly. I was very disgusted by the seating. I ate my salad, steak and fries and paid. I left before I was asked about dessert. Maybe I could have eaten it at the bar.

Yelp
Great service! Delicious food and drinks. The warm rolls are spectacular! Always a fun place to go...get on the saddle for your birthday!

Yelp
Typical experience. Steak was tough, under seasoned and overcooked. Low quality products and it showed in taste, flavor and presentation. Server however was fantastic and great to deal with. I was with a group that likes this chain. Personally I'm not a huge fan of this chain because it's so predictable in menu and quality has sunk over the years. long overdue for a refresh and consider some more sophistication in menu, quality, options and freshness. They drastically need to revamp and overhaul their menu and options, and deal with the low quality of beef if they want to stay in the steakhouse business.

Robert K.

Yelp
Staff members were friendly and helpful. our waitress was Xio and she made gret recoommendations. The food was cooked as we ordered and tasted good.

Olivia K.

Yelp
Came here for a birthday, Garrett took care of us and we cannot recommend him enough! A knowledgable, courteous, and overall kind individual; he helped my family pick out what would be best for their meals. Throughout the evening he was extremely attentive to our drinks and making sure our meal was going perfectly. Can't wait to come back

Yelp
Excellent steaks and appetizers. The fresh rolls and butter are to die for. We love the chili. Did you know you can upgrade your cup to a bowl for $1? Service is always great and I love munching on the peanuts while waiting for my perfectly cooked steak. Never been disappointed. We return often.

Yelp
My family loves the food here. Steaks are always good. My kids love filet and it's reasonably priced. Our server today was outstanding! Steven- he's the best and we will request him in future visits. He had refills for the kids lemonades when he saw them empty and they hadn't even asked yet! Fun atmosphere here too! I love the large margaritas with a patron kicker! Keeping this momma happy!

Yelp
Danbury Texas Roadhouse should add Nachos to its menu. We really need a Texas Roadhouse in Northern Westchester County, N.Y. With the right location and management, it would do really well in many peoples opinion! We don't have anything like Texas Roadhouse in the whole area. Most of us have to travel up to Danbury or Poughkeepsie.

Yelp
Packed on a Saturday night! I suggest getting on the waitlist online before heading down. Service was was great, very friendly. We were a party of 6 and all enjoyed what we got, except for the person that ordered the filet medallions. She said they were tough and chewy. I got the chicken critters which are the best chicken tenders! With honey mustard of course. I always get the chili as a side because it's really good. I suggest asking for butter on the side of your baked or sweet potato because they put so much on. I got brown sugar and cinnamon on my sweet potato also. Pork chops were a hit as well as the prime rib and strip steaks. We all love the bread with cinnamon butter. We all left stuffed and the bill wasn't bad at all.

Yelp
Texas Roadhouse is definitely a top tier fast casual. Simple menu, very little room for error. I got a full slab of ribs, seasoned rice and loaded mashed potatoes. Everything came out perfectly. The ribs were juicy and delicious, the rice was... Rice. And the loaded mashed potatoes were loaded mashed potatoes. Everything was perfect. I sat at the bar and Allie was wonderful. I always forget this place is here or I'd come more often. Keep up the good work.

Yelp
The food is good! What I didn't like was my experience. I ordered a medium well bone in rib eye steak with cooked onions and it came out medium rare. The waiter was gracious enough to take it back and cook it till it was medium well. When he brought it back he included another potato with sour cream. He forgot to include the onions and a fly landed on my fresh potato and got stuck in the sour cream. I can't blame the restaurant for flies coming through a open door but it took away from a nice experience. The chefs should learn how to make a medium well steak without sending it back. You fill up on the sides and then you're full when the main entree is brought back out.

Yelp
Love the place. Delicious food. Glad we tribally tried it. Like I said food was delicious, friendly staff, our waiter gave us great suggestions since it was our first time here and it was worth it. Definitely coming back!

Yelp
Finally made it here after they have been in my town for a few years.. let's start with the good. The service and people working in this establishment are friendly and attentive, just extraordinary! For food... the chili is superb and the complimentary bread and cinnamon butter is out of this world. For the main meal... my New York strip steak, bone-in was HUGE, perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned and I got it smothered with mushrooms and onions-- this was a big mistake because it was super salty. My steak by itself would've been perfect. My BF got the sirloin and shrimp combo, also he got his steak smothered, same issue, super salty. But his shrimp is perfectly cooked and seasoned. Now, for the sides, corn was sweet, broccoli was fresh and crispy, mashed potatoes just okay ( brown gravy was meh) and his baked loaded potato... again, super salty. I'd skip on the drinks, since you barely taste the liquor. Over all, big portions for the price you pay. Will I come back? Yes, for the steak and to try some other food on the menu, but will never get anything smothered again. Use a steak sauce if you must but no to overly salty mushrooms and onions. My honest review, for food and service based on experience, 3 stars for food, 5 stars for service!

Yelp
The in-restaurant experience is what you'd expect, a little loud, but the beer is reasonably priced and the steaks are delicious. I would not recommend take-out from this location, though. My kids like to get take out from here, but the last three times the order was incomplete. Not going to do that again! The manager was very friendly and accommodating when I called, but just too much money to be frustrated every time.

Yelp
Good meal, good service. Can't go wrong with the chili, ribs, filet, mashed or baked. Offers a good value for a reliably nice meal.
