My Husband and I stayed for three days at the Texas White House and it was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and service was great! We stayed in the Land of Contrast suite. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was to die for! We loved the vintage tube and spaciousness of the bathroom. It was wonderful to sit outside in the evening and drink wine and wake up the next morning to breakfast outside as well. The location is great being close to magnolia we were able to plan fun nights and be close to our stay! My husband loved the robes and ended up purchasing one to take home. We will defiantly be booking again! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I stayed here over the weekend. Our room was in the carriage house behind the main home. Our room exceeded my expectations! It had a spa- like feel and I could see that the owners paid attention to detail regarding how to make it feel special and comfortable. The bed was fantastic and the sheets were super soft. The decor was modern with a Texas spin. It was super quiet, calming and peaceful. We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed in the Lone Star room for our wedding night (5/19/18) and we wish that we could've stayed longer! I received a text the day of our check-in for instructions since we would be arriving late. Once we arrived around midnight, we had no issues entering the property or our room. The room is so unique! I slept great and breakfast the next morning was fantastic. Magen was quick to address my husband's food allergies and albeit short, we really enjoyed our stay. We're local to the area but I would highly recommend others to book any of the rooms here as we hope to do the same in the near future. Thanks for the great service gals!

My husband and I were in Ft. Worth to visit family over the Fourth of July weekend and we stayed at the Texas White House. The bed in the Land of Contrast room was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it and the adjoining bathroom was HUGE - I recommend a nice bubble bath in the claw foot tub! The breakfasts that were served were wonderful and creative. The snacks left for us in the evening were fabulous. Cindy the owner, and Mindy, her faithful sidekick did a great job treating us like royalty and providing us a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The whole White House experience was above and beyond all of my expectations.

May I tell you what a “gem” in the city that this place is? We drove over from Dallas to do a find jewelry show yesterday at River Crest Country Club and needed a place to overnight in Fort Worth. It is so very well-maintained, a 1910 Victorian home that has been modernized but kept all the charm of its era. And may I tell you that the breakfast there is divine? Chef Cindy, also the owner, really has done a wonderful job! We highly recommend you trying this place!

This was our first bed and breakfast experience. We loved walking in and the warm feeling the house gives off. There is a great character about the home, and loved spending our mornings there. We had our own bathrooms, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast in the mornings are different each day, and always very savory. My wife and I highly recommend this place.

I was traveling alone for work and it was in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants & bars. The house was decorated with such beautiful things from the owners travels. The room was very spacious, lots of books & magazines to read , rv, fan lots to keep you cozy. Mini fridge outside of room brought cold water every day. Chef owned so the breakfast was incredible! Just super nice owner & staff. I will be making this my place to stay every few months! Close to all FtWoorth has to offer!

My husband and I spent a week at The Texas White House back in 2013 (our wedding week!) before eloping and heading home. Cindy was so accommodating and thoughtful and made sure the week before our big day was very special, and on the actual day of our wedding we returned to find a sweet little strawberry cake and card waiting for us, just because that's who Cindy is. We loved it so much that we returned for our first wedding anniversary and have never stopped recommending it. We have since moved Fort Worth, and we still plan on returning to this wonderful little spot many more times!
