What an interesting place to go for a spot of breakfast or lunch. They had a great menu, with little hidden gems, of which I had one, a yummy freshly made beef stew, the cheese scone it came with was fab too. The highlight for me though, was the biscoff cheesecake, this was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had and I will definitely be going back to try more of their sweet treats as they all looked incredible. The place itself was very quirky and had so much to look at, it even had its own library room.

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have tea & cake in a charity shop furniture showroom? Wonder no more! The upstairs was a completely original experience - some low lighting and a bit of a clean of the sofas would have earned the place a 5 star. Aside from the novelty of the setting, the food was both plentiful and delicious. The formless stodge of banoffee pie and monolithic slice of lemon drizzle defeated the two of us. If you're in Dolgellau, you should visit.

Absolutely stunning full breakfast - the best we’ve ever had! Even the cappuccino and bottled orange juice were amazing. The staff were lovely and place was really nice and peaceful. We managed to park just round the corner, but imagine it would be more difficult in busier months.

Wonderful quaint cafe with the most friendly staff. Customers are the young and old from nearby towns as well as tourists (like me!). I needed to charge my phone and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I had an oat milk cappuccino for £3.50 which was lovely and will be back soon with friends, to try the breakfast. Definitely recommend dropping in!

Great atmosphere, excellent staff and the Welsh breakfast and the cakes are delicious. It’s dog friendly and there’s blankets for cold winter days. It has a real old world charm.

Incredibly quant cafe and very happy for dogs to sit inside. Ciabatta sandwiches lovely and cakes are immense. Doesn't look like a cafe from outside so definitely need to go in to appreciate

Went twice. It feels like you are in an old fashioned shop but everyone is so friendly (including to dogs) and the food just excellent. We were a family of 6 adults two children and a dog. Food, coffee and smoothies excellent. Really the best selection of home made cakes and tray bakes I have seen in a long time. Do go!

Had breakfast here, service was quick and the staff were friendly. Food was ok, a tad greasy breakfast, but nothing too much. Price was good. Unfortunately the strawberry milkshake was powdered instead of home made. Proper cosy feeling, very ‘old school’ rustic feel, which made it nice.
